Demon King: Hero, don’t run away!

The attributes of Red Blade Duolun unfolded before Yang Yu.

Red Blade Duolun is numbered NO.002, the second child of the Goblin Emperor.

Unlike Water Purification Doron, Red Blade Duolun is a killer inclined toward Physical Attacks. She not only possesses over seven thousand Strength and four thousand Speed but also has more than one hundred sixty thousand Blood Volume and lv.8 Power of Giant Dragon.

In terms of Level, Red Blade Duolun is seven levels lower than Water Purification Doron, only at Level 120.

A Dragon Breaker who is clearly the second oldest...

Why is her Level lower than her sister’s? Is it related to their way of growth?

In any case, Yang Yu found it immensely challenging to take down Red Blade Duolun alone.

However, Yang Yu never intended to take down Red Blade Duolun by himself from the start.

As the main tank of the team, the responsibility is to restrain the opponent’s strong outputs, thus granting teammates ample output space.

Unfortunately, defeating Red Blade Duolun would inevitably consume a significant amount of time and effort with his squad’s firepower.

At present, the status of [Island Drifting] and [Dragon God’s Might] is still unknown; arriving a step late, they may both suffer casualties.

Yang Yu didn’t want to delay the campaign against the Goblin Emperor due to their combat strength being compromised.

Therefore, Yang Yu chose to stay behind, waiting for Bai Jin to finish supporting the others before letting the others attack Red Blade Duolun.

Thick and sturdy hand armor gradually covered Red Blade Duolun’s hands, turning each of her fingers into a Sharp dagger.

Standing still, Yang Yu feigned shrinking back and taunted: ”Aren’t you transforming into dragon form? If you turn into a giant dragon, you might defeat me at once and chase after my companions.”

Licking her Sharp claws, Red Blade Duolun raised her head proudly, her vertical pupils full of disdain:

”To deal with you, there’s no need to use dragon form. You will soon fall beneath my Sharp claws.”

As soon as she finished speaking, Red Blade Duolun’s figure suddenly vanished, and in the blink of an eye, she was in front of Yang Yu, her Sharp claws stabbing towards Yang Yu’s chest.

Moving his steps slightly backward, Yang Yu easily dodged Red Blade Duolun’s first attack, making her completely miss.

While perusing the skills list in the All Things Library, Yang Yu paid extra attention to all Displacement Skills.

He knew what kind of skill Red Blade Duolun had used.

In this world, most skills have fixed effects, with only a few skills changing somewhat with the user’s growth and familiarity.

Displacement Skills are among the most rigidly defined skill categories, with the maximum distance they can move being fixed regardless of growth.

The Ghost Shadow Assault used by Red Blade Duolun can indeed quickly approach opponents, but its maximum movement distance is only ten meters.

To prevent himself from having no reaction time when enemies quickly close in, Yang Yu maintained a certain distance from Red Blade Duolun.

Utilizing the slight stiffness caused by Red Blade Duolun’s sudden appearance, Yang Yu easily avoided her first strike.

Missing the attack, Red Blade Duolun felt no frustration; instead, a smile curled at her mouth.

”That’s the way it should be. If you couldn’t withstand a single move from me and just allowed me to open up your belly, you would merely be a big-talking fool.

An enemy like you has value in being defeated.”

Red Blade Duolun hooked backward with one hand, and her Sharp claws released five crimson Claw Attacks.

Raising a Shield to defend, these five crimson Claw Attacks collided with Yang Yu like a small truck, sliding him back several meters.

Fortunately, Yang Yu had wielded the Shield [Shadow Blue Shattered Ice] from the start.

If it had been any other Shield, Red Blade Duolun’s strike would have torn through it and struck Yang Yu, cutting five terrifying wounds.

Red Blade Duolun had no intention of giving Yang Yu any breathing room.

As she released the Claw Attack, she moved around behind Yang Yu, swinging out five roaring Sharp claws.

With Red Blade Duolun’s plot nearly succeeding, Yang Yu crouched to avoid her five Sharp claws, twisting backward, and thrust a sword towards her chest.

Yang Yu’s sword tapped against Red Blade Duolun’s chest, failing to pierce her heart.

Thanks to the dragon scales on her body, Red Blade Duolun blocked Yang Yu’s strike, immediately counterattacking with another hand aiming at the prone Yang Yu.

Yang Yu exerted himself to propel forward, pushing Red Blade Duolun several meters back.

Red Blade Duolun’s smile grew broader; as soon as she steadied herself, she lunged at Yang Yu again.

A black Shadow gust enveloped the Sword Blade, Yang Yu stood up and swung the Sword Blade forward.

With a ”clang,” Yang Yu’s sword clashed with Red Blade Duolun’s Sharp claws.

Despite the significant Strength gap between Yang Yu and Red Blade Duolun, [Shadow Deception] could temporarily bridge this gap for Yang Yu.

With one Sharp claw blocked, Red Blade Duolun alternated her swing with a second Sharp claw at Yang Yu.

The Shield was covered with red Spurs; Yang Yu released [Shield Counterattack], lifting the Shield to catch her Sharp claw.

Once Red Blade Duolun’s hand touched the Spur, a red electrical current surged from Yang Yu’s Shield through the Spur, piercing into her heart, making her frown slightly.

At that moment, numerous thorns broke through the ground, weaving into stout ropes to bind Red Blade Duolun from all sides.

Simultaneously, a crimson Bloodline Power gushed from Yang Yu, diving into the ground.

A strong Deceleration Field centered on him rapidly expanded outward, instantly slowing Red Blade Duolun’s Speed by several degrees.

With an apparent power gap between Yang Yu and Red Blade Duolun, Yang Yu couldn’t maneuver the thorns to pull her limbs apart, so he had to step back again before launching another attack.

A crimson Spear drove into Yang Yu’s palm, swiftly converting his HP into damage.

Yet, before Yang Yu’s Sword Blade was tinted orange-red, countless Sharp slashes, as if scattered by a heavenly maiden, tore Yang Yu’s ensnaring thorns into pieces from Red Blade Duolun’s body.

A Wind Blade struck, Yang Yu tilted his head to dodge, but the Speed of the Wind Blade was too fast. In a blink, it slashed across Yang Yu’s cheek, effortlessly cutting a deep gash.

The Wind Blade that tore through thorns seemed to smell the scent of blood on Yang Yu, turning en masse to fly towards him.

Raising a Shield, an Illusion Shield unfurled before Yang Yu.

Wind Blades crashed into Yang Yu’s Shield like moths to a flame, unceasingly.

”[Attack Extension]

[Defense Tear]”

A dazzling brilliance flashed across Red Blade Duolun’s Hand Armor, instantly extending her previously slender claws.

Red Blade Duolun slashed her Sharp claws heavily downwards, four vertical Claw Attacks hitting Yang Yu’s Shield.

The Illusion Shield woven from [Interception] shattered instantly; Yang Yu didn’t choose to dodge but instead activated [Steel Body] and [Copper Wall Iron Curtain] to withstand the strike.

Four intense Wind Blades pierced through the Shield, crashing into Yang Yu.

If it were a regular adventurer, sustaining such a blow would have shattered their bones into fragments, but Yang Yu stood firm, eyes fixated on Red Blade Duolun.
