I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 289: 8.16 First Blue Star - End of Navi Nash

[a/n: In this world, awakened or not, everyone can see other peopleʼs quantum beast but unawakened ones, especially ordinary people, canʼt possess a quantum beast. It is because they lack this support that they were weaker than those sentinels and guides.]

---

Bai Yuyan didnʼt hold back as he laughed at Navi Nash when Feng Jing called his Green boa quantum beast a green earthworm. But seeing Feng Jingʼs serious expression, Bai Yuyan knew that he wasnʼt joking at all when he called Greenie a green earthworm. After all, this is Feng Jing they are talking about.

This is the Young Lord of Feng Clan who even dares to call Marshal Siriusʼs quantum beast, Cielo, a legit dragon with Kingʼs bloodline as a snake.

Only Feng Wu who knew Feng Jingʼs real identity knows why the latter calls dragons as snakes and phoenixes as chickens. To an immortal god-like our MC dragons and phoenixes arenʼt rare in the upper realms. There are even eccentric gods who eat those are supplements. In Vearth especially with the God and the Nether Systems, mythical beasts like dragons and phoenixes are considered as common beings. They arenʼt rare unless these dragons and phoenixes reach a cultivation stage to have a human form.

Hearing Bai Yuyanʼs laughing was the last straw for Navi Nash to lose his mind in rage. He ordered his quantum beast, the green boa, greenie to attack Feng Jing.

Navi Nash, ”Go, Greenie! Kill them all for me. No! Kill him!” he shouted like a madman while pointing at Feng Jing who stood defenseless in front of him.

HISSED!!!

The Green Boa followed his Masterʼs order and attacked Feng Jing, jumping towards him with an open mouth. It stretches itself open to the fullest with its fangs bared at Feng Jing intending to bite and swallow him whole.

During the whole event, Feng Jing ignored the huge snake coming at him but stared coldly at Navi Nash with a crazy smile on his face.

Navi Nashʼs thoughts at this moment, ʼDie. Just die, you weakling! You die after getting bitten and get swallowed whole. Become the snakeʼs dinner! HA!?ʼ

When the latter noticed Feng Jing looking at him, he suddenly flinched when he saw the former gave him an amused smile. Staring at him as if he were very entertained by his reactions. When Navi Nash noticed this he finally understood what kind of person Feng Jing is.

An innocent and silly young lord? NO! This person is a devil who loves to watch his prey lose their minds in his presence and enjoys the show.

”Not only is it not poisonous, but all it has is its size. No wonder the Navi Clan deem you as a failure,” said Feng Jing.

The Marshal had immediately picked up his guide and placed him securely within his embrace. His right arm wrapped tightly around his slender waist while reaching his left hand grabbing the head of the snake before it could even touch the corners of his guideʼs clothes.

He grabbed that huge quantum beast easily as if the green boaʼs head itself wasnʼt as twice as large as his hands. Everyone could see how much strength the Marshal was using as the snakeʼs head distorted its shape while wriggling to break free for a few minutes before it finally stopped moving.

Marshal Sirius said coldly, ”It is against the law for an awakened person to use his own quantum beast to harm an ordinary person. But not only use yours to harm the others youʼve ultimately ordered it to kill.

Just based on these actions alone, your punishment shouldnʼt fall short of the death penalty. I will let the federation give you that punishment. But for your attempt to harm my lover must be punished as well. The pain should be enough as a penalty.”

His words were fierce and icy while his pitch-black eyes were sharply staring down on Navi Nash while excluding a pressure that made everyone uncomfortable. He squeezed the snakeʼs head like a stressed ball. Everyone could only watch as the green Boa breaks into fragments in thin air before disappearing. The quantum beast, when killed in reality, returns to its Masterʼs spirit domain to heal.

But the backlash Navi Nash received is too much for him to bear. The pain he got from his quantum beast being killed is so unbearable that after puking mouthful blood, his whole body started convulsing. His eyes turned lifeless as he looked at the unknown horizon clearly. The backlash not only affected his body and spirit but also his mind. Everyone knew that Navi Nash was turned into a fool by this masked man who was now hugging Feng Jing protectively within his embrace.

Bai Yuyan and the rest except for Feng Wu and Xue Ran had approached the twitching Navi Nash. They didnʼt even notice the ambiguous position of the Masked person and Feng Jing in the corner. The Marshalʼs arms were fully wrapped around Feng Jing with their differences in physique size and height, it looks like a huge bear hugging an adult human. Feng Jingʼs feet are not even reaching the cold floor of the hall as the sticky bun behind him is hugging too tightly.

Feng Jing struggles by failing to escape, ”Put me down! Weʼre in public!”

”... no, let me hug you for a bit more~” whispered the marshal as his lips were already kissing the side of Feng Jingʼs neck.

Feng Jing blushed as he grabbed his naughty Sentinelʼs hair pulling him away but unable to.

”W-What are... you doing!? There are people... around us!” whispered Feng Jing.

Feng Jing gave up struggling and said, ”Didnʼt you say that you wanted to see Grandpa Astra? Just go and pick me up here. I will wait for you here and go home together later.”

