I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 273: 8.0 Prologue - In the System Space before the Eight World

After getting stabbed by a god-slaying sword in the heart by Angela Evans, the main vessel of that evil voice. Lady Evans was possessed without her knowing. No one knows when she was possessed and for how long she was no longer herself. Hei Anjing lost his mortal vessel and wasnʼt able to stay in that star for too long.

After begging the twins not to destroy the world as it was directly connected to themselves, Eirwen was pulled out of the world. Hei Anjing didnʼt know what happened after he left until his System had told him.

They followed their deceased loverʼs wish and didnʼt destroy that world without Eirwen in it. But in the end, they didnʼt choose to remain in the mortal world as the reason for it is already gone. Lucien and Adrienne who werenʼt able to prevent the death of their beloved, Eirwen Nightʼs passing, had completely changed afterward. They donʼt speak nor react to anything around them and were just left dazed as if time stopped for them the moment Eirwen left them. Though once in a while as if receiving orders the twin sovereign would issue some orders and punishment to those who broke their decree. Aside from those times, these two were completely detached from the world outside the divine temple.

In the end, the twin chooses a successor for the position of Sovereign. They wanted to leave that place as soon as possible so they could see their lover who was waiting for them outside of this world.

Before the twin sovereigns decided to abdicate from their position as ruler gods.

The former God of Wind Avel was punished and was stripped of his divinity with his memories as God still intact. He is forbidden to rise as a god again unless he collected enough good karma to redeem himself.

The former God of Water, Mayim, was resurrected by System Yue giving him an immortal body in exchange for the merits his parents had collected when they were still alive. Of course, this was done under his hostʼs inputted command in his database. After a millennium, Mayim is allowed to enter the God System once he finishes his time as the new sovereign of Aerd.

But everyone knew that he only accepted this long duration as sovereign because he is waiting for someoneʼs return.

Nether System

Back to the system space.

Within that vast space of galaxies and stars, Hei Anjing had once again returned. His figure immediately slacked as he covered his mouth when a bad cough was heard from him.

COUGH!!!

Clearly, being stabbed by a god-slaying sword from the high tier world was able to harm him, and the fact that the one who wields that dangerous sword is none other than his other half, the effect on him is obviously not simple.

Followed by the loud cough, a mouthful of blood came out staining his thin lips and hands with crimson color.

[Lord Hei!!? Lord Hei, blood! You just cough blood!? Is it because of the god slaying sword? But itʼs impossible! Even that type of sword couldnʼt harm the lord at all.]

Hei Anjing stares at the blood on his hands turning to blood mist and faded in thin air. This is one of his specialties aside from the Ice element. He is capable of controlling the rare element of blood. Zhi Yue had to materialize to support his host.

”Blood element. He had lent me something useful,” murmured Hei Anjing. These words werenʼt heard properly by his system.

Zhi Yue asked politely, ”Lord Hei, are you really okay? Should Yue inform the Lord An?”

”Donʼt bother that fool. Iʼm a doctor myself, I know my state. This lord is fine but I will need to take a rest. I will occupy the training dimension for a bit. If someone visits, tell them Iʼm busy. Once Iʼve come out of seclusion I will continue my world-hopping.” said Hei Anjing as he walked towards the training hall and entered a long state of meditation.

He needs to spend time to heal his injuries and reclaim his cultivation at the same time. Inside the training dimension, a hundred years from that place equates to an hour in this system space. The time in the training hall is 100 times faster than in reality.

The moment his host had left the system space, Zhi Yueʼs boss, An Liang appeared from behind him.

Thereʼs an ugly expression on his bossʼs face, it wasnʼt of anger or irritation but worry. Moreover, his target happened to be his host, Hei Anjing. Just one look is enough for An Liang to know that Hei Anjingʼs current situation isnʼt good. Thinking of the only thing that could harm this immortal man means one thing.

”Yue, do you have the recording of what happened in the last world you had entered? Show me this instance!” said An Liang.

Zhi Yue was bewildered by his bossʼs words but still followed his command and passed the usual recording of events of every world his host had entered. This is the content of his usual reports whenever they returned to the Nether System.

”Ah! Yes, boss!” said Zhi Yue as he passed what his boss wanted to him. To his surprise, his boss had watched the report on the spot.

After watching the event recording of the last world, An Liangʼs expression turned even darker than when he arrived. He stares worriedly at the closed door of the training hall not far from them.

”This Lucien and Adrienne... Are they AʼYeʼs soul fragments?” asked An Liang.

Zhi Yue answered, ”Yes. In the last world, we had found two fragments of the lord god. He was twins in that world. But in that star there is some weird existence, it was able to influence anyone just by ordering them. It is not a simple kotodama like Lord Hei possesses which could be prevented as long as you have a strong will.

It is more like total control. It could possess anyoneʼs vessel and leave imprints to take control of them as long as one is imprinted they were unable to defy that voice. We didnʼt know how the Lord Godʼs soul fragments got imprinted but they both had fallen under it.

They had both attempted to kill Lord Hei. Both attempts were successful. It was Lord Adrienne at first. He had sent Warden Louʼs vessel to assassinate Lord Hei.”

”Are you saying this assassination was successful? This is Anjing we are talking about. It is impossible for him to be assassinated unless he allows it too!” retorted An Liang.

”As the boss says, Lord Hei allowed himself to be killed. He was saying something that his soul had no compatibility with the light element,” said Zhi Yue.

An Liang nods his head as he knew that because of the Mo Bloodlineʼs immortality light elements made their unease.

”Their bloodline isnʼt compatible with yang elements like light and fire. As they were born with Yin nature instead. I am more surprised that Warden Lou dared to assassinate Anjing but if he was ordered by AʼYe then it is understandable. The first move wasnʼt done by AʼYeʼs soul fragment which is good. But the second attempt was quite bad moreover theyʼve used a God-slaying sword which isnʼt supposed to exist in that world. No wonder Anjing is in that state.” says An Liang.

