I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2096: 24.357 Sixth Violet Star - Passing his Final Trial

The Chief Warded, Lou Wuye, couldn’t believe what this beyonder had said that he is his younger brother. Just because they look similar and he had appeared in this guy’s memories. It didn’t mean that all of it was real. For divinities, appearance and memories could be altered and destroyed anytime. The only reason the Chief Warden took this person’s soul was because he is strange. He plans on giving him to his Milord and Lord Hei.

”Believe me I am truly your younger brother!” said Lou Zhuge, this outsider from another dimension. ”My real body is about to awaken. At that time, I can show you my full memories if you do not believe me.”

Lou Wuye narrowed his eyes dangerously and said, ”Oh~ where are you going to appear?”

”At the borders, a chaos creature was trying to stop me from awakening. You should kill him so I can wake up soon,” said Lord Zhuge.

The Chief Warden stared coldly at the soul wisp in his hand and said, ”Since your real body is going to wake up. Doesn’t that mean you don’t need to exist in this state?”

”Ah? What are you.. Agh!”

The soul wisp was actually destroyed by the Chief Warden without hesitation. As the warden that punishes even Ancient Gods, what kind of things he hasn’t seen in his life. Anyway, even if it was true, it had nothing to do with him. There is no way he is willing to become a traitor just because of something that was claiming to be his brother. Compared to this unknown and unjustified brother, his current standing is the best. There is no way he would do something that might land him as a traitor as that would mean that his other half would get sad if something truly happened to him.

Lou Wuye looked at the ashes that remained from that of a soul. The breeze carried it away until his palm was clean of anything.

”Regardless of whether you are telling the truth or not. As long as you can bring danger to my lover, you mustn’t exist.”

After whispering these words, he headed to the borders to save the Beast God Mo Minkong. According to what Lord Huzi had said, the beast god chose to remain and stop whoever is causing the destruction of the world. Even though he knew that Mo Minkong would be alright with the two systems with him, it’s better to check than to regret it in the future.

—

On the other hand, the Evil Beast God Lord Ouroboros finally arrived at the core region of the barren land. This is actually his first time coming to this place. After all, this is the area where the greatest danger resides. According to the rumors there is only a garden of black chaos flowers in this location. But now forget about the flowers, there is a magnificent looking mansion surrounded by it. But just as he was about to approach the mansion, a barrier blocked him.

Actually, instead of saying that this is a barrier, it is more like prison. An isolated area that even the rumbling of the world couldn’t affect at all. Moreover, this is the first time he saw unprotected chaos flowers. If it was before, he would definitely be attracted by it and pluck all flowers. These are flowers capable of giving life to a star or a planet. If it grows well, it can even sustain vitality to a universe or the cosmos itself.

His former cosmos used to have this kind of flower as well. But it all wilted when their ruler reached the peak of their cosmos as the Supreme Lord. His ascension had caused their cosmos to slowly die and the only way to let it be reborn is through stealing other cosmos Chaos Energy. They had taken over and destroyed a few cosmos along the way. Even so, the chaos energy they had gathered was never enough to help their cosmos be reborn.

”There is truly a barrier. But why would this feel more like a prison than a restriction?” Murmured the Evil Beast God, Ouroboros.

He looked at the key given to him by the Beast God, Mo Minkong and recalled his task. That is to let out that couple who can even suppress him as a former beyonder. At first there is still hesitation as he looks at the key in his hand and the restriction in front of him.

The Evil Beast God, Ouroboros, mumbles, ”I won’t be killed by them on the spot won’t I? Whatever, let’s get over it so I can return to Xiao Jin’s side.”

This time he no longer hesitated and used the key to deactivate the restriction before him. Once the restriction had disappeared together with the key, a powerful surge of chaos aura had hit him. For the first time, ever since he was reborn, he felt this refreshment. The aura of chaos had started to repair his body the moment he landed on the ground and was about to approach the mansion.

He actually does not want to leave this area which is full of chaos energy that can be used to heal and cure his soul. But he still must save that old man, who was using his life to buy some time.