Marshal Sirius remembered why the two of them ended up coming here. He wanted to talk to the dean about the incoming competent at the end of the month. He wanted to talk about it and make necessary plans before the whole event takes place. He at least needs to make sure that his guideʼs safe during the competition as he wouldnʼt be able to stay by his side while the competition is taking place.

He remembered that the location that was chosen for the test is an outskirt abandoned planet near the territory of the Zerg race. On this planet only low leveled zergs live. This place was chosen to give the children the experience of facing their future enemies as soldiers. Even though the zergs were low-powered ones, there are few with sizes larger than an ordinary house and need a mecha to defeat it.

The competition is about how many can each group kill a zerg. Only the team with the highest kill points will be given the opportunity to immediately join the lower rankings of their chosen brigade or unit.

The top three teams were allowed to choose from the units of the marshals. The Fallen God Unit. Under the Heavens Unit that is led by Marshal Janus and the Swords of the Crown Unit which is under the imperial familyʼs control.

The next top 4 to 15 are allowed to choose to join from the four great brigades: The Fire Phoenix Brigade, Azure Drakes Brigade, White Tiger Brigade, and the Black Turtle brigade

Just based on the name itself the Fire Phoenix Brigade is under the Feng Family and they were allied with the Fallen God Unit under the Marshal. The Azure Drakes Brigade is under Marshal Janusʼs control. Though they used to serve the Altair family everything had changed when the old ancestor of the Drake family had died and separated themselves from the Altair Family.

Because of this the Altair Family almost lost their standing as a semi-royal family thankfully Marshal Sirius appeared and protected his family from being demoted.

The White Tiger brigade under the Lin Clan is a neutral clan but they have a family alliance with the royal family as the second prince had married their youngest princess as consort. It could be said that they were a bit biased towards the Imperial family thanks to this.

The Navi Clan itself is a black snake. It had all connections to almost all factions. Since this clan had more female descendants than males, theyʼve made sure to create alliance marriages with all groups. Only the original marriage between Feng Tian and the abandoned princess, Navi Luna is beyond their control.

This is because Feng Tian had only married Navi Luna after she was expelled from the Navi Clan. Not only her expulsion to the clan was broadcasted live in the star network, they even asked the federation and the crown as witnesses for that event.

Thanks to this, after Navi Luna had married the current master of the Phoenix Family, the Feng Clan had openly shown their distrust towards the Navi Clan. It was because of this that only the Feng and the behemoth family like the Altair Clan are not under their control.

As for the Altair Family, their only young descendant is the unmarried Altair Sirius who was deemed a workaholic. Because of this, the Altair Family is the only behemoth clan who had no connection to the other family except for their business alliance with the Feng Clan and Xue Clan.

The marshal after remembering he still has work to do had no other choice but to leave his partner here with his teammates. He let go of his future wifeʼs waist and gave him a kiss on the forehead. Since Feng Jing is considered as not an adult yet, the marshal had limited himself to just hugging and giving him a forehead kiss and kisses on his cheeks.

With a smile at the corner of his lips, The Marshal says, ”I will try to finish my business soon. Wait here for me. I will go pick you up as soon as I finish my talk with the dean. Donʼt run around and donʼt talk to strangers, Jingʼer.”

While pouting Feng Jing responded, ”I know that. Xiao Jing is not three okay!?”

The Marshal chuckled for a bit and kissed Feng Jingʼs cheeks while looking at him with affectionate and doting eyes. But his eyes turned dull when faced the others. He looked at Feng Wu and Bai Yuyan.

”Feng Wu, Bai Yuyan, I will leave Jingʼer to you two for a bit. Look after him well,” said Marshal Sirius.

The stern gaze and irrefutable tone of his voice made other shivers, the two whose name was called saluted and responded, ”Yes, Sir. Please leave it to us. We will protect Lord Jing.”

The marshal nodded his head to the two before looking at Feng Jing and hugging him tight once more.

”I will be back soon, Jingʼer,” said Marshal Sirius.

Feng Jing sighed as he could understand why the marshal was hesitating on leaving him alone even while in the academy. There are too many prying eyes on the Feng Family especially towards him who was rumored to have failed his awakening. Right now he is the weakest link the Phoenix Family has, it will be no surprise that he is being targeted.

The worry in his husbandʼs eyes is too obvious for him to ignore unfortunately with his vesselʼs current age seducing his husband would only destroy his loverʼs reputation. After all, even in this world being overly intimate with minors is against the law.

To send away this sticky bun husband of his, Feng Jing had to give him a goodbye kiss on his cheeks. Feng Jing has always been shameless when it comes to showing his affections. He openly gives Sirius some kisses on the cheeks until those around him blushed in watching such a fluffy scene.

Everyone had their arms fully open welcoming this much dog food coming towards them.

Mua. Mua. Mua. Mua.

”There! I give you your farewell kisses. Now go to work. Hmp!” said Feng Jing with crimson and inflated cheeks.

Marshal Sirius was delighted with such sweetness as always, ”Yes. Yes. Iʼm going now~” he said before taking his leave.

The moment the hallʼs entrance had closed after the marshal had left, the guides and ordinary people in the group had encircled around Feng Jing after squealing once.

KYYYYAAAA!!!
