Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 32: Chapter 32: Arlo Seys Says He Wants to Marry Me

”She looks sexy and beautiful, dazzlingly radiant, but the more you see her, the more you feel a deep-seated disgust!”

Ariel Morris rattled off a torrent of words without missing a beat, not even pausing for breath.

Valeria Johnson glared at her, feeling that there truly wasn’t a more shameless woman in the world than Ariel Morris!

At their first encounter, Ariel Morris successfully angered Valeria Johnson with her unmatched audacity, leaving Valeria wanting to tear her apart. In a huff, she spun on her heels and left, her high heels clicking as she went.

As the assistant, Ariel Morris followed closely behind.

_

Valeria Johnson was shooting a photo series on the 16th floor of the third building at Era.

During the break.

”Ariel, what kind of tea did you make? It’s cold! Cold tea just doesn’t taste right, got it?”

”Miss Johnson, didn’t you say it was too hot earlier? If you leave it aside for that long, of course, it’s going to cool down!”

”And you served me this low-grade tea? Are you out of your mind?”

”This is what the company provides; everyone drinks it.”

So only Miss Johnson is treated like gold? Besides, she can’t exactly carry around tea leaves everywhere to serve, can she? It’s her first day on the job, for goodness’ sake!

It was clear that Valeria Johnson was just looking for trouble!

With one hand holding the teacup, Valeria Johnson wore a face full of arrogance and disdain as she continued to boss around, ”Ariel, go make me another cup of hot tea! I want it scalding!”

Ariel Morris took a deep breath, swallowed her anger, took the teacup, and turned to make the tea.

When she returned with the freshly brewed, steaming tea and handed it to Valeria Johnson.

”Oops...” came a feigned surprise, followed by a ”crash...” as Valeria Johnson deliberately pretended to fumble the cup.

The scalding tea spilled onto Ariel Morris’s hand before she could retract it, and the teacup fell to the ground, shattering into pieces.

Ariel Morris’s fair skin instantly turned red, and she bit down on her lower lip, forcefully enduring the burning pain without uttering a single cry of pain.

The sound of breaking glass was piercing, drawing the attention of others present to Ariel Morris and Valeria Johnson.

Valeria Johnson feigned surprise, ”I’m so sorry, my hand slipped. Ariel, I’m really sorry!” Although the words were apologetic, her tone was gloating, the corners of her mouth slightly upturned, revealing her inner delight.

It was obvious to anyone with eyes that Valeria Johnson did it on purpose. The other staff members quickly looked away and continued with their tasks.

It’s not uncommon for a star to vent their bad mood on an assistant; they’ve seen it plenty of times before.

”I’m going to apply a cold compress!”

Ariel Morris felt her hand burning with pain, and exhausted, she didn’t want to deal with Valeria Johnson any longer, so she turned and walked away.

At the restroom sink.

Ariel Morris turned on the faucet, letting cold water run over her scalded and reddened hand.

On her first day at work, she got injured. Meeting Valeria Johnson was indeed an unlucky omen!

Someone approached and stood beside her, carrying a waft of perfume, and Ariel Morris didn’t need to look up to know who it was.

”Ariel, did you look for Arlo Seys after returning to the country?”

Valeria Johnson’s voice, full of arrogance and disdain, sounded in her ear, grating on Ariel Morris like nails on a chalkboard.

”What you really want to know is whether he still has feelings for me, right?” Ariel Morris looked up, turning slightly toward Valeria Johnson standing beside her, a subtle, ambiguous smile on her lips. ”Arlo Seys said he wants to marry me and make me Mrs. Seys!”

”Impossible!” Valeria Johnson shouted angrily, her voice piercingly sharp.

”Why not?” Ariel Morris smiled gently, exuding an unmatched beauty. ”Can’t we rekindle our old flame? What if Arlo Seys still has feelings for me? What can you do about it?”

Ariel Morris’s expression was calm, her eyes clear, and her composure unnerved Valeria Johnson.

She stared at Ariel Morris in anger, ”Arlo Seys can’t be that foolish! He is a Seys Family’s heir, getting anything he desires! He wouldn’t fall twice for the same woman! You’re lying to me! Arlo Seys would never accept back a woman who once rejected him!”
