I AM the Football Star

Chapter 615: Chapter 161: Golden Boy, Golden Boy! The Second Activation Method of the Moment Card! (Part 5)

There’s a chance!

This is going into ”overtime” rhythm!

The unscrupulous national live broadcast party didn’t switch the signal source, maintaining the recording on site.

The Memphis Grizzlies don’t deserve too many national broadcasts, but the Lakers do, so this game took advantage of the Lakers’ popularity.

As a result, all Americans saw Lu Yang topple Bogu.

”You damn softie, next time don’t try to back people down like that, got it? Trash!” Brother Lu never loses in trash talk.

His face was flushed. If not for Yao Liang and Sun Yue rushing over to restrain him, he would have surely shown this damn Australian just how hard Italy’s toughest guy’s fist is!

”Oh! Lu Yang is talking tough! My gosh, what a flavor! So fierce! I like this kid!” The commentator wasn’t one to let things settle, and even the famous TV commentator Smith was extraordinarily excited, ”How this will develop, I’m very curious!”

”Bogu gets up! But he’s no stronger than Yao Liang! The scene is awkward, Bogu is in a bit of a dilemma!”

”The Grizzlies players are surrounding them, they have the numbers, the three Chinese players are encircled!”

”It looks like Bogu said something, Lu Yang is sneering... Let’s amplify the source to hear it.”

Bogu: ”If this weren’t a basketball court, I would beat you until you cried for your mom! You little shorty!”

Lu Yang: ”No way! Even on this basketball court, I can make you cry for your mom! Come, let me see how tough your bones are, if they won’t break one by one under my fist!”

Bogu: ”Alright, you’d better leave Memphis immediately, or you’ll find out how scary a Memphis night can be!”

Lu Yang: ”Stop with the kid-scaring talk, I want you to apologize to my partner right now, or you won’t get the chance to tell your scary Memphis night story, because I’ll have you carried off this court!”

Bogu: ”Look around you, how many people do you think you have?”

Lu Yang: ”Three people, isn’t that enough? We footballers are each brave enough to fight, you’re pretty pathetic! Did you know your basketball is as bad as crap?”

”You and my fellow Yao Liang have a similar technical style, but you’re not as tall as him! You’re not even as fast as him! Your physical fitness is far inferior to his! Your shooting and passing are all worse than his!”

”Once he adapts to the NBA style, you’ll forever live in his shadow! That’s why you’re targeting him in this game, right? But even so, he still scored eighteen points, twelve rebounds, six assists, and two blocks, a perfect performance.”

”Oh yeah, didn’t he block you twice? That’s the difference! You’re scared of Yao Liang, you’re scared of us, you’re nothing but a paper tiger. I’ve met many players like you when I played football in Europe.”

”The less capable they are, the more they want to prove themselves. That backing move of yours must have a lot to do with your ’weakness’, right? You’re often powerless, do you want me to give you a nickname, like ’Three Seconds’?”

Hahaha!

Somehow, someone allowed the voices to be heard.

Lu Yang’s words made the audience laugh out loud.

The fans weren’t mocking Bogu, they were purely attracted by Lu Yang’s art of language.

Many of the Lakers’ players were also amused, and remembering that Yao Liang and Sun Yue were their teammates, they slowly approached.

The situation suddenly evened out.

Bogu found it increasingly difficult to back down from the tiger he was riding.

Just then, a member of the Grizzlies said, ”This is a basketball court, not your stand-up comedy stage!”

Lu Yang squinted his eyes, ”So? What’s your point? Are you suggesting that I, a football player, should resolve problems with you through basketball methods?”

The Grizzlies players blushed.

This was a bit insidious.

If they had to play football, Lu Yang would kick them so hard their mothers wouldn’t recognize them.

Bogu: ”You can say you’re scared. That way, no one will make things difficult for you. East Asians, they’re all like this, a bunch of cowards.”

Lu Yang laughed, ”Have you heard the joke? Athletes from track and field often play basketball better than the basketball team. I heard there are many situations like this in Australia?”

Bogu’s veins bulged with anger, ”I’ll definitely teach you a lesson! Damn it! Ball, give me the ball, I want to crush him!”

Bogu asked a teammate for a basketball.

But the audience responded with a lot of boos.

An NBA basketball player challenging a football player to play basketball, that’s really... too weak!

However, Lu Yang was silent for three seconds, then suddenly nodded.

”Alright, ten balls, and I won’t even ask you to apologize if you lose. But every time you play on this court, you must kneel to the audience in front of the camera for ten seconds, isn’t that reasonable?” After Lu Yang finished speaking, he turned to greet Sofia and then led Yao Liang and Sun Yue into the basketball court.

Sun Yue was terrified.

Brother Lu, what do you mean by this?

You’re a football player!

”Don’t worry, some athletes from track and field are really better than certain professional basketball players.” Lu Yang comforted Sun Yue as he explained the three-on-three tactics to him and Yao Liang.

After listening, the two were baffled.

Brother Lu, do you think we can’t play basketball, or are we just dumb?

Are you sure you want to play like this?

Even though they’re substitutes in the NBA, these two are basically the best players in the domestic CBA.

Especially Yao Liang, he’s practically the top basketball star in the country.

And what Lu Yang just told them sounded like asking C Luo and Messi to play as goalkeepers.
