From Arsenal to the Ball God

”On June 29th, in the European Cup semifinals against Germany, you experienced a tough match, but ultimately, through a high-altitude bombing known as ’Looking back at the moon’, you scored the header that killed the match!”

”That was your 9th goal in the European Cup, you equaled Platini’s record and led the France team into the finals.”

”.....”

”On July 3rd, one of the most important days of your life, facing the formidable Bullfighter Army, you opened your scoring account with a long shot, breaking Platini’s record!”

”And again at the very last moment, with a dragon-like solo goal, you sent the France team to the top of Europe, lifting the De Lorne Trophy!”

”.....”

The scene shifts, and a civilian airplane appears in the sky, immediately followed by two fighter jets from behind, surrounding the civilian plane from the left and right.

”Thank you for your heroic performance in the European Cup; we represent the French Air Force to escort you!”

”.....”

With the pilot’s powerful announcement, the civilian passenger plane slowly lands, crosses the water gate, Ma’el appears holding the De Lorne Trophy at Paris International Airport, then takes a bus, participating in a floral parade on Champs-Élysées Avenue.

Nine planes trail smoke, tens of thousands of French fans set off smoke bombs, under the escort of the cavalry corps, Michel adorned them with honorary medals.

”Swipe!”

The screen suddenly goes black, everything finally comes to an end, the last line appears on the screen - ”All Arsenal fans salute your exciting and brilliant 18 years, looking forward to you achieving even more dazzling success at 19!”

”Oh oh.....!” After the video ends, cheers resound again, everyone turns their gaze to the center where Ma’el stands.

Under the eyes of all, he clasped his hands to thank the Arsenal fan who made the video, and simultaneously lifted his head in amazement..... also preventing the tears in his eyes from falling.

Unexpectedly, before the video ended, after the black screen, a poster of the opening match of Arsenal’s 12-13 season, the Community Shield Cup final, appeared on the screen.

”On August 12, 2012, you will begin your 19-year-old journey at Wembley Stadium, marking the start of yet another great legendary journey.....”

Everyone was stunned by the creativity and significance of the video, Ma’el’s face was moved even more, causing him to subconsciously purse his lips and shake his head repeatedly.

Indeed, all of this was just his 18 years; he has a broader future.

In the year he turns 19, he wants to accomplish more achievements and reach greater heights!

He hopes in next year’s similar video, he can still see himself continuously climbing higher, experiencing countless brilliant moments and exciting scenes!

He also hopes when choosing to retire at the end of his career, he sees himself as having crushed everything since his debut, moving step by step to the number 1 spot in history, ending all disputes of being the best, becoming the one and only Ball God!

”Cheers...!”

Isabella raised a glass of drink, sat beside Ma’el, gestured for everyone to raise their glasses, ”Cheers to his past, and his future! Go for it!!”

Once again, everyone raised their glasses together, marking the approach to the end of this birthday party.

At night, after Isabella finished bathing, she came next to Ma’el and revealed her birthday gift, ”Aren’t you planning to start your own company? I want to give you my sports brand to merge into it.”

Ma’el didn’t expect this, raised his eyebrows and asked, ”Really? But why, isn’t that your career?”

”Yes.” Isabella replied with a smile: ”But maybe without you, I wouldn’t have been determined to push it to where it is today, I’ll find another industry to realize my value.

”Now it has reached a new bottleneck.....I think, only if it’s yours, can it progress further.”

Ma’el stared at Isabella, realizing that she was very serious about what she said.

Before he could respond, Isabella continued, ”Actually, the brand wasn’t originally named Primacy; it was during our collaboration phase that I changed it.

”Because I feel you always strive for ’excellence’, pursue ’the best’, which aligns well with you.”

”Later, when I started dating you, I treated it as our child, hoping we could raise it together.”

Isabella saw Ma’el hadn’t responded, laughed and flipped to sit on Ma’el’s waist, her soft lips slightly parted: ”Ma’el, although it’s a bit early to say, I just want to ask, do you want to marry me?”

”.....Sure.”

”Then Primacy is one of the dowries from the McCabe Family to you, from tomorrow it’s yours, but I’ll still be on the job, working for our company.”

The two embraced again, celebrating their first birthday together, as their relationship gradually evolved.
