Naruto: Zanka No Tachi

Chapter 101: NZNT: Chapter 101

Hearing that, Killer Bee immediately picked up the Fourth Raikage’s charred body and ran away. Knowing that Yusuke could ignite him with his eye jutsu from behind, Killer Bee constantly changed directions as he ran.

Killer Bee was a very well-rounded ninja. Besides genjutsu, he excelled in all aspects. Although his speed wasn’t as good as the Fourth Raikage’s, he was very difficult to catch when he was running for his life.

Looking at Killer Bee’s rapidly retreating back, Yusuke didn’t bother to conserve chakra. He activated the ”Four Symbol Seals.” Black seals instantly covered his entire body. Powerful chakra surged around him.

In an instant, a large number of fire phantom crows flew out of Yusuke’s body. Each phantom crow had a pair of flame tomoe Sharingan in its eyes, staring intently at the direction Killer Bee was running.

”Flame Release: ”Dance of the Mirage” (Yāgein Rānbu)!”

Yusuke quickly formed hand seals. All the fire phantom crows activated ”Yang Flame” simultaneously. Killer Bee, who was far away, felt the danger coming from behind. He changed directions again and again.

But there were too many phantom crows staring at him. No matter how he dodged, he couldn’t avoid the sight of all the phantom crows at the same time. Eventually, his body was ignited by crimson flames.

The moment the flames ignited, Yusuke used ”Enzō no Jutsu” to instantly teleport out of the flames on Killer Bee’s body. His Ryūjin Jakka slashed down mercilessly.

Killer Bee was startled. He immediately threw the Fourth Raikage’s body to the nearby Kumogakure ninjas. At the same time, he instinctively used his eight octopus tails to block.

Killer Bee let out a muffled groan. His eight octopus tails snapped in two, and a gruesome wound was slashed across his chest.

”You guys take big brother and go. I’ll hold him off!”

Killer Bee was indeed a tough guy. The wound on his chest and the flames burning on his body were both fatal, but he didn’t seem to care.

Knowing that he was doomed if he was targeted by the opponent, Killer Bee simply turned around and fought Yusuke.

”Gyūki!”

A large amount of chakra suddenly surged out of Killer Bee’s body, transforming into a muscular gray monster. It was the Eight-Tails, Gyūki.

Gyūki had a head similar to a water buffalo’s, but one of its horns had been broken off by someone. Its eight tails, which were larger than its body, twisted and turned.

But Yusuke was very puzzled by Killer Bee’s complete transformation into the tailed beast.

Although Gyūki was incredibly powerful, it was only second to the Nine-Tails among the tailed beasts. But as its power increased significantly, Gyūki’s size also became enormous after fully transforming. This was very unfavorable against Yusuke, who was agile but incredibly lethal.

”I admit you’re strong, but I think this move will give you a headache!”

Killer Bee’s voice came from inside Gyūki’s body. At the same time, a giant Tailed Beast Ball slowly condensed on the tip of Gyūki’s forehead horn. Killer Bee had used all his chakra to condense this Tailed Beast Ball.

If this Tailed Beast Ball exploded in the canyon, the Konoha side would suffer heavy losses.

Seeing Killer Bee’s actions, Yusuke understood his intentions. He wasn’t trying to defeat him, but to use the strongest Tailed Beast Ball to buy time for the Kumogakure forces to retreat.

Faced with the Eight-Tails’ full-power Tailed Beast Ball, Yusuke also had to take it seriously.

Instantly, four Flame Release clones appeared behind Yusuke. They quickly moved to the four sides of Gyūki.

”Flame Release: Four Red Yang Formation!”

Yusuke’s four Flame Release clones formed hand seals with him. After completing the seals, they pressed their hands against the ground. In the instant before the Tailed Beast Ball was released, four crimson barrier walls formed, surrounding Gyūki.

For Yusuke, killing Killer Bee or dodging the Tailed Beast Ball’s attack wasn’t difficult. But if he killed Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails, which was about to be his, would be lost. And if he dodged the Tailed Beast Ball himself, the Konoha ninja army would suffer heavy losses.

Neither was an option Yusuke wanted.

But Yusuke, who could use the power of Ryūjin Jakka and was proficient in Flame Release, was the only ninja in the world who could use both the ”Four Red Yang Formation” and the ”Eight Trigrams Sealing Style” by himself. Therefore, Yusuke chose to use the ”Four Red Yang Formation” to seal the Eight-Tails, Gyūki’s, Tailed Beast Ball.

After releasing the ”Four Red Yang Formation,” Yusuke felt that the chakra in his seals had been reduced by more than half. It was clearly more taxing than the ”Eight Trigrams Sealing Style.”

”I hope he doesn’t get blown up by his own Tailed Beast Ball!” Yusuke was slightly worried.

This time, Gyūki had condensed a Tailed Beast Ball with almost all of its chakra. It was much stronger than a normal Tailed Beast Ball. Even the ”Eight Trigrams Sealing Style” wouldn’t be enough to withstand it!

With a deafening roar, the ”Four Red Yang Formation” barrier produced an incredibly blinding burst of energy. Gyūki’s massive body was completely engulfed by this energy. Even the original square barrier walls expanded.

But the ”Four Red Yang Formation” was a barrier that could defend against the Ten-Tails’ Tailed Beast Ball. Even a Tailed Beast Ball unleashed by the Eight-Tails, even if it used all its chakra, couldn’t break through it.

After a while, the energy in the barrier gradually subsided. Gyūki’s massive body was gone. Only the unconscious Killer Bee lay in the crater blasted out by the energy.

Seeing that Killer Bee still had a pulse, Yusuke breathed a sigh of relief. He canceled the ”Four Red Yang Formation” and stepped forward, lifting the tall and muscular Killer Bee into his arms.

At this time, most of the Kumogakure ninjas had retreated. Itachi, leading the Konoha ninjas, had pursued them for a while but didn’t go deep. Instead, he gathered his troops and came to Yusuke’s side.

The Konoha ninjas around them looked at Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails jinchūriki, in Yusuke’s arms. They didn’t show any surprise or disbelief. They all looked as if it were a matter of course.

Yusuke had always given the impression to the Konoha ninjas that he was unfathomable. Recently, even Itachi, Yusuke’s disciple, had been able to capture the Two-Tails jinchūriki alive. So, it didn’t seem so unbelievable that Yusuke had defeated the Fourth Raikage and captured the Eight-Tails jinchūriki alive.

Yusuke glanced at the Konoha ninjas around him, whose faces were filled with excitement after defeating the Kumogakure army. He roughly counted the number of people and discovered that their losses were not heavy. He nodded in satisfaction.

Then, to everyone’s surprise, Yusuke suddenly looked towards a nearby hill.

”Friend over there, if you don’t come out, I’ll have to come and get you myself!”

Hearing Yusuke’s words, the Konoha ninjas were startled. Several Hyuga branch family ninjas quickly looked in that direction with their Byakugan. They discovered that hundreds of ninjas were hidden there. Judging from their chakra levels, they were all elites.

In an instant, a large number of ninjas emerged from the rocks on the hillside. The one in the lead was short and floating in the air. His prominent bulbous nose was very noticeable. It was the living legend of the ninja world, the Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki.
