Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 76: Chapter 76: You don’t have a girlfriend, I don’t have a boyfriend, shall we make do with each other?

”Pfft.” Nico Haynes couldn’t help but burst into laughter, ”I surrender! Ariel Morris, your reason for confessing is just too straightforward!”

Ariel Morris pouted, ”It’s true; I’ve only seen him twice, oh no, three times, so I’m obviously looking at his looks. If I said I liked every bit of him, including his temper, that would be abnormal! We’ve only met three times, who could see into his heart? Love at first sight is all about looks! It’s after a while that you start seeing the heart!”

Dawn Sutherland lightly coughed, ”Yeah, it’s honest, you’re a straightforward girl.”

Nico Haynes scoffed, ”Second Young Master Sutherland, she bought you over with just a ’brother,’ where’s your backbone?”

Before Dawn Sutherland could reply, Ariel Morris chirped back, ”Nico Haynes, even if you wanted me to buy you over, I wouldn’t. When I win over Arlo Seys, I’ll be the first to make you change the way you address me to ’Sister-in-law’!”

Nico Haynes clicked his tongue, ”If you manage to win over Boss Seys, the sun would rise from the west! Alright then, chase him, let me see. If you succeed, I’ll call you sister-in-law. If not, whenever you see me at school, you better respectfully call me ’Grandpa Blessing’!”

Ariel Morris clapped her hands, ”Deal! Nico Haynes, remember not to renege on this!”

”...” Nico Haynes jumped, ”Who’re you calling Nico Haynes?”

”I’m practicing in advance, so I won’t be unaccustomed to a change of address after winning over Arlo Seys. Nico Haynes, just wait to call me sister-in-law!”

”Ariel Morris, where’s your face?!”

”With a thin skin, how could I possibly win over God Seys?” Ariel Morris laughed sweetly.

”...how about a girl’s reserved nature?” Nico Haynes retorted.

Dawn Sutherland pursed his lips in a faint smile.

Arlo Seys’ thin lips moved slightly, his faint voice came out, ”Don’t judge her by the standards of a normal girl.” Ariel Morris was the most shameless girl he’d ever seen, able to announce her liking someone to the world, and even her confession was filled with lively banter.

Ariel Morris’ bright eyes sparkled with water as she looked at Arlo Seys, her clear and pleasant voice rang out, ”God Seys still understands me. Hey, we’ve only met three times, and you understand me this well. Could it be you also have some feelings for me? Or perhaps... love at first sight?”

Arlo Seys twitched the corner of his mouth, striving to maintain his elegant composure, he turned and walked away.

Ariel Morris immediately lifted her legs to follow, chirping by Arlo Seys’ side, ”Arlo Seys, if you like me, just say so. Silence is the least desirable; although your silence is tacit approval.”

”Arlo Seys, the first time I saw you I thought you had such a good aura, the second time I thought your profile looked so handsome, the third time I thought you looked just like the dad of my future kids!”

”Arlo Seys, you don’t have a girlfriend, I don’t have a boyfriend, why don’t we just make do and spend our lives together?”

Just as Ariel Morris finished speaking, Arlo Seys’ steps halted, he turned to look at her and asked in a deep voice, ”Ariel Morris, to say you’d spend a lifetime so easily, how much truth is in your words?”

”Truer than pearls! Don’t they say love at the age of blossoming is the purest, most romantic, and worth reminiscing? Arlo Seys, you’re already 17, in one year you’ll graduate high school, and you haven’t even had a first love; it’ll be so regretful to look back on your adolescence with nothing!”

Behind them, Nico Haynes was about to step forward to curb Ariel Morris’ shameless words, but Dawn Sutherland stopped him with a hand. Nico Haynes looked at him, puzzled, while Dawn Sutherland chuckled lightly, his gaze following the two figures walking away.

One was cool and aloof, the other lively and adorable, they seemed perfectly matched in harmony and affection.

”Second Young Master Sutherland, why are you stopping me?” Nico Haynes grumbled.

Dawn Sutherland smiled faintly, ”Don’t you want to see who Arlo will fall for in his life? I’ve always been curious about what kind of girl could conquer Arlo, and now, it looks like I’ve seen hope. The person who’ll conquer Arlo has appeared.”
