Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Once Alka had completely rested, he entered the space before him, stepping into the enclosed spirit realm.

Right after entering, he openly moved among these Evil Spirits. The Evil Spirits surged toward Alka, but they were all blocked by a thick barrier, unable to approach Alka’s body.

He made his way to the central mine area, where Chadite and the others emerged from below.

They looked at their surroundings.

At that time, all the Evil Spirits were constrained in this area, forming together an eerily intimidating cluster of monstrosities.

Lumina and the others also came out one by one.

”Is the ritual still stable?” Alka asked, out of safety concern.

Lucilia and Lumina both nodded.

The ritual was currently very stable.

”Now you can lift the ritual and take that Scepter,” Lumina said, looking at Alka.

Upon hearing this, Alka quietly watched her and asked, ”What do you plan to do once the ritual is lifted?”

Upon hearing this, not only Lumina but also the surrounding spirits all stared at Alka.

”Of course... liberation. I have existed in this form for too long,” Lumina said, extending her hand and waving it.

Her hand stirred up some wisps of eerie green mist.

”Thank you for resolving the matter here, allowing the ritual to be safely lifted; only then can we leave in peace.”

Upon hearing this, Alka watched her.

”The world is already shattered; although the soul return process is still functioning, evidently, you have missed the soul return procedure.

And here isn’t the Four Divine Seas, your liberation shouldn’t be the outcome deserved.”

In the Endless Sea, without the presence of the Four Divine’s power, it’s impossible to perform a ritual like in the Homeland Sea to make them return to the Divine’s capital or safely enter the return ritual.

The Four Divine Seas are equivalent to the Divine’s constructs, serving as early temporary dwellings to stabilize the world and accommodate populations.

Additionally, they were a simple experimental facility.

While the Endless Sea represents the essence of the world, the essence of the shattered.

Since it’s shattered, naturally many processes have malfunctioned, including the mechanism of reincarnation.

If one’s soul is forcibly left behind for a period after death, then this mechanism fails, and the delayed soul, once deceased, truly dissipates.

Unable to enter the world’s reincarnation mechanism, instead transforming into energy in the sky.

Eternal disappearance.

This is the biggest consequence of the ritual at that time.

Alka watched the spirits before him, evidently aware that all knew this information, faced with Alka’s words, no great fluctuation occurred.

They had already considered such consequences when they made the decision.

”Now, you no longer have much pressure, how about surviving for a while in this soul state?

Perhaps, afterwards, the world’s issues might even be resolved.”

Upon hearing Alka’s words, the noble who had previously argued with the old man couldn’t help but furrow his brows and say.

”You are a living being, a living person, how could you possibly understand our feelings?”

Saying this, his words grew increasingly agitated, raising his hands: ”Look at these hands, now they can’t touch anything, not even capable of grasping a tiny pebble.

There is no sensation left; I’ve forgotten the feeling of eating, forgotten the happiness after being full, and even lost the most basic right to enter into dreams!

Now, you want us to persist? To endure this torment further?”

Listening to his outburst, Alka didn’t retaliate, merely listened quietly.

Until the noble finished his roar.

He then took a deep breath, restoring his usual demeanor: ”Sorry, I was rude.”

After speaking, he quietly retreated behind the crowd.

Alka looked at the spirits before him, and more frail spirits inside the mine.

Even children were among them.

”Are these your thoughts?”

Henggs said beside him: ”You are a noble person, willing to expend so much effort to help us solve this issue, which is already commendable.

I can understand your feelings, but this is our deserved outcome, from the moment we chose to perform this ritual, we were already mentally prepared.

No need to spend more thoughts on us.”

After speaking, Henggs struck his chest with his right hand, causing his soul to tremble slightly, bowing his head with deep respect.

”No, I’m no noble person. I’m merely unable to stand seeing such things. I dislike witnessing those who sacrifice shedding blood and tears.

This isn’t fair, although the world itself is unfair.” Alka said, a faceless white puppet appearing in his hand.

It’s a Soul-Host Puppet created using their latest technology, which Alka produced temporarily before taking action. Unexpectedly, it would be utilized today.

This was also the sample he prepared earlier.

Alka handed the Soul-Host Puppet over: ”Come on, try entering this.”

Henggs, Lumina, and all the surrounding spirits silently watched the puppet.

At this time, Clara, who had previously encountered Alka, stepped forward.
