The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 357: Chapter 164 Torturing the Female Lead’s Aunt (Part 2)_2

Based on her observations, as well as the content of the young man’s conversation, He Tiantian was able to roughly guess that this elite, who seemed quite remarkable, probably belonged to the latter category.

He Tiantian watched the man leave, but she didn’t hurry to get up. Instead, she continued sipping her tea.

At least on the surface, that’s indeed how she appeared.

But inside, He Tiantian was communicating with Student Xiao D, ”Student Xiao D, hand over the script to me!”

Knowing she definitely wouldn’t get a decent role, He Tiantian was still occasionally curious about what kind of bizarre character she would end up with this time.

”Okay, dear!” Student Xiao D replied in a cute way.

Then, it efficiently transferred the script to He Tiantian.

”...another villain role, as expected.”

However, unlike He Xiaotian from the previous novel, He Xiaotian was openly and unabashedly wicked.

In this novel, the original character He Sitian wasn’t incredibly vicious and hadn’t done anything outrageous or hateful that would provoke heaven’s wrath and human resentment.

But the tragedy of the female lead and her family’s suffering all originated from He Sitian.

From the perspective of the female lead, to describe it in one sentence, it would be, ”That top-grade aunt of mine who pushed me into a den of wolves.”

Yes, the original character He Sitian was the female lead Su Muxue’s aunt.

And Su Muxue, she was the female lead in a deeply tragic and coercive novel.

When the female lead was ten, her parents died in a car accident, and her grandmother took her in.

Later on, as the old lady grew older and the female lead’s younger uncle got married, not wanting his real mother to suffer, the younger uncle Zhao Wenkang discussed it with his wife, and they decided to take in their niece, the female lead.

The original character He Sitian was Zhao Wenkang’s new bride.

Zhao Wenkang came from an average background, just an ordinary citizen, yet he possessed an extremely high artistic talent.

Having studied fine arts since childhood, he was admitted to an arts college with flying colors and then became a painter.

But artists can easily become extreme: those who paint well achieve fame and fortune and live comfortably.

But many can’t turn their brush into what’s needed for life, living destitute and miserable.

Zhao Wenkang was considered lucky. His family’s financial situation was average, but he was tall and handsome, and with his constant immersion in the world of art, he had a unique charisma.

He Sitian, the only child and beloved daughter of the local wealthy family, fell in love with Zhao Wenkang at first sight.

He Sitian was born into wealth and, as the only child of her parents, was spoiled and raised somewhat selfishly and willfully.

But her nature wasn’t all that bad—it was at most just a spoiled brat.

She had a bad temper, yet Zhao Wenkang had the cultivation of an artist and the patience of a painter: gentle as jade, unique in temperament, and not overly concerned about money.

The two together made a strangely complementary pair.

He Sitian’s money allowed Zhao Wenkang to continue his dreams and maintain his artistic temperament as if untouched by worldly concerns;

Warm and delicate, Zhao Wenkang had the romance and fantasy of an artist, not only tolerating He Sitian’s bad temper but also providing this rich girl with a poetic and picturesque life.

If nothing unexpected had happened, this couple could have lived happily ever after.

Alas, there are no ifs.

Because they were not the male and female leads of this novel but merely the overbearing relatives of the female lead.

The female lead Su Muxue fit the setting of a tragic romance heroine more: orphaned at a young age and dependent on others. Fragile in body, but strong at heart.

Plus, she had a striking appearance and a positive outlook on life.

During a school event where she was performing on stage, having trained in dance before, Su Muxue was spotted by Overbearing Boss Leng Mo, who was invited to attend.

Leng Mo truly lived up to his name, cold and haughty.

He looked upon the female lead as if a king bestowing a favor, declaring, ”You’re not bad, I’ve taken a liking to you!”

Female lead: ...Is this guy an idiot?

The female lead was a blossoming young girl, whereas Overbearing Boss Leng was already in his twenties.

To a man almost a generation older than herself, the female lead really had no such thoughts.

She refused, she fled, she wasn’t at all conquered by Leng Mo’s kingly aura.

As a result, Overbearing Boss Leng, used to controlling everything and having his way in the business world, got angry.

And the consequences of Boss Leng’s anger were naturally very severe.

Just a light sentence, ”When the king is chilly, the vassals shatter!”

Of course, the female lead no longer had parents, and her family wasn’t wealthy.

But her aunt was.

With some behind-the-scenes maneuvers from Overbearing Boss Leng, the company of aunt He Sitian consequently faced a crisis.
