Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

The fissure spread and expanded in an instant. The hill where the entire mining site was located, along with the surrounding mountains, was enveloped by an irregular oval-shaped fissure. Then, with a tremor, the entire piece of land was actually lifted directly from the ground.

A vast hollow suddenly appeared between the mountain peaks.

Rocks and soil tumbled down from above, leaving behind an incredibly exaggerated deep depression.

As the entire ritual area was lifted by the fissure.

Alka controlled the Earth Card to take the lead, beginning to let this piece of land drift towards the location of the fissure.

With Alka’s leading control, the rest of the half-elemental beings began to exert their power, jointly controlling it.

Those standing outside the mine, the wise ghosts, watched the scene.

They watched the massive space rift in the sky, and Alka holding the radiant blue gemstone aloft.

This sight.

It was like a miracle.

Lucilia stood beside them as well; at this time, Lucilia was of normal body size, using a soul state not much different from these ghosts in front of her.

She watched this scene in the sky.

In her mind, the mural she once saw in the museum of Vastva in the Broken Islands involuntarily emerged.

That mural, even in the Golden Era, seemed like a myth.

But now, the protagonist of the mural, once Vastva, had become Alka.

The flow of people towards the space became a floating piece of land.

The forefront of the land collided into the space, and those half-elemental beings controlling the land also moved into the space along with it.

The fluctuation caused by the movement here spread much farther than they had thought.

At this moment.

The battlefront.

At the Demon-Defending Fortress, it was yet another routine demon siege.

This place is the most exaggerated area for resisting demons; wars occur almost every moment, albeit with varying intensity.

Truly a meat grinder.

But at this moment, both sides inexplicably stopped.

They felt the vibration of the space, even felt the tremor coming from afar, causing the ground beneath them to slightly shake.

The element of the earth began to become violently active, including space which had been steadily stable.

Those with great power, whether on the human side or the demon side, couldn’t help but look towards the distance.

Looked to the region of the Ghost Soul Mountain Range.

”The space is vibrating? What’s happening?”

At this moment, an elder standing on a high stone tower also felt the power fluctuation coming.

He raised the scepter in his hand and waved lightly.

A swirl of light appeared before him, then a scene appeared in front of his eyes.

The people around couldn’t help but look into the scene; these people were considered the powerful figures and influential individuals on the entire front line.

Then suddenly everyone stood in place.

The scene depicted exactly that exaggerated spectacle.

”Alka?” Grefar who was standing behind the elder, said in confusion.

Everyone instantly turned to look at him.

”You know him?”

Grefar nodded: ”Yes, I know him; he is the leader of the Compass Eye, the young man who previously set up the Mouth of Devouring externally.”

With this explanation from Grefar, everyone around suddenly understood.

”So, it’s him.”

”Isn’t the environment around here the Ghost Soul Mountain Range? What’s he doing?”

”Hey, hey, you can’t just mess around there. If there’s a problem there at this time, it would cause big trouble,” a member thought of something and said.

Instantly, noise surged around.

In such a circumstance, should there be any issue with the evil spirits of the Ghost Soul Mountain Range, it would certainly be a major crisis.

They didn’t have enough manpower to manage problems appearing in the rear right now; it would certainly lead to chaos in the supply lines at the back.

Only those few powerful individuals quietly observed, they could discern some clues through the scene.

”Don’t panic, it seems this is not a bad thing.”

Grefar also nodded: ”Indeed, Alka wouldn’t do anything unreasonable.”

If unreasonable things actually were done, they wouldn’t have needed to stop them, a higher existence would naturally intervene to stop it.

The gray-robed elder showing the scene seemed to have seen something and then deleted the scene.

”Hey? Why did you turn it off? I haven’t figured it out yet.”

The elder turned, looking at the person who had made the voice.

Then mocked aloud: ”With your brain, you won’t get it, don’t trouble yourself. Better go cut some demons, it’s more your suit.”

”Old man, your mouth stinks, I think the Demon Hunting Fortress shouldn’t let Grefar guard it.

They should let you guard it, so you wouldn’t need to fight, just trade insults with the Mouth of Devouring every day.”

The sturdy man retorted without hesitation.

Then, feeling unsatisfied, he added: ”Seriously? Is the Mouth of Devouring your brother? When this young man comes, I must warn him well, so he doesn’t offend you, and you take revenge for your brother.”

Another round of brief verbal dueling.

Grefar inexplicably glanced at him upon hearing this response.

Are you both cut from the same cloth?

The rest silently left, returning their focus to the battle below.

...

Finally, only the tail end of the massive floating land remained.

As the last piece entered the space, all that was left in front was an extraordinarily wide depression, as if a massive lake had dried up.

Leaving behind a vast pit.

Alka sealed the space and immediately entered into it.

Inside the space, all the evil spirits began to become restless, charging like a tsunami towards the half-elemental beings still controlling the land.

But they all collided with the air, as if an invisible thick wall separated them from the half-elemental beings.

This area was now isolated by Alka.

But the power circulated between them, and under the half-elemental beings’ control, the entire zone began to sink into the vast desolate earth.

The land began to boil, the entire earth began to sink, swallowing into the gray-white sandy stone.

Then steadily embedded together.

Though one could see distinct differences in color; one was a gray-white cracked dead land, the other a deep dark gray-black cursed place soaked in abyssal aura.

After everything was completed, Alka waved gently, sending all the half-elemental beings back to their Stone Forest.

While he fell directly onto the barren land, gasping for air.

His strength began to plummet instantly, returning to his original stage.

Such a lengthy opening of such a vast space had exhausted too much of his magic power.
