The Unveiling of Secret Queen

However, he keenly noticed that there were quite a few men carrying AKs around, and judging by their skin color, they were not Inderian.

”...The airplane is ready, are you leaving now?” Diana made small talk with Nathalie Quinlan for a couple of sentences before directly getting to the point.

The girl, with things weighing on her mind, headed toward the airport inside the hotel: ”I’m in a hurry.”

Diana could see she didn’t want to waste time and quickly rushed to lead the way.

During this, he and Amadeus Yancey exchanged a glance.

Amadeus Yancey had already seen through his identity, so he remained calm, showing no sign of strangeness as he walked side by side with Nathalie Quinlan.

But Nathalie Quinlan didn’t introduce him, and it was the first time Diana met Amadeus Yancey, only feeling that his demeanor was extraordinary, but not knowing his identity.

He always felt as if he had seen this person somewhere...

He thought the other party looked a bit like someone he had seen in a photo in some information not long ago.

Diana couldn’t recall for the moment, coupled with Nathalie Quinlan being busy boarding the airplane, he suppressed that bit of strange feeling in his heart and made arrangements for the airplane to leave.

Flying from Inderia to m country takes more than ten hours.

Nathalie Quinlan left in a hurry this time.

After the airplane took off, she finally found the time to send a message to Nicholas Fuller, Orson Saban, and the others, informing them that she was leaving Inderia for a while.

Then she sent a message to Emma Gabehart, asking her to help take care of Nicholas Fuller in the hospital, to prevent past incidents from happening again.

After sending messages to a few people, she lowered her eyes and dialed Khendy Lordon’s phone number again.

”Sorry, the phone you are calling is turned off.”

Nathalie Quinlan’s brow furrowed, silently setting the phone aside...

She then found Valencia Jett on WhatsApp, and this time she didn’t choose to call her but sent a WhatsApp message instead.

[QN: I’m on my way to m country on an airplane, call me back when you see this.]

After sending the message, she put down her phone and asked the flight attendant for a disposable blindfold and earplugs, laid back, and prepared to sleep.

Amadeus Yancey chose the seat next to her, and seeing the girl adjusting her seat to rest, he leisurely took out his silver laptop, set up the table stand, ordered a cup of coffee, booted up the computer, and began operating at a relaxed pace...

...

The airplane flew smoothly at 90,000 miles above.

Meanwhile.

In a venue in m country.

A girl, appearing ordinary but with a commanding aura, stepped out of a booth with a serious expression, furrowing her brows as she walked out with her phone.

She walked to a quiet corner and finally dialed a phone call, lowering her voice, suppressing her anger: ”Did you tell Nathalie about the boss’s situation?”

The man on the other end was silent for a while before saying in a low voice: ”I did tell Ms. Quinlan, but there’s nothing I could do as Mr. Lordon has been out of contact, I was really worried...”

”Damn!” Valencia Jett cursed directly, her beautiful eyes unable to hide her fury, almost unable to control the volume: ”You thought it was okay to speak recklessly just because you were worried?! The boss repeatedly told us not to reveal this to Nathalie. Do you know what m country is? It’s the lair of the Hidden Family! If anything happens to Nathalie, you’ll be skinned alive by the boss!”

The assistant was also made uneasy by her, his voice shaky: ”With Ms. Quinlan’s abilities, what could possibly happen?”

”Ha!” Valencia Jett couldn’t be bothered to say another word to him and hung up the phone directly.

Then, leaning against the wall, she took out a cigarette from her pocket and lit it up in her mouth, the curling smoke spreading around her face.
