The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 359: Chapter 165: The Female Lead’s Aunt-in-law (3)

”Student Xiao D!”

He Tiantian had just accepted the script and didn’t show any unusual emotions.

She really had gotten used to it, whether it was playing the villain or some top-grade annoying character, it was all just another task for her.

She even faintly curved her lips up and said softly, ”This storyline is very complete, though it’s that old-fashioned torturous romance genre, the story structure, character settings, and plot details are all flawless!”

A well-crafted novel, so why drag a writer like He Tiantian into this?

That did not meet the Dian Niang System’s requirements at all.

”...This novel was censored!”

Student Xiao D said with a sense of indescribable frustration.

”Censored?”

He Tiantian carefully recalled the story’s descriptions and shook her head, ”There’s nothing described below the neck. Moreover, the author’s writing is excellent, without any blatant sensitive words, and yet some scenes make the reader blush and their heart race!”

And things like forceful conquest, although always criticized, were genuinely captivating.

If it had just a bit more spice, just slightly more H, it would be the absolute favorite of countless female readers.

Of course, those obviously colorful depictions are easily censored.

But the novel world that He Tiantian had taken over did not have such descriptions.

”This novel crossed two red lines!”

Student Xiao D said slowly, ”First, the female lead was only seventeen years old when she was sent to the Overbearing Boss’s bed by her top-grade aunt!”

A minor, mind you!

That’s clearly a crime!

He Tiantian: ...Holy shit, I was so focused on the plot that I forgot such a small detail.

And you can’t blame her.

In the past, when reading romance novels, attention was only on love and affection, with things like family and law seeming irrelevant.

The strong whatever—forceful conquest—is essential in a torturous romance.

Legally speaking, the male lead is basically a criminal.

And stuff like confinement, surveillance, violence, all cross legal lines.

Yet, those are classic elements in torturous romance novels.

Romance literature like this, fast-food entertainment, really doesn’t need to be scrutinized or researched.

It’s just a bunch of young girls and strange aunties indulging in fantasies. If you strictly follow reality, ninety percent of the plots would have issues.

”Second, the original character He Sitian didn’t want to have children herself, and under intense family pressure, she turned to surrogacy!”

And in Hua Country, surrogacy is illegal.

Novels and films must adopt a critical stance toward surrogacy.

But, in the original story, while amplifying He Sitian’s top-grade nature, there wasn’t any condemnation of ”surrogacy”; instead, it carried a subtle endorsement.

So, a lot of readers with proper morals reported the book.

He Tiantian: ...

No wonder it got censored for crossing two red lines.

”So, there are two tasks this time—”

Student Xiao D said seriously, ”First, maintain the original character’s persona, but make the plot reasonable and legal.”

When saying the word ”legal,” Student Xiao D emphasized the intonation.

And as if worried that He Tiantian would again play word games and exploit loopholes in the system to mess up the plot, Student Xiao D rushed to state the second task:

”Second, don’t disrupt the storyline, the novel must feature deep torturous romance and forceful conquest!”

Today had seen too many ellipses, He Tiantian didn’t even want to use them anymore.

But her mind was still full of complaints.

Don’t disrupt the character, don’t disrupt the plot, it must have deep torturous romance, forceful conquest, and yet be reasonable and legal.

Isn’t that contradictory?

After all, forceful conquest is an illegal and criminal act itself.

Also, neither of the two tasks the system issued forced He Tiantian to become a villain.

But to maintain the original storyline, where the female lead is dominated by the male lead, there definitely needs to be a pusher, a mediator.

He Sitian is set up precisely like that.

If she plays that role, she would become a bonafide villain, an accomplice in harming an innocent girl!

He Tiantian really detested such character settings.

However... He Tiantian stroked her chin and read over the few dozen words of the two tasks carefully.

As Student Xiao D felt uneasy deep down, He Tiantian finally spoke up, ”Okay, I got it!”

Student Xiao D: Just like that? No explosion? No complaints?

It didn’t believe that with He Tiantian’s intelligence, she hadn’t seen the ”malevolent intent” of the system.

This time it was forcing Tiantian to do disgusting things again.

”Tiantian, you, you’re really okay?”
