Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Samsara, (Thanks to the Deputy Minister of Expression Department for the great health care)The result of the previous chapter was: Choice One: 41; Choice Two: 26.

Let me also explain the Cold-Blooded Creature ability. It’s a skill, and I’ve seen many people misunderstand it as a passive. It can be activated and then turned off when not in use, just like Still Invisibility.

........

After much deliberation, Lin Feng ultimately chose what was most beneficial to him.

”I choose one.”

Lin Feng slowly spoke.

No matter what, skills are definitely precious. If he missed this opportunity, he wouldn’t know when he would encounter one again.

There are many ways to increase rationality, such as the newly appeared Floor Merchant. He definitely sells related potions.

”Ding-dong! The Elevator is descending. Please hold on tight.”

”Ding-dong! This floor requests Seekers to explore the underground laboratory and make a final choice. The rewards for the choices are.........”

Just then, the Elevator’s broadcast suddenly sounded, and Lin Feng quickly organized his equipment.

Soon, the Elevator began to descend. However, when the Elevator doors opened, it wasn’t a forest outside, but an extremely modern passage.

Did it directly teleport them to the underground research institute this time?

Lin Feng walked out with his gun, and Little Velociraptor followed closely behind Lin Feng.

Both sides of this passage were glass, and through the glass, a large blob of red, unidentified matter could be seen. It might have been a lump of flesh, but this thing was still slowly wriggling.

Lin Feng really hadn’t noticed this thing when he played the game before.

Soon, one person and one Velociraptor passed through the passage and arrived at what appeared to be the office area.

However, all the experimental personnel who once worked here had died, and their heads were even cut off and placed on the desks.

The scene was extremely bloody.

Lin Feng could only rely on his memory to find the exit door.

Along the way, several strong savages came to attack Lin Feng, but Lin Feng easily shot them dead and obtained a few gold coins through the Bounty Hunter.

As Lin Feng went deeper, the number of corpses on the ground increased. Among the piles of corpses, there were occasionally a few corpse babies hidden, which would jump out and ambush him when Lin Feng passed by.

However, these jumping corpse babies were all intercepted by Little Velociraptor, so Lin Feng didn’t have to worry at all.

”Bang! Bang!”

Suddenly, two gunshots attracted Lin Feng’s attention.

”Wang Lei?”

Lin Feng asked in confusion, then jogged over with Little Velociraptor.

Is it always this coincidental?

Ten minutes later, Lin Feng arrived at a spacious hall. In the middle of the hall sat a little girl playing with toys.

However, this scene looked very strange no matter how he viewed it.

Just as Lin Feng was about to go over, another door opened, and a man, hopping and jumping, ran in. It was Wang Lei.

He was already on his second playthrough of this game and was preparing to try another storyline this time.

He also didn’t livestream this time, but recorded a video to post.

”Old Wang!”

Wang Lei, who was controlling his character to move faster by continuously jumping, suddenly stopped.

”Brother Lin! Holy crap! What a coincidence??”

Wang Lei quickly hopped over to Lin Feng.

And that strange little girl seemed unable to hear them speak, still sitting alone on the ground playing with a plastic airplane.

”Brother Lin, are you also here to go through the storyline?”

Wang Lei was clearly very excited, because for various reasons, he had already become the spokesperson for the game ’Forest’ in his world.

Of course, the biggest credit for this was Lin Feng.

”Going through the storyline?”

”Yeah, this is the final boss’s location. When I walk over, the storyline will be triggered.”

Saying that, Wang Lei walked towards the little girl. Lin Feng naturally knew the storyline; next, the little girl would transform into a spider-like monster.

After Wang Lei approached the little girl, the airplane in the little girl’s hand fell to the ground, and at the same time, she clutched her neck in pain, then lay on the ground, trembling continuously.

Suddenly, a black arm stretched out from the little girl’s mouth.

One after another, soon, a total of six legs appeared, and this monster stood before Wang Lei like a large spider.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Wang Lei, who already had experience clearing the game, fired four shots at the large spider, then quickly retreated, not forgetting to reload his magazine at the same time.

The large spider was clearly overwhelmed after being hit by four consecutive shots; after all, this thing’s combat power in the game was indeed ordinary.

After Lin Feng raised his hand and fired a few shots, the large spider crashed to the ground.

After trembling a few times, it exploded on the spot, and the little girl also fell to the ground.

”Brother Lin, I’ll handle the rest of the process.”

After Wang Lei finished speaking, he went to pick up the little girl, then ran to the life conversion device and placed the little girl inside.

Next was to activate the device, save his son, then fail, obtain the access card, and finally use the access card to go to the electromagnetic weapon control room.

Although Lin Feng didn’t know the way, with Wang Lei’s help, the two of them reached the control room in just over ten minutes.

Looking at the skilled Wang Lei, Lin Feng said, ”Old Wang, when it’s time to choose the ending, let me choose, okay?”

”Sure.”

Wang Lei said indifferently.

Soon, Wang Lei had adjusted the two computers; after all, for him, it was just playing a game, he only needed to press a button. If Lin Feng were to do it, he would probably be completely bewildered.

”Brother Lin, it’s done. You choose.”

Lin Feng slowly walked to the control panel, looked at the two options on the screen, and decisively pressed ’Launch’.

The electromagnetic weapon activated. Just as Lin Feng thought a plane full of passengers was about to crash.

The imagined scene did not happen.

”Huh? Why doesn’t this ending jump to a cutscene, and there’s no plane crash?”

Wang Lei scratched his head; he seemed to have found another bug.

Only Lin Feng was deep in thought.

He recalled the news he had previously paid no attention to.

Two planes crashing consecutively in one place... A new aviation restricted area appearing...

So... it’s talking about here, right?

”Ding-dong! Seeker’s Choice One, reward has been placed in the Elevator.”

”Beep, host has completed the mission, reward has been issued.”

Phew, the reward was still given according to Choice One, that’s good.

The Elevator also instantly appeared in front of Lin Feng. Although there were still over three hours on the countdown, Lin Feng didn’t need anything in this place. All the biological experimental instruments were destroyed, and all food and medicine were contaminated.

Lin Feng glanced around and directly returned to the Elevator.

Looking at Lin Feng, who disappeared instantly, Wang Lei scratched his head. He left in an instant? This ability to travel through time and space is really cool.

Then, not believing it, he went to the control panel and pressed ’Launch’ again...
