I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 284: 8.11 First Blue Star - Spirit Domain

Suddenly seeing the crimson flare in the form of the Feng Clanʼs crest can only mean one thing. The reason can only be because someone from the direct bloodline of Feng was in danger. Seeing this the members of the Feng Family had their expressions changed at this moment.

”FENG JING!!!”

Feng Yang, Feng Yue, and Zenith Regulus immediately run towards the direction where the flare is. Navi Luna and Feng Tian reacted calmly as they brought out their communicators. One informing the elders and one commanding all guards within the vicinity to go come over to their location.

Feng Tian called the Clanʼs Patriarch and Matriarch. ”Father. Dad. We have intruders. They got Xiao Jing.”

Feng Tian: [Go to the location. Leave the command to us. Donʼt forget to bring your aides. If there are mechas, grab the children and head back to the mansion. Iʼm activating the defense formation around the mansion immediately and defensive prison within the territory in half an hour.]

Xue Xia: [Eliminate all intruders. Just donʼt destroy the brain. Iʼm calling the laboratory and Astra.]

Feng Tian and Navi Luna responded, ”Affirmative!”

As soon as theyʼve ended the call, they saluted to the Altair Couple and prepared to leave.

Feng Tian, ”We apologize for being able to entertain the esteemed guests. As there is an emergency please excuse us for now. We shall meet prior to this to formally apologize in the future.”

”Please donʼt be like this. We are in alliance. Since we are here, our couple is willing to lend our help.” said Altair Reeva.

”Do not decline! We donʼt have enough time to waste,” said Mrs. Altair Alya.

”Thank you! Letʼs go!” said Navi Luna.

In the end, the first ones to move are the ladies leaving their husbands behind them and heading to the first even faster than the first three children who run off as soon as theyʼve recognized the flare. The husbands can only exchange helpless expressions at each other before running after their fierce wives themselves.

Backyard, within the forestry behind the Feng Mansion.

The suffering in mania Altair Sirius was tightly hugging the slender figure within his embrace. There was even no space in between them. Their foreheads were touching and both their eyes were closed. Feng Jing had entered the spiritual realm within the Marshal and saw the scene of raging flames and darkness. He walked unhindered within the space as the fire avoided harm as he walked around.

At his, every step traces of ice spread, and snow fell above him. As if the winter itself had come over because of him. Just walking around Feng Jing noticed that the temperature in the area slowly dropped and the fire was getting extinguished. He kept walking around the dark space until he saw a huge pillar of fire not far from him.

The color of the fire at the center is different; it was the ordinary shade of red but instead, it possessed the hue of blue.

[Host be careful. Thatʼs an azure fire. It might be harmful to you in your soul state...]

”Itʼs fine. The only fire that could hurt me is Hellfire. This blue flame wouldnʼt be able to burn even a strand of my hair.”

[That is also true but... the hostʼs cultivation is not the same as it originally was. Yue is worried that... it might cause you some harm.]

”Thank you, Yue. But do not worry...”

[B-But your bloodlineʼs weakness...!]

”...This... Sentinels arenʼt supposed to be able to harm their Guides. I should be okay.”

[Host! Your egg hasnʼt even hatched yet! Thereʼs nothing which could help you extinguish this fire!]

”This is the spirit realm. The pain wonʼt leave scars. Moreover, if I donʼt help him, he will go crazy.”

[The Lord God would go mad if something happens to the host again!]

A helpless smile appeared on the corner of Feng Jingʼs lips and said, ”Itʼs fine. He wouldnʼt be awake in this world anyway.”

[Host! Lord Hei!!]

But System Yueʼs attempts to stop his host all ended in failure. He could only follow after his host intending to pull him out of this space if he ended up in danger.

As Feng Jing arrived at that pillar of fire, he saw Altair Sirius figure asleep within it. He was in deep sleep with his eyebrows frowning deeply while gritting his teeth as if enduring a nightmare.

This suffering figure of Sirius in his sleep made Feng Jing remember their past. At that time, Ye Xiajie also agonized in his sleep like this and only Feng Jingʼs presence was able to calm him down.

”Ha~ your habits start to come out now that most of your soul fragments are merging. Enduring the pain without informing even me, this bad habit of yours should be corrected in the future,” murmured Feng Jing.

Without any hesitation in his actions, he walked towards the fire and entered the pillar of flame. His eyes remain expressionless as if he couldnʼt feel his whole being burning. If it was not for the slight trembling of his fingers, Zhi Yue would have thought he couldnʼt really feel the pain of being burnt alive.

”Sigh~ this feeling is too familiar. Itʼs not much different from being covered with ice. Both frost and burn gave me a tingling feeling spreading all throughout my skin. It is really not bad at all~” said Feng Jing with an amused smile on his beautiful face.

Zhi Yue couldnʼt really understand how someone could laugh joyously while burning awake. He knew that any attacks that are made by his Lord God whether it was intentional or not would be felt by his host.

For Mo descendants like his host, only their loved ones could inflict pain on them.

[There is no way that no pain is gained. This azure fire is made up of the Lord Godʼs soul fragmentʼs spirit qi. It is something that could harm the host. The burning feeling should be a reality for the host.]

Feng Jing wore a smile as he sat down near the sleeping marshal at the center. He placed the slumbering personʼs head on his lap and touched his face, spreading ice to protect Sirius from the fire.

[Host without the help of your quantum beast you can only stay in this space for half an hour. Your soul would fade if you stay any longer!]

Feng Jing replies, ”30 minutes is enough for me.”

