Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 99: Chapter 99 Arlo Seys, you need to eat more sweets...

It’s a dessert shop, and through the glass window, you can clearly see all kinds of desserts inside that make one’s mouth water.

Arlo Seys has never been fond of sweets. He glanced briefly and then withdrew his gaze. When his eyes fell on the person beside him, he noticed Ariel Morris’s face was full of craving, which stirred something slightly in Arlo’s heart.

Her skin was fair and tender, her eyes filled with an excited sparkle, and her every move was innocent and charming, an indescribable beauty.

Ariel Morris looked at the dessert shop for more than ten seconds, then suddenly grabbed Arlo Seys’s hand, pulling him towards the dessert shop.

”Arlo Seys, I’ll treat you to dessert to make it up to you, okay? That love letter incident today really wasn’t intentional! I swear, next time I write a love letter, I’ll make sure to hide it well so no one finds it!”

”...”

Next time? Arlo Seys looked at Ariel Morris’s back, feeling a headache.

Her confession to him became known to everyone, her love letter to him was also known by all, no wonder the rumors about them already being together were spreading more intensely. Now, many people at school believe they are truly a couple.

Just when Arlo Seys wanted to say not to write anymore, Ariel Morris, without him noticing, had already picked out a cake from the dessert shop and directly fed a spoonful to Arlo Seys. The sweet cake taste filled his mouth, blocking the words he wanted to say in his throat.

Ariel Morris chuckled charmingly, ”Arlo Seys, is it good? Cherry mousse cake, my favorite~”

Arlo Seys held the cake in his mouth, only feeling a cloying sweetness. He has always disliked sweets, so when Ariel asked him, he just frowned slightly without answering.

Ariel Morris paid the bill, bought two kinds of mousse cakes, handed one to Arlo Seys, and carried another in her hands as they left the dessert shop.

Ariel Morris ate her cake with relish, occasionally urging Arlo Seys to eat up. Arlo Seys held his cake, looking at her brightly smiling face and listening to her bell-like laughter, pursed his lips, then, as if prompted by unseen forces, picked up a spoon and took a small scoop into his mouth.

”How is it, isn’t it delicious? Arlo Seys, someone as stoic as you should eat more sweets! The cake is sweet, soft, and fragrant, and eating it will put you in a good mood~!”

Arlo Seys’s deep eyes stared at Ariel Morris’s sweet smiling face, and he couldn’t help but feel his heart gradually speeding up.

He admitted, he had to say, her smile was warm and innocent, sweet and captivating, leaving him momentarily entranced.

As the sun set, Arlo Seys’s gaze quietly rested on the girl walking ahead with light steps and a warm, lively smile. Her hair was jet-black and smooth, flowing with the wind, and her elegant silhouette made his lips involuntarily curl upwards, his spirits lifted.

---

Ariel Morris and Arlo Seys parted ways and went home.

At the dinner table.

Because Ariel Morris had a pleasant time with Arlo Seys today, she was in high spirits, and even her appetite increased. She ate the food in her bowl with a light-hearted smile at the corner of her mouth.

Across from her, her foster mother Laura Pinley occasionally glanced at Ariel Morris. Seeing the smile at the corner of Ariel’s mouth, Laura guessed that she must be in a good mood. So, smiling first before speaking, she said gently, ”Ariel, did something make you happy today?”

Ariel Morris looked up and smiled obediently, ”Yes, I’m in a great mood today because I had a fun time with— with the people from school.” Ariel modified what she was going to say.

Laura Pinley smiled, looking at her other daughter, ”Scarlett, how is it at Virtue? Are you getting used to it?”

Scarlett Morris pouted, ”It’s okay, I’ve arranged to go shopping with a few girl friends this Sunday. Mom, shouldn’t you increase my allowance a bit?”
