Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Without the limitations of external elements, this area can completely transform into a Stone Forest.

The square space with a side length of one kilometer is entirely sufficient for them to survive; you must know that the Stone Forest outside isn’t this big.

If necessary, Alka can still expand around at any time, after all, this world is large enough.

In terms of the whole world, of course, it can be considered small, but for Alka, it can be considered a small continent.

Upon hearing Alka’s decision, the Elemental Elder in front of him nodded and then left to make arrangements.

Alka discovered that the construction of the Stone Forest was much more complex than he imagined. These elemental and half-elemental creatures used an unknown technique to begin connecting the surrounding pure Earth Element through one stone pillar and totem after another.

Then they started to control them freely, arranging them in this Stone Forest in a certain proportion and sequence, naturally forming a natural Array.

Making the Earth Element of the whole area become active, and yet... gentle. He could only think of describing it with that word for now.

Because active elements cannot appear gentle; they are violent and destructive.

For example, in this world, earthquakes and collapses can be considered manifestations of active elements.

Then they performed a new generation resurgence in front of Alka.

Firstly, there was the Elemental Core that Alka had seen.

In the center of the Stone Forest, there was a huge and intricately carved totem.

The totem was carved with the shape of a creature similar to a cow, though it was evidently a fantastical creature resembling a cow, and the huge Stonehoof imprint.

Then they wrapped the core in a stone ball through some ritual transformation.

The mud ball gradually solidified, hardened, and then turned into a patterned stone egg.

The stone egg instantly became exceptionally smooth, like a river pebble.

The Great Elder raised these smooth stone eggs.

Alka could feel their unspoken communication waves, seemingly conducting some kind of ritual prayer.

After all, it’s the first life they’ve birthed in such a long time.

After the ritual, the stone egg floated, carried by the brown glow to float next to the massive totem pole.

Then one after another flew up.

Various materials rich in Earth Element were used among them.

Alka sat nearby for a full two days, watching these half-elemental creatures operate. He felt he’d gained significant insights into Earth Element manipulation just by observing.

You could only say they are indeed creatures naturally able to manipulate Earth Element; many techniques, Alka might not learn even by witnessing them.

That’s their instinct.

In just these two days, the entire Stonehoof Race of about 300 people had fully returned to their former strength.

In just these two days, Alka found many cracks on the half-elemental beings were about to mend.

To some extent, their strength has been enhanced.

Or rather, during such a long time, their strength should have improved. It’s just that the harsh and scarce external environment hindered their strength from advancing, even causing it to regress.

And coming to an environment suited for their survival, once past nutritional deficiencies were removed, their strength naturally began to replenish the losses of time.

Take the Great Elder, for example.

Before coming here, he was indeed just a Seventh Stage Perfection Elder Level half-elemental creature.

But over 800 years, he should have long since advanced to Leader Level.

However, environmental scarcity led him to breakthrough into a brand-new stage instantly, once his body was repaired after being brought to the appropriate area.

After all things were completed.

Alka appeared in the outer Stone Forest, which was already empty.

Only a small team of half-elemental creatures remained,

The team’s captain Alka had already granted him entry into space.

Then Alka started to return, heading deeper into the Ghost Mountain Range.

On his way back, he didn’t use the flying Magic Mirror to move quickly, but rather the brown Earth Card.

He began to practice the skills he had previously learned.

Standing on a sharp rock, the rock glided between the mountains, moving forward quickly like skiing in a snow mountain.

This requires very precise and some hidden small skills to accomplish.

If it wasn’t for Alka’s improved ability to manipulate Earth Elements, such an operation wouldn’t have been possible, let alone sustained it.

Thus he slid along toward the interior, and as he moved further within the mountain range, the speed began to slow down.

Because the increasingly thick Abyssal aura in the interior penetrated the earth, causing the Earth Elements within to be constrained to a degree, unlike the outskirts.

Especially the area of the Stone Forest, the Abyssal aura was very mild, almost nonexistent. The Stonehoof Race’s half-elemental creatures likely did some protective measures.

This is also why when Alka saw the stone horns, he didn’t dive underground to hide.

Because in a place so severely invaded by the Abyss, all elements were differently constrained.

Reluctantly, in the latter half of the journey, Alka resumed using the Magic Mirror for rapid flight.

This round trip, plus the waiting in between, took Alka nearly half a month to finally reach.
