Hogwarts: I Am an Exemplary Wizard

Chapter 827: Chapter 711: Voldemort’s Wrath_2

”Give me another chance, Master...” The narrowly escaped Antonin Dolohov fell off his chair with a thud and knelt trembling on the ground.

”I swear... Master, I will definitely bring Fosco back to you.”

”But you’ve already failed.” Voldemort didn’t even glance at him, his gaze falling on an open copy of the Daily Prophet on the long table.

[You-Know-Who’s Nemesis, the Most Courageous Legendary Deputy Minister, Dolores Jane Umbridge]

”Master, I’ll go kill her!” Barty Crouch Jr. quickly said.

”Nemesis?” A strong disdain flashed in Voldemort’s eyes. He moved his finger, and the newspaper immediately turned to the second page.

[Olivander Missing.]

”You have two days...” Voldemort said coldly, ”Find him, and don’t disappoint me this time.”

”At your command, Master!” Everyone by the long table simultaneously knelt and said.

...

Meanwhile, at No. 12 Grimmauld Place.

After more than half a month of torment, Harry finally graduated, limping yet delightedly leaving the basement.

”This is Dittany Essence, this is Blood Replenishing Potion, and this is Skele-Gro...”

Sirius stuffed bottle after bottle of Magic Potion into Harry’s arms, while he couldn’t help but complain, ”This is too brutal; even if it’s to learn Occlumency faster, it shouldn’t be this strict.”

Kael smirked from the side.

In this half month, Sirius hadn’t visited Harry once in the basement, nor had he taken any action to stop it. How could he have the nerve to say such things?

But to maintain the bond between godfather and godson, Kael chose silence, saying nothing and just asking Kreacher to roast two Wampus Cat legs as a reward for their hard work.

After downing a few bottles of Magic Potion, Harry’s condition improved significantly. Of course, he didn’t drink potions like Skele-Gro.

”Harry? Are you in the dining room at this time? It seems you’ve already learned Occlumency, right.”

At this moment, Bill walked in from outside.

”Perfect timing, this is for you.” He handed Harry a heavy pouch across the table. ”I fetched it from your Vault for you.”

”Thanks,” Harry said, taking the pouch.

”You’re welcome.” Bill turned his head and said, ”Mom only gave me the key to Harry’s Vault. Kael, if you need to withdraw money, I can go again tomorrow.”

”Currently, the goblins have tightened security, and it’s heavily guarded. It takes about five hours for ordinary people to withdraw money, but I have some privileges at Gringotts and can shorten that to half an hour.”

”Thank you,” Kael shook his head, ”but I still have plenty of money, enough.”

His money, including all valuables, wasn’t kept in the sieve-like, leaky Gringotts, but in his own chest.

Some were placed in Norbert’s nest, some in the Niffler’s inner pocket, and recently he found two new storage spots.

The cave where the Basilisk resided and beneath the Nundu’s lair, both far safer than Gringotts.

Though Bill didn’t know about these, he didn’t mind either. Knowing Kael didn’t need to withdraw money, he took out a few envelopes.

They were new book lists sent by Hogwarts.

At the moment of opening the envelopes, Harry instantly forgot the painful experience he had in the basement before.

He had been chosen as the Quidditch team captain.

”That makes your status like a Prefect,” Hermione said happily, ”able to ride in the Prefect carriage and use our bathroom.”

Harry was very excited too, but not because of the special Prefect treatment.

He carefully examined the badge, wiping imagined dust off it with his clothes, reluctant to put it down.

”I had one too, it all feels like just yesterday. I couldn’t sleep a wink that night, just as excited as Harry,” Charlie said with a laugh. ”Kael, where’s your badge? Bring it out for a look.”

”Yeah,” Harry added quickly, ”It’s a competition between us, Gryffindor won’t lose again.”

”You might be disappointed; I’m not the captain.” Kael opened his envelope, and there was nothing inside except for a book list.

”How could that be!” Ron couldn’t help but exclaim. ”Who else in Hufflepuff could be the Quidditch team captain but you?”

”Anyone of them could,” Kael said, ”Their enthusiasm and skill are no less than mine.”

”Wait.” Hermione suddenly noticed something. ”Why haven’t you received the Head Boy badge either!”

This was more unbelievable than Kael not being the Quidditch captain.

Because last year, Kael was already the Head Boy, but at that time Cedric was still around, so the badge wasn’t issued.

But now that Cedric had graduated, Kael was undoubtedly the Head Boy.

So why wasn’t there a badge?

”There must be a mistake by the school,” Hermione said, ”Kael, you should write to Professor Dumbledore quickly before school starts.”

”No, Hermione, this is fine.”

Initially, Kael was a bit surprised, but he quickly accepted it and even felt a bit happy.

He liked Quidditch, but he preferred playing with friends, and now with Cedric, Fred, and George all graduated, the joy of Quidditch was greatly diminished.

More importantly, he’d seen Cedric stay up several nights in a row devising tactics before a match. Kael knew he couldn’t possibly do that.
