Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Cat and Mouse Game“Ding, a challenge quest has been triggered. The host is requested to join the Seekers’ camp and successfully escape. Reward: Perfect Ten (lowest attribute + 10).”

Lin Feng was originally not going to enter this floor, but unexpectedly, the system suddenly issued a quest, and the reward seemed quite good.

“System, does this reward include all attributes?”

“Ding, yes, Host.”

The system quickly answered Lin Feng’s question.

Upon hearing this, Lin Feng’s eyes lit up. His lowest attribute was currently Luck, at only 6 points. Even with that, Lin Feng felt he was very lucky. If it increased to 16 points...

Lin Feng immediately showed a subtle smile.

Luck is an ethereal thing, but it’s definitely better the higher it is.

However, with his current strength, entering the prey camp would likely make him a delicious target in the hunters’ eyes. He wondered how much better the hunters’ equipment would be compared to the prey’s.

While Lin Feng was pondering, the Elevator’s announcement sounded.

“Ding dong! The Elevator is descending. Please hold on tight.”

As the announcement faded, the Elevator began to descend rapidly.

A minute later, it slowly stopped, and Lin Feng opened the door and stepped out.

Outside was a Gobi desert, and soon, many Seekers appeared on this floor.

A string of characters floated in the air.

“358 / 500...”

“Good heavens... matching players, huh?”

Lin Feng’s mouth twitched slightly as he saw the numbers above.

Soon, the number of people was full, and the Elevator announcement sounded again.

It explained the game content and rules.

After a three-second countdown, camp selection began.

The hunter camp was, without surprise, instantly snatched up. After all, hunters on this floor would not die even if they failed, and they had a great advantage. However, Lin Feng was not planning to be a hunter and unhurriedly chose to be a prey.

The Seekers who didn’t get to be hunters all sighed.

After all, no matter how one looked at it, the prey were the ones who would get beaten. Even if the prey’s reward seemed better, not everyone was willing to risk their lives.

“Ding dong! The prey begin to move. You need to reach the evacuation point within 24 hours. In ten minutes, the hunters will begin to move.”

“Ding dong! The strongest among the prey is: Seeker Lin Feng.”

As the announcement faded, everyone held an electronic map in their hands. There was nothing else on it, only a mark for the evacuation point.

“Holy cow, fifty kilometers, are you kidding me?!”

“Stop talking nonsense, let’s run.”

“Anyone want to team up? Let’s escape together, it’ll be safer!”

“I’m in, I’m in.”

......

Everyone deliberately avoided Lin Feng, as he was now a delicious target in the hunters’ eyes, and his position was constantly exposed. Following Lin Feng would be equivalent to seeking death.

However, Lin Feng didn’t mind. He preferred to be a lone wolf. What made him suspicious, though, was that the purpose of this floor was to eliminate Seekers with higher combat power, otherwise, why would such an absurd rule appear?

But with two resurrection coins and various skills in hand, how could Lin Feng be so easily killed?

While running, Lin Feng glanced at the equipment given to him.

An AK-74, a pack of emergency water, a pack of compressed biscuits, a chest rig, three magazines, two grenades, and that was it....

“So bad...”

Lin Feng was already too tired to complain. Forget it, for now, escaping was the priority.

.....

On the other side, the hunter camp was still checking their weapons and equipment. Their weapons could be described as very luxurious.

Four armored personnel carriers, over 50 off-road vehicles, 20 trucks, various light weapons, individual equipment to choose from, and even thermal imaging, drones, and ample food and water.

It could be said that they completely overwhelmed Lin Feng and the others in every aspect.

Ten minutes later...

Lin Feng ran alone to a rocky area.

He was already far ahead of the other Seekers, as his physical fitness was superior.

The hunters also began to move, and with the help of vehicles, they quickly caught up with the fleeing prey.

All the prey that were caught died without exception.

Just as Lin Feng thought he was relatively safe, his heart suddenly quickened, and a sharp pain came from his back. Seeing this, Lin Feng quickly dodged to the side.

The moment he dodged, a cloud of dust rose from the ground, and a bullet hole appeared there.

Lin Feng was shocked. He activated Eagle Eye and looked back, only to find an off-road vehicle parked in the distance. It was the sniper on the off-road vehicle who had just fired the shot.

Seeing Lin Feng dodge his bullet, the sniper was also very surprised. He immediately set up his scope again, ready to shoot.

Lin Feng, while running, estimated the distance: about 1,600 meters.

To be honest, it was far beyond the effective killing range of the AK-74.

However, the maximum range of the AK-74 was over 3,000 meters, so there was still a chance to counter-kill.

Coupled with Lin Feng’s understanding of firearms and his Eagle Eye skill.

Lin Feng indicated that he wanted to try.

After setting the gun in his hand to semi-automatic mode, he just needed to wait for the opponent to shoot.

Whoosh!

A whooshing sound echoed, Lin Feng’s heart rate accelerated again, and a stinging sensation came from his back.

Lin Feng quickly rolled to the side. A second later, a bullet hole appeared on the ground, and Lin Feng once again dodged a fatal blow.

“This skill is really f*cking useful.”

Lin Feng chuckled, quickly lay on the ground, and began to aim.

He bet that the opponent wouldn’t fire a second shot within 10 seconds.

Through the dry grass nearby, Lin Feng quickly calculated the wind speed. After adjusting the muzzle, Lin Feng decisively pulled the trigger.

The bullet shot out in a parabolic trajectory.

From lying down to firing, Lin Feng took exactly 10 seconds.

Although the sniper lying on the off-road vehicle saw Lin Feng fire, he didn’t pay attention. He had already seen the weapon in Lin Feng’s hand. At such a long distance, how could he hit him?

Unless he encountered a head-locking cheat.

However, just as he was about to fire, he suddenly heard a crisp sound.

Immediately followed by intense pain in his head, then he lost consciousness and died tragically.

It was also fortunate that this guy found the bulletproof helmet cumbersome and didn’t wear it, otherwise, he might not have died.

The teammate responsible for driving was very confused when the sniper stopped moving. When he saw the blood left on the glass, he immediately felt terrible.

He quickly turned the steering wheel, intending to escape.

Lin Feng didn’t have a good solution for this, as firearms were too restricted.

At the same time, almost half of the hunters were moving towards Lin Feng’s position.

In contrast, the other Seekers were in a better situation.

Lin Feng also knew that his current situation was very dangerous, so he didn’t dare to stop for even a minute, dashing towards the evacuation point.

Soon, two speeding off-road vehicles appeared behind Lin Feng again.
