Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 12: Chapter 12: Posing as Dawn Sutherland’s Girlfriend to Infiltrate Era

”Young master...” Uncle Glenn suddenly called from the front seat. The car slowed down.

Arlo Seys withdrew his gaze and looked at Uncle Glenn with an inquiring look, but when he glanced at the person waving by the roadside in front of the car, his eyes narrowed slightly.

”Young master, this lady might want a ride from us since it’s on the way. I noticed her clothes are soaked...” With rain like this, even with an umbrella, she’d be drenched! Uncle Glenn felt a bit sympathetic, but knowing the young master was in charge, he bravely mentioned it.

Arlo Seys’ eyes turned cold, ”Uncle Glenn, I pay you not to be ridiculously compassionate, picking up people all over the street and putting them in my car!”

Uncle Glenn flinched at being shouted at, why was the young master’s tone so fiery? While silently grumbling, Uncle Glenn respectfully responded, ”I understand, young master.”

Ariel Morris stood at the roadside and saw a car driving out of Arlo Seys’ villa. She didn’t need to think twice to know it was Arlo heading to work.

She had been standing outside the villa for hours, staking it out.

As soon as the car appeared in her view, with the lesson from last time nearly getting splattered in mind, this time she only waved to stop the car.

When the car saw her waving, it noticeably slowed down.

Before she could feel any joy, with a whoosh, the car sped up, flashed past her, spraying rainwater everywhere.

Ariel Morris’ face turned somewhat pale.

The car ruthlessly roared away.

She even caught a glimpse of the disgusted expression on Arlo Seys’ face from the back seat as it flashed by.

Arlo Seys...

Arlo Seys so unwilling to see her...

How was she supposed to get him to help the Morris Clan?

Ariel Morris suddenly felt tears welling up.

She glanced at the direction Arlo Seys left with an indomitable stubbornness in her eyes, wiped her face carelessly — not knowing whether it was tears or rain — and, holding a small umbrella, stepped in high heels towards where Arlo Seys had just left.

Can she cry? Who would she cry for! Arlo Seys is gone.

Even if Arlo Seys was here, he’s not the Seys he used to be!

Ariel Morris, no one has ever felt sorry for you in your world!

Ariel Morris, you have no support, no way out.

You can only stride forward fearlessly!

Win over Arlo Seys, make him save the Morris Clan!

And then, the debt you owe Arlo Seys, you’ll repay for the rest of your life!

Ariel Morris arrived at Era’s company two hours later.

The security guards stood dutifully at the door.

Ariel Morris wore a look of disappointment and dejection. Trying to get in through the main entrance to find Arlo Seys was simply impossible!

If she went in representing the Morris Clan to discuss business affairs, as soon as the receptionist transferred the call, she’d be escorted out!

What to do?

How to sneak in?

Suddenly a flash of inspiration hit.

Dawn Sutherland...

Yes! Dawn Sutherland...

Use Brother Dawn as her golden ticket for uninterrupted access to Era! Surely that’ll work!

With a slight jubilance in her eyes, Ariel Morris straightened herself and walked into Era Tower with great presence.

The receptionist girl greeted her with a polite and smiling demeanor, ”Hello, Miss, can I help you with something?” After speaking, she was astonished for more than ten seconds upon seeing Ariel Morris.

Why is this lady looking this way? Completely drenched, her clothes looked as though pulled right out of water.

Ariel Morris felt uneasy being stared at, so she averted her gaze and pretended to be surveying the lobby, casually saying, ”I’m here to see your President Seys.”

”Miss, do you have an appointment?”

”Of course... not!” Ariel Morris lightly coughed and returned her gaze to the receptionist. To boost her speech confidence, Ariel slightly raised her brows with a hint of arrogance, ”I’m Dawn Sutherland’s girlfriend! You know Dawn Sutherland, right? Your President Seys’ good friend and buddy. I’m here today representing Dawn Sutherland to discuss business with your President Seys.”