Who would have thought that just as he was about to walk forward he heard a playful voice speaking near his ears.

The voice says, ”Congratulations. You have passed the trial~. Your original memories will not be returned to you~.”

The God of Destruction suddenly appeared in front of the Evil Beast God Ouroboros and touched his forehead with his fingers. The last thing the Evil Beast God could remember was the beautiful face and upturned mischievous smile on this man’s lips.

—

All of the sudden, he fell into some kind of dream realm where he can only watch. There he saw the white world. No, it is more like the white hell. The Domain of Destruction. Everything that entered this white world would become powerless and would be killed by the God of Destruction himself. Despite this domain covered in chaos flowers, under these gorgeous clusters of flowers is an endless pile of corpses used as fertilizer to grow these flowers.

At the center of this hellish garden is a white throne and sleepy ethereal God of Destruction looks at them with boredom. Even though the Evil Beast God cannot control his current body in this dream realm, he can still see and hear. He saw familiar faces among the crowd and among them there was Lord Zhuge and some of his comrades and friends. He saw that all of them were wounded and was kneeling helplessly before the beautiful man on the white throne.

They would tremble when those deep violet silver eyes landed on them. It was as if facing death itself, they were helpless against this existence. This is the Guardian of the Diamond Cosmos they are trying to take over, unfortunately, they failed and all of them are now under his mercy.

{I will give you one chance. Your original identity and memories would be stripped of you. You will be imprisoned in a star until you make a final choice. Once you succeed in the trial of the cosmos’ will and my trial, you can be reborn in this cosmos as one of us. If you fail, you can only perish forever.}

{Actually, you do not have a choice. But as cosmic war prisoners, this is your last chance to live. Your supreme lord has gone ahead of you. It is your choice whether to follow him or not.}

The crowd wrote all their names on the floating scroll above the throne and said only a few words.

”We are willing to try!”

—

Back to reality...

The Evil Beast God, Ouroboros, came to it. He opened his eyes only to see the clear yet breaking sky above his head. He immediately sat up as he looked around and saw a young couple being clingy with one another. The smaller one had a pair of black fox ears while the other larger one had a pair of round silver ears. These are the God of Destruction and his other half, the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

Ye Xiajie looked at him coldly and said, ”If you are awake, get lost now.”

”You can return to the ancient forest and plant a few of this chaos flowers for me. I made it so it wouldn’t affect others like normal chaos flowers. They won’t even get insane if they touch it. They might just explode on the spot if they accidentally eat it though~,” said the God of Destruction.

The Evil Beast God, Lord Ouroboros, shrinks instinctively. He hasn’t noticed it before. Or maybe because he wasn’t too close to these flowers than right now, the power of chaos within these flowers is too pure. Even a single one of them was capable of sustaining a whole star. As expected, when Ouroboros had dug one chaos flower, the other flowers had wilted. Then the land which seems to be isolated started cracking with the sound of the world rumbling. Even the luxurious mansion not far away had collapsed. If the three of them didn’t fly on time they would have fallen into this newly made chasm.

”Is this flower what is preventing the destruction of this part of land?” The Evil Beast God Ouroboros asked.

The God of Destruction reminded, ”How about replanting the flower in the ancient forest?”

”Ah? Yes!” Lord Ouroboros said as he was about to hurriedly fly back toward the Ancient Forest.

Only to hear the disdainful voice of Ye Xiajie. ”Too slow!”

The next moment he felt his butt kick and the playful laughter of Hei Anjing in the background, he almost thought he would fall into the deep trench only to blink and open his eyes, falling on the solid ground with him falling on Pei Jin.

”Xiao Jin?”

”Ou! You are back!” Pei Jin jumped on him and hugged him tightly. He was greatly terrified when he opened his eyes without seeing Ouroboros by his side.

The Evil Beast God was bewildered only to realize that he was directly teleported to the Ancient Forest by those two exalted lords from before.

He mumbles, ”I got teleported?”
