Treasure Hunting System： The Ocean Conquerer

Chapter 152: Chapter 135: Determining the Treasure’s Whereabouts (Extra Chapter for Alliance Leader Tianjianxing YQ, 10,000-Word Chapter)_4

However, even though there was little information regarding the golden light, its Difficulty was enough for him to make a decision. He prepared to select this golden light dot as their next target. The Difficulty rating indicated no strength requirement, nor did it impose clear conditions like those of the Vastin Empire, which they would find hard to meet.

Key holder... It was very straightforward, almost laid out in the open. To obtain the Treasure, using force seemed unlikely. It was placed somewhere that required a key to open; as long as one possessed the key, the place would naturally open its doors. However, there was currently no clue about this key. They could only reach the Empire first, then carefully investigate based on the situation at the treasure point.

After all, he only needed to uncover some clues to obtain useful information. Acquiring and expanding information was the most useful aspect of this ability. The entire Treasure Hunting System relied on information to provide various kinds of assistance. Firstly, a map was needed, and the Treasure Hunting System would provide the specific location. To gain an advantage during the treasure hunt, more specific information about this Treasure was needed; the more information, the safer and quicker the treasure hunt would be.

It seems it’s time to set off.

”Take a rest, prepare for action. Let’s leave this Island and go to Meniche’s former capital, the City of Prosperity.” After putting away the map, Alka turned and said to the group. He thought for a moment before explaining, ”This place is a little too dangerous, not suitable for us to explore at the moment.”

Upon hearing this, the group nodded in agreement without any objections and began to pack, ready to leave. Watching their actions, Julia also stood up. It seems Alka’s authority in the team is greater than she imagined; the others didn’t even question why they were going to that place. Or perhaps there’s a tacit understanding among them unbeknownst to her.

After packing, the group went directly to the harbor and launched the Swift into the water. Boarding the vessel, they began heading towards the target Island. Due to the distance between Islands, and with the speed of the Swift, it took less than two days to reach the seas around the City of Prosperity. Although this place was on the edge of the core point, the Dark Energy here was almost no different from that at the center. It was much better compared to the harsh environment of the Vastin Empire.

Pororo, after a long while, grabbed two sea fish from the water that could resist the Dark Element, allowing them to have something fresh to eat.

Gazing at the Island in the distance, Alka squinted slightly. He saw something out of place again. A ship was docked at a debris-filled port, with flickers of Lighting Stone shining on it. However, this ship didn’t have black sails. Through Dark Vision, one could see its light yellow sails, featuring a design similar to a Spiral flower. Judging by its appearance, it seemed more like a Treasure Hunting Team’s vessel, and this ship was clearly a Spell Ship. At this moment, the edges of the ship’s hull were emitting a faint glow, seemingly protecting the vessel against the surrounding Dark Elements.

Besides Alka, the others on the boat also saw the ship, and Chadite examined it closely. She said, ”I recognize this Treasure Hunting Team. I’ve seen this ship before, but I forgot their name. They’re not very famous.” Hearing Chadite’s words, Alka nodded, having somewhat assessed the situation.

If it’s a Treasure Hunting Team Chadite recognizes but doesn’t know the name, the only reason would be that the team is quite weak. However, with a Spell Ship, they couldn’t be *too* weak; at least there were Touch Bearers present.

”But if I’m not mistaken,” Chadite continued, ”the key members on their ship seem to be a Two Spirals and a One Spiral. These two are brothers, and the others are just ordinary people.”

Hearing this, Alka looked at her. He found it strange that she couldn’t remember names yet could recall such specific details.

Seeing Alka’s expression, Chadite explained a bit awkwardly, ”I just remember their names were too complex, so I didn’t really try to memorize them. I still kept the other important details in mind.”

As they spoke, the Swift had already approached the port. Alka had extinguished their ship’s lights as soon as he spotted the other vessel. As their ship drew nearer, Alka could observe the other vessel’s specific condition. Oddly enough, there were no crew members stationed on this Spell Ship. It seemed the faint glowing Spell around it, besides providing protection from the dark, also had an alarm function.

Chadite commented from the side, watching, ”Perhaps this Island is quite dangerous, requiring everyone to be dispatched, or something like that.”

Alka nodded. The group pushed their ship, the Swift, between the hulking remains of two abandoned vessels along the shore, effectively concealing it. It could only be seen if one walked right up to it; otherwise, it was obscured from any other viewpoint. Moreover, this was the Realm of Pitch Darkness; not everyone possessed Dark Vision. The light from a Lighting Stone could barely illuminate one’s immediate surroundings; one couldn’t expect it to project over long distances. Unless one used a Combination of Mirrors to form a spotlight, like Alka did.

After tying on silver bells, the group moved to the beach. A long, messy trail of footprints stretched from the beach up onto the shore, disappearing in the direction of the port. The group looked towards the port, noting the vast area occupied by an absurdly large warehouse.
