I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2093: 24.354 Sixth Violet Star - Cracks

The words of the God of Destruction left the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness into confusion. He couldn’t understand why his beloved is saying that he might know the main villain. Isn’t the villain just another world destroyer they can defeat anytime they want?

”Baby, what are you talking about? Is there something you haven’t told me yet?” asked Ye Xiajie.

The God of Destruction, Hei Anjing, just smiled and said, ”It is not that important. We should prepare though and not let him escape.”

Even though the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness didn’t believe that this topic is not important, at the very least, since his wife is not willing to say anything, it’s better not to ask anymore.

”Alright,” responded Ye Xiajie.

At the borders and barren lands...

The final beast waves hadn’t even arrived but as if the world’s end was coming the whole land under their feet had started shaking so badly. However, it didn’t take long for the people to understand that it wasn’t just the land under their feet which was shaking but the whole world itself. The one that is the most affected were the ones at the borders and the barren lands as this place is close to the core of the world.

Rumbles~

Everyone in the whole world was panicking. This is a danger no one can control and is something beyond any aborigines in this world. The destruction of the world can be done by gods but it was never an instant like what is happening right now. Who would have thought that the firm land on their feet would one day break down. The cracks on the earth continue to spread and those who can only live in the land are now terrified by the situation.

Difference in races, in face of death there is no difference at all. They are all equal. At the barren land, Pei Jin and the Evil Beast God Ouroboros upon witnessing how the changes of the world is taking place, they immediately realized what is happening. This is especially true to those who had dreamt and saw this part of the future which even the gods of this world feared.

Pei Jin anxiously looked out of the window and saw the spreading cracks on earth.

”N-NO... NO! Why is it happening now?! Isn’t this only to happen after the final battle? Only when the world had seen me as the villain and was defeated, would he come out! Why is he coming out now!?”

He was so nervous that he couldn’t help but show fear on his face making the Evil Beast God worried about him.

”Don’t worry. Calm down. We must get out of the house. Hug me, I will fly instead!” Lord Ouroboros said as he unfurled his black, dragon wings and carried Pei Jin in his embrace.

Observing the situation from the sky above, he noticed that the cracks on the lands were too big and deep and seemed to continue to spread. The more the cracks spread the more worried he gets. Even though he doesn’t understand what is happening, he knows that if the land continues to crack and so this world does as well.

He murmured, ”What the hell is happening?!”

”Ou, we must guide the beast race to safety. It is unfair if all of them die like this!” Pei Jin asked.

Lord Ouroboros asked, ”Where is the safe place?”

”Ancient Forest! We must head to that place? With how things are going right now, no one would care which race you are from! This is the end of the world!” Pei Jin declared.

The Evil Beast God, Lord Ouroboros asked, ”Xiao Jin, did this happen after I died in our previous life?”

”Yes, but I don’t know the details. I only know that this world had been broken multiple times and it’s all because of that imprisoned being at the center of the world waking up and trying to leave. However, this world is born to become his prison. This time is the strongest and the world has truly been broken by him,” said Pei Jin. ”This is what I saw in my dream. It might be an intentional warning. Ou, we must leave. That person is the one man you should never meet. It’s the man you called as lord.”

At these words, the Evil Beast God didn’t expect such a plot twist. He had always thought that only he was born as someone from beyond the cosmos. This cosmos might not be his original home but it had allowed him to be reborn and gave him Pei Jin. It was for this reason alone that he is willing to stay in this cosmos, in any of the worlds this cosmos possesses as long as Pei Jin is with him. Who would have thought that one of the Lord would be here as well. Talking about the lords under the Dark Cosmos Master, there are two people who have died. One died together with the Dark Lord and the other died trying to avenge his brother.

But now he tries to think about things that had happened in the distant past, he started to notice what is strange about it. Everyone had witnessed the death of the Dark Lord and the Hell Flames Lord. Lord Louwu had died protecting the Dark Lord and Lord Zhuge died under the blade of the Destruction Lord after trying to force his way in, in the Diamond Cosmos. Among the scouts who were sent to attempt entering this cosmos after the Destruction Lord had fallen asleep, he was also chosen. But upon passing through the domain of the Destruction Lord, all of them had died even without a soul left behind. Then how did he get reborn like this in this world? He had experienced this world multiple times and it was only recently that he had learned about his life as someone from the Obsidian Cosmos.

The Evil Beast God realized that the restriction on him is not as strong as when he first woke up. It was only when he fully accepted the existence of Pei Jin that the world, no... The diamond cosmos itself was accepting his existence. He might not be the only one who feels this and at the same time, the others had it worse. As long as they don’t see themselves as a part of this world or have any connection to it, the restriction on them would remain cruel as always.

Lord Ourobos couldn’t help but look at Pei Jin within his embrace and slightly tremble.

’Is my change of mindset thanks to Pei Jin?’

It was terrifying to suddenly realize that for him to forget all the hatred he had in his heart for this cosmos to disappear is all thanks to the one within his hand. He was greatly terrified. The feeling of being manipulated made him uneased. He almost let go of Pei Jin who was within his arms.

Pei Jin looked at him worriedly and confused, ”Ou, what is wrong? Are you feeling back somewhere? Please don’t scare me like this.”

Meeting the eyes of the only person who had given him the warmth in his life made Lord Ouroboros unstable. But the slipping figure of Pei Jin before his embrace tightens instead. He hugs him.

”Even if you are just a pawn of the Destruction Lord to make me accept this world as my own. As long as you are by my side, it is alright. I am willing to give up my past just to accompany you for life,” said Lord Ouroboros.

Still feeling confused, the two of them suddenly heard a voice from the sky above.

{Congratulations, Mr. Ouroboros! You have successfully passed the trial. Now the cosmos has recognized you as a part of this world, this cosmos. All restrictions on you shall be removed. As reward, your dao companion, Pei Jin, has received the cultivation realm of Godhood. You can now leave this star and find a world where the two of you can live on.}

This is the voice of the cosmos. With his approval even a former beyonder like Ouroboros would be able to live inside the Diamond Cosmos and he would become a part of it. He is no longer a beyonder the moment the cosmic laws accepted his existence.

{Please find the guardian for registration of your soul. He is also in this world.}

Once the voice had faded, the Evil Beast God Ouroboros and Pei Jin were startled. The couple had long confessed their identities and capabilities for a long time. Pei Jin already knows that Ouroboros is from the land beyond. It was something that he can only hear in novels or drama series. Who would have thought that he would hear the voice of the cosmos.

Pei Jin asked, ”W-What the hell was that just now? Did I just hear heaven speak?”

”That is not the heavens. That is the law of everything in this cosmos,” explained Lord Ouroboros.

Yet, Pei Jin just shook his head, ”But you cannot understand it at all! Don’t worry I will slowly explain it to you in the future for you to understand more,” the Evil Beast God said.