An Liangʼs thoughts. ʼHis soul had already weakened to the point that unique attributed weapons could already harm him.ʼ

Zhi Yue asked, ”But isnʼt Lord Hei supposed to be immortal? I had seen him get stabbed in the heart twice but still got revived with no injuries.”

”Even for the Venerable Clan like the Mo Family, they still possess some weakness. I will give you a few days of vacation. Take this time to rest. Just send me a message if Anjing comes out.” said An Liang. ”So that person finally showed his tail...”

Zhi Yue with slight confusion on his face nodded his head agreeing.

”Sigh~ since their souls arenʼt completely bound together yet, Anjing will have to suffer a few more times. This is his choice. Weʼve tried to stop him many times but he never changes his mind when it was made up. Look after him for me, Yue.” says An Liang with a helpless smile before taking his leave to continue his work.

Zhi Yue murmured while pouting, ”You guys keep talking in riddles. I couldnʼt understand what you guys were talking about at all!?”

This System could only stay at the space and waits for his host to come out from the training hall. Day by day, Zhi Yue had stayed in the Nether System without doing any work. Since he is on vacation Zhi Yue has stayed in his own space binge-watching the romantic interaction between two men in his collection. As a certified fudanshi, he has a wide collection of BL dramas and movies.

He can only spend his days watching and reading. On the 5th day, the doors to the training hall finally opened. Zhi Yue was shocked by his hostʼs current appearance after coming out of seclusion. When his host was pulled into the Nether System, Lord Hei had always been in his human form.

But at this moment his host is using his God Form which he had only heard in the rumors spread in Vearth. Like the rumors say, his appearance had a correlation to both ice and blood elements. His hair is long flowing behind his back like silk with the shade of auburn.

Yes, in his God form his hair had this kind of color as if dyed in reddish-brown leaning more in the crimson shade. They said his original hair color is the same as his uncle before but no one else knew when it turned into such a color. As if it had died in lava and blood.

His phoenix-shaped eyes were lethargic as always, slightly narrowed as if criticizing people most of the time only his irises emit coldness and shade of ice. Argent orb could only be possessed by the bloodline of the Hei Clan.

Now this man who is like the embodiment of both the blood and snow stood before him wearing an immortal robe made for the highest class of divine white silk from the mythical beings like heavenly demon spiders and such. The robe had two-color white and black with the white more dominant than black.

Except for the lazy feeling coming from him, there is this hidden danger behind those icy orbs staring down at anyone he is looking at. A dazed yet overwhelming gaze which is overlooking his surroundings gave everyone the feeling of being pressured plus the elegance crazed within his bones.

Just one look is enough to say that this person possesses strength beyond them and that he is someone with a prestigious background. An immortal being through and throughout.

Zhi Yueʼs thought while staring at Hei Anjing in his God Form, ʼWow~ Heʼs so beautiful~ʼ

Hei Anjing asked after staring at the scattered snacks and chips around Zhi Yueʼs slender figure, ”Did someone come over to see me?” turning a blind eye to his systemʼs embarrassing potato couch figure.

Zhi Yue replied, ”Only my boss, Lord An came over. But the boss didnʼt say much, gave us a few days of vacation, and just said to send a message before we leave.”

”I see. Then add my message to yours. Tell him that he doesnʼt need to bother himself with my problems and just focus on what he has to do. I will protect my other half myself.Show me the world plots I can choose from, Yue.” said Hei Anjing while with just his thoughts a couch appeared in thin air which he occupied waiting for Yue to give him the plots.

Zhi Yue saluted towards him politely and showed his host the remaining plots. After letting his host review the world plots he had to move in a distance to send his boss a message like he was told to do so.

After waiting for a few minutes his host had finally chosen the next world he would enter. This time he had chosen the lowest-ranked world.

”Yue, I chose this star. A D rank one.” said his host.

[D Rank Stars World Plots:

1st Blue Star: Guide and Sentinel World

World Plot: War against the Alien Invasion of Zerg. The Transmigrated Shou awakened as a Guide. With his memories as the most powerful Mercenary from his world, he will trample all of those people who bullied him and looked down on him. Under the protection of his Sentinel General they wish to lead the world to the era of peace.]

Zhi Yue captured that blue star his host had fancied and placed on his hands intending to let him start the transfer on his own.

”Lord Hei. I have listed the following skills you can choose from. Please.” said Zhi Yue as he showed Hei Anjing the list of skills available before they could enter the next world.

[List of Skills:

Physique Upgrade

Spirit Upgrade

Mecha Control and Techniques

Technical Skills

Logistical Skills

Strategic Skills]

Hei Anjing narrowed his eyes to the list. He looked at his system and asked, ”What is this list for? Or are you saying that these are all skills at master levels which couldnʼt be learned through reading?”

”This... It was the Nether System database that listed it. Everything except the techniques can be learned through books. Moreover, since the Lord came from the highest realm then... These skills truly arenʼt usable.Should Yue exchange the free skills for redemptive tickets instead?” asked Zhi Yue.

”Sigh~ when this is over, I will have the Nether System undergo debugging. I havenʼt used many tickets in the last world. How many do I still have?”

”Host had only used one ticket in the last world. There are still four more tickets used.”

”Then use my remaining tickets to redeem another skill from the list. I choose the two upgrades for the physique and spirit type. This lord is so sure that the vessel you would provide would definitely have problems. As for the rest of the skills, I donʼt need to learn them. I already have experience with regard to those things. Letʼs now enter the star, Yue.”

Zhi Yue turned to his avatar form and became a little moon once again then he joined his host and jumped into that world.