He used ice to cool down the marshal. By spreading his ice the fire within the space would be lessened until it returns to normal. Feng Jingʼs soul suffered burning within this half an hour.

In reality, it wasnʼt only Feng Jingʼs soul who entered the Marshalʼs spirit realm that suffered from fire. The Marshalʼs quantum beast started burning as Feng Jing entered the pillar of fire. Now wholly encircling the egg, a blue fire covers the egg as if incubating it.

Meanwhile, Marshal felt his mania slowly disappearing. With his eyes closed, the icy body within his embrace becomes his only salvation. His arms started to move to want to touch this cold body directly without the clothes hindering him. He started tearing his and Feng Jingʼs upper garments, letting their skins touch.

His burning skin and Feng Jingʼs ice skin contrasted each other creating an equilibrium. The Marshal instinctively moves his body to blend with the coldness of Feng Jing. It didnʼt take a while for him to start regaining his sanity.

Within that 30 minutes duration, Marshal Siriusʼ Mania slowly fades and he starts to regain the rationality he had to lose when he had fallen into that negative state.

Marshal Siriusʼ thoughts:

ʼHm? Comfortable. This iciness is making the hotness within my body cool down.ʼ

He started remembering what happened to him before he fell into a state of mania. Before he could open his eyes the soothing scent of sweat flora and peppermint assaulted his nose but it didnʼt make him sick but instead felt relaxed and sleepy.

”Hm~ the aroma of floral and sweetness intertwining with the soothing scent of peppermint? This smells really good.”

With his eyes closed the Marshal felt the softness within his embrace lowering his head to follow the scent, he didnʼt know that he placed his nose at the crevice of someoneʼs neck. He instinctively licks and nibbles on that source of the aroma. He didnʼt even notice how much he had nibbled whatever his lips had touched.

When he felt the trembling of whatever was in his embrace, the Marshal finally realized that something was wrong. He slowly opened his eyes and saw red patches within his line of sight. It took a while for him to realize what it was that he was nibbling on just now.

”Hmm~ this is... skin? Neck? Someoneʼs neck!?” murmured Marshal Sirius as he moved back his head and saw the face of the one in his embrace.

This was the person who kept appearing in his dreams. Smiling and laughing with him. Sometimes the dreams were sexual and imagine this person under him moaning and staring at him full of passion and love. But sometimes it could be nightmares. Seeing him stabbed through his heart, with a waterfall of blood falling out his mouth with a sad smile. Every time he dreams of this he would wake up immediately covered in a cold sweat.

Marshal Sirius mumbles, ”Am I dreaming again?”

Feng Jing who comes out from their cut connection blurry stares at those obsidian eyes he loves with all his heart. The backlash of calming someoneʼs mania without the support and protection of his quantum made him fall into a state of over fatigued. Kissing those favorite pitch-black eyes, Feng Jingʼs sight slowly turned dark.

”Be... careful. Your pursuers are... near,” said Feng Jing before losing consciousness and falling into Siriusʼs embrace.

The Marshal finally remembered everything. He recalled being pursued by a group of unknown mecha users wanting to take his life. Cielo had to take over the control of mecha before they completely fell into the state of Mania.

While suffering from mania, the marshal remembered that his mecha fell on something. Then I felt something near him that could soothe his pain. He recalled from his vague memories the scene of him wanting to capture Feng Jing. Fortunately, he instinctively did not want to harm him.

In the end, before he completely destroyed himself, Feng Jing used his spirit qi to calm his raging mania. Because Feng Jing hadnʼt completely awakened as a guide there was no one to protect him when he entered his chaotic spirit domain.

He knew what kind of domain he possessed. A land of darkness and raging flame. With the protection of his quantum beastʼs ability, Feng Jing ventures into his domain and suffers the agony of being burned for half an hour. There might be no surface wound but... the feeling itself at that moment is the same as burning your own soul in flames.

Feng Jing lasted in that pain until the Marshal regained his sanity. Thinking of this Altair Sirius thinks that he is so useless.

Strongest Sentinel? Who is he kidding? He even fell into a state of mania and acted like a madman.

The youngest marshal in history? Whatʼs the use of it when he wasnʼt even able to protect this person who sacrifices almost everything just to pull him back.

He is even ten years older than this person but he couldnʼt even prevent his pain when he entered his spirit domain.

Who the hell cares if his quantum beast is the Dragon King? The one who saves him hasnʼt awakened his own quantum beast yet but was still able to help him regain his sanity.

Raging in anger and guilt due to being useless, Marshal Sirius threw all his negative emotions on his pursuers who followed after him. In a few moments, the sky above him is covered with mechas.

”MARSHAL ALTAIR! JUST ACCEPT YOUR DEATH!!!”

The marshal had glared at the figures in the sky. Only when he felt the one within his embrace shivered that he remembered tearing off Feng Jingʼs clothes in the midst of his mania. He immediately pulls out a clean thick coat from his space inventory and covers the unconscious Feng Jing within his embrace.

His cold eyes melted when staring at the sleeping young phoenix within his arms. He lowered his head to kiss those lips once before carefully tucking the latter within his tight embrace. Once he looked at the flying machine above his head his pitch-black eyes turned sharp and indifferent.

With a cold voice, he ordered, ”Cielo. Burn them all to nothing.”

Hearing his Masterʼs command without even leaving the egg in his possession, the black dragon morphs to a size even larger than when he was inside that spaceship. He opened his mouth and breathed a blue fire that melted those groups of mechas into melted metals. Everything within its path was destroyed and annihilated.
