Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

It was only the two of them, and since they were already familiar with the journey, the targets and everything they needed to obtain were all set.

So this time, Alka directly controlled the Mirror Surface, forming a flying Magic Mirror. It carried Rockhorn swiftly towards the edge of the mountains, heading in the direction of the Stone Forest.

Compared to when they came, they saved at least half the time, and within a few days, they could already see from afar the depression where the Stone Forest was located, blending with the surrounding Mountain Peak, making it almost undetectable.

Perhaps due to Rockhorn being by his side, Alka clearly saw another Sentinel of the Stonehoof tribe noticing their presence.

But it didn’t intercept, allowing them to proceed internally.

Rockhorn looked at the place before him.

”Back again, nothing seems to have changed.”

As if sensing his return, the half-elemental creature with a Minotaur appearance, guarding at the gate and looking just like him, whom Alka had seen before, walked out, penetrating from the rocks.

It looked at Rockhorn, and they embraced each other briefly.

They engaged in some sort of silent communication.

Although Alka didn’t know what they were communicating about, nor could he see any expression on the Minotaur’s rigid face,

he could tell from Rockhorn’s more candid expression that the conversation was probably about the half-elemental who had died in the center of the mountain range.

Alka remembered Rockhorn said that the deceased was his brother, perhaps also looked like a Minotaur.

After the exchange, Alka followed behind the two of them, passing through the wall into the interior of the Stone Forest, which hadn’t changed at all since they left.

The oddly tall Great Elder Triangular Rock approached.

After a silent exchange with Rockhorn, he lifted his head to look at Alka.

”Human friend, I’ve heard from him already, and thank you for your assistance.”

Alka nodded with a smile and took out the three Crystal Cores he had obtained from his space.

He handed the cores to the Elder in front of him.

The Elder looked at Alka, astonished that he’d gathered all three in such a short time. He’d thought even having one would be quite impressive.

Though he felt a sense of surprise, there was no external change. He received them and nodded repeatedly to Alka in thanks, ”Thank you. You are now a sincere friend of our race. Let me prepare a token of gratitude for you.”

As he watched the Elder about to leave, Alka quickly called him back, saying, ”I’ve come here because there’s something more important I wish to discuss with you.”

Upon hearing this, the Great Elder turned back to look at him.

Rockhorn also stood by, waiting.

”The environment in this world is highly unfavorable for your survival, and does not provide the conditions needed for your offspring to thrive.

But I have a place that has pure, singular Earth Element, very suitable for your habitation and reproduction.”

Hearing this, the Great Elder was initially skeptical, and his emotions turned wary, though his rigid face remained fixed on Alka.

Alka knew he couldn’t simply believe him just like that, so he gave Rockhorn a look suggesting it was his turn.

Rockhorn nodded and immediately stepped forward, beginning a silent exchange with the Great Elder.

Witnessing this, Alka took a slight step back, observing with eyes that could detect emotional fluctuations.

With the silent exchange, Alka could clearly see the Great Elder’s emotions shifting from wary confusion to belief, quickly turning into excitement and continuous elation.

After the communication, the Great Elder looked at Alka and said, ”If it can indeed be done, then our tribe will sign an Elemental Contract with you.

We will serve you, fight for you, in exchange for you providing a suitable environment where we can live.”

Very straightforward, it seems the entire tribe has a rather direct nature.

Alka nodded in satisfaction, agreeing with such simple contract terms.

He would provide a safe abode, allowing the entire tribe before him to thrive, while the whole tribe would sign a contract to offer him labor and combat strength.

A very favorable deal.

If they can indeed reproduce, then the race can truly continue. Unless Alka sends them to their death.

Then they would naturally refuse.

As for the actual contract signing, that would wait until the entire matter is completely settled before formally beginning.

”Can you... let me see that area with my own eyes?” the Great Elder asked.

Alka nodded, ”Of course.” Saying this, he gestured to the side, opening a space rift.

He took the Great Elder and Rockhorn with him inside.

During this time, throughout their journey, Alka continuously funneled Magic Power rich in the singular Earth Element inside.

By now, the Earth Magic Power within this enclosed space had become extremely rich, and the ground had already revived.

The once barren plain had turned into brown soil and protruding mounds of earth and giant rocks.

As they entered,

the Great Elder Triangular Rock’s power visibly began to rise before Alka’s eyes.

The cracks on his body even started to seal and heal, rapidly reaching the Basic level of stage 8.

And stabilized there.

Alka stood there, dumbfounded.

Why didn’t such changes occur when Rockhorn entered here before?
