I AM the Football Star

Chapter 440: Chapter 123: All Stars, Let’s Get Hyped (Part 4)

”Over here.”

When Sevajos had the ball, Lu Yang appeared to his right.

Sevajos passed the football to Lu Yang.

Rashim immediately rushed towards Lu Yang, continuing to stir up trouble.

Lu Yang was very dissatisfied with this behavior.

Because if you’re the troublemaker, then what are we?

So, let me be the troublemaker then.

Lu Yang executed a V-shaped Pull, dodging Rashim’s tackle and changing direction.

But Lu Yang didn’t move forward; instead, he leaned on Rashim, giving him a body confrontation.

This group of England midfield stars have a very distinct characteristic, which is...they are generally quite slim.

Their speed isn’t slow, Mancini is even extremely fast, but their strength isn’t up to par.

They might have hard bones because they’ve been honed in the Premier League.

But whether it’s the team or the fans, they are willing to give these young players space to utilize their speed advantage, watching them play speed football, rather than watching them gain weight and play power football.

Because every team lacks players who are strong in confrontations, but they all need a few young players who can charge hard.

The English definition of outstanding young offensive stars is...fast!

While other leagues define outstanding young offensive stars as...very good at dribbling and passing well!

Sometimes these two are the same, sometimes there’s a big difference.

So...the purpose of Lu Yang’s body confrontation this time wasn’t to overpower Rashim or anything.

He just blocked Rashim’s way back and then passed the ball back to Sevajos.

In this way, Rashim could only fuss behind Lu Yang, unable to chase the football like a piece of gum anymore.

Bam!

After receiving the ball, Sevajos took off, swiftly advancing down the left flank with the ball.

The England right-back retreated cautiously, an action to prevent Sevajos from cutting inside.

But it can also be seen as fishing.

Because if I guard your cut, you might choose to go deep on the outside.

At this moment, if the right-back speeds up, he can often give Sevajos a surprise by intercepting the ball in advance.

England’s full-backs are often characters with great speed and confrontation.

England’s offensive players are indeed thin.

But their defenders are often at the other extreme, very strong, tall and massive.

And the full-backs combine the common points of both.

So, if nothing unexpected happens, England’s full-backs in the future will have very strong defensive abilities.

But unfortunately, the highest requirement for full-backs in the future world of football isn’t strong defense, but strong offensive expansion, a point where the English are a bit unfortunate.

The next moment, Sevajos cut inside directly, not falling for the England right-back’s trick at all.

Who I want to break through, isn’t based on you, but on my mood.

Just as domineering as Mancini before.

Sevajos, in full sprint, threw a Rabona, dazzling everyone.

The England right-back stood like a wooden stake, as powerful as his speed attribute was, he had no chance to use it, and got bypassed directly.

Then, dribbling forward, Sevajos raised his foot, preparing to shoot.

The England right center-back hurried over to intervene, raising his foot high, ready to block.

As a result, Sevajos’s high-raised left foot didn’t strike the ball but, using the heel as he landed, nudged it.

Heel nudge to change direction.

Sevajos created some space and delivered a horizontal pass.

Lu Yang, near the penalty area, successfully received the ball.

The England defense players were as if confronted with a major enemy, aware someone was unmarked.

Their left center-back Chaloba hurriedly closed in on Lu Yang.

This Chaloba is the AC Milan youth trainee Chaloba, who faced off against Lu Yang in the Italian Cup final two months ago, er... let’s not mention that episode.

This kid was nearly rushed back to England by AC Milan fans after the match.

But in essence, he’s considered to be quite an excellent young center-back.

Bam!

Lu Yang flicked a Rabona, sending the football flying from the spot.

The ball drilled through the approaching Chaloba’s legs, into the penalty area.

Then Italy’s right winger Pompey galloped over, unguarded in the penalty area, and made a powerful left-foot shot.

The England goalkeeper was out of reach, unable to prevent the occurrence of this magnificent goal.

”GOAL! The response from the Italian players has come, they also produced a splendid goal.”

”As expected of the increasingly in-form Italy National Youth Team, their players are shining brightly!”

”Unlike the previous Italian national teams, Maniero’s Italy National Youth Team is not short of talented players, nor short of tactical flashes. This Italian team may seem less stable, but they hold more possibilities!”

”The beautiful goals England players can achieve, the Italian players can achieve just the same!”

”Italy National Youth Team, equalizes the score!”
