One-Eyed Monster

Igor and the others always couldn’t understand why Teacher Hadi wanted to provoke Stan Sol like this, and the words were getting heavier.

Moreover, Teacher Hadi also said that this was far from enough, as if he really wanted to make Stan Sol angry.

Igor pondered whether doing this was truly good, what good would it do to plunge Stan Sol into such anger, could it solve the current issue, could it help Stan Sol? This approach should only worsen the situation.

Igor felt it necessary to stop Teacher Hadi from doing so. He felt that this was no longer the Teacher Hadi he knew, this kind of Teacher Hadi made him feel not just a bit unfamiliar, he was completely like another person, he couldn’t experience that care from Teacher Hadi anymore.

He didn’t know what exactly was happening, wanted to use Spirit Sensing to slowly reason and analyze, but he found he hadn’t reached that level yet, which was truly a sad thing for Igor, he was a bit panicked now and didn’t know what to do.

So Igor looked towards Perkins for help, only to see Perkins himself wasn’t anxious at all, completely adopting an indifferent attitude.

Could it be that Perkins discovered something? Or is he inherently such a cold and unfeeling person? Igor couldn’t help but start imagining wildly because at this moment he was really confused, confused to the point he didn’t know what to believe.

”You Sol Brothers are really like this, abandoning your kin, constantly talking about family revival, family revival, but what have you really accomplished?” Teacher Hadi was still continuously speaking harmful words, suddenly he had transformed into a demon-like existence, seemingly no one knew what was going on...

Stan Sol suppressed his face, not sparing any thought, he was really a bit at a loss, his mind was completely blank, he truly wished someone could explain the current situation to him.

And Perkins seemed to be the best candidate for interpreting the situation.

Igor unconsciously walked towards Perkins, although they weren’t far apart, Igor felt at this moment if he didn’t approach Perkins, Perkins might not notice him.

Because Perkins was intently watching Teacher Hadi at this moment.

Igor poked the dazed Perkins, thinking Perkins was under some spell, completely immobile, feeling like a piece of wood.

Only then did Perkins notice Igor: ”What are you doing, didn’t you see Teacher Hadi is busy?”

”Don’t you think the teacher is going too far?” Igor scratched his head, not understanding why such terrible things weren’t recognized by Perkins.

”At first, I also thought so.” Perkins suddenly pulled Igor aside, seeming to avoid something, ”But now, I think, considering my discovery, I’ll tell you, this is a very hidden matter, you must observe closely to notice it...”

”But I’ve already observed carefully, and I’m using Spirit Power to sense all this, but I haven’t discovered anything.” Igor said, feeling wronged.

”Well, I think maybe you’re using the force incorrectly. Look at Teacher Hadi now, he’s always saying things to irritate Stan Sol, this shows he’s deliberately doing it.”

”I already knew he’s doing it on purpose! Igor felt baffled, anyone can see Teacher Hadi is doing it deliberately, they can’t comprehend only why Teacher Hadi wants to do so intentionally. Is he doing this to anger Stan Sol, or simply to make Stan Sol uncomfortable.”

”This, I think Teacher Hadi’s purpose in doing this is to motivate Stan Sol.”

”Motivate, look at Stan Sol, he’s almost collapsing.” Igor felt unable to understand, such twisted reasoning what is it.

But Perkins still insisted, continuing: ”You think Stan Sol has been influenced by what during this period, don’t you think he’s been driven by anger all along? Though you see him calm usually, not saying anything, inside he’s quite tumultuous, this point you should feel.”

Igor pondered thoughtfully, seemed that it was the case.

But how does Perkins know all this...

”Why do you know these things, you seem quite strange.” Igor asked.

”Heh, I’ll tell you, I’m an Apothecarist, I can observe people’s expressions and demeanor, this is the skill I’ve gained from travelling the world over the years, heh heh heh.” Perkins said somewhat proudly, but Igor was still puzzled, he turned to observe Teacher Hadi who was continuously stimulating Stan Sol, still feeling very unfamiliar.

Anger, can it really affect a person, if a person is filled with anger, then what happens? Ultimately what matter could make someone filled with anger?

Igor didn’t understand, he felt Stan Sol not only had anger, but considerable sadness too, this sadness Igor previously felt he could comprehend. But now it seemed he couldn’t understand, maybe everyone’s sadness differed, Igor found Stan Sol’s sadness hard to understand...

”Are we just going to watch Stan Sol being tormented by Teacher Hadi like this?” Igor felt no matter what, he had to do something for Stan Sol, even if it’s helping him bear this sadness, it would be good.

Anger had brought sadness to Stan Sol, this sadness appeared quite inexplicable from an outsider’s perspective, but Igor felt it could be understood.

He even felt this wasn’t caused by feeling wronged or helpless. Igor thought this sadness was caused by responsibility, the burden on Stan Sol was rather heavy, even anger couldn’t provoke his resistance.

”I think, it’s better if we do nothing, this is a kind of test, maybe overcoming this hurdle, Stan Sol will quickly step out of his emotions.”

”But, I don’t understand, why does Teacher Hadi want to use this method...” Igor felt this approach was very difficult to accept, he still didn’t quite understand.

”Well, I’ll tell you, it’s hearsay on my part too, previously I knew some things regarding healing, when a person’s emotions are consistently suppressed, it’s generally hard to awaken them, only through such extreme means can it be done.” Perkins patiently explained to Igor.

”This...” Igor still didn’t understand.

”Just wait and see, see if what I said is right, your guess just got verified, now it’s my turn.” Perkins shrugged, indeed now he understood why he could enter the world of Adventurers with Class, although it varies slightly from what he thought, but at least he got an answer.
