Urban All-Round Master

Chapter 520: Chapter 515: Rescuing Li Lin (Second Update)

After a relentless pursuit, tire tracks were finally found within a suburban area of Zhonghai City.

Unfortunately, the tire tracks disappeared into the vast expanse of grass ahead. Lin Zifeng felt a tingling numbness on his scalp as he followed the flattened grass, continuing his chase.

...

On the other hand, inside the van, three men with greedy gazes were unabashedly ogling Li Lin’s enchanting body. By now, Li Lin had lost consciousness and lay straight in the back of the van, her alluring body on full display, as the three parked the car amid the grass, the headlights off, leaving only a dim light on inside the vehicle.

”Brothers, the boss really treats us well, letting us play with such a hot chick. It’s simply fantastic. Just thinking about taking her from behind later is pure bliss!” A burly man rubbed his hands greedily as he salivated over Li Lin’s lovely form.

”Lads, play’s play, but don’t ever brag about today’s work in the future. The boss has ordered that after we’ve had our fun, we kill her and dump the body in the wilderness, as if nothing happened, got it?”

The bald man puffed on a cigarette, clearly the little leader among the three.

”Isn’t it a pity to kill such a beauty, though? Do we really have to do it? I say we keep her locked up for our own use,” one of the men hesitated.

”Smack!”

The bald man gave him a hard slap and glared with rage, ”You goddamn idiot! You want to die? The boss said to play with her then kill her. You want to keep her for yourself? Are you out of your mind? Are you asking for death?”

”But why would the boss not want her for himself and let us have our way with her?” another man scratched his head, unable to comprehend.

”Didn’t you see the boss take a hit today? Some kid wounded several of our brothers, and the boss even got dragged to the station. He came back with injuries on his face. That chick, according to what our mates said, seems to be that kid’s sister. So, the boss wants to get back at him by having us play her to death. It’s a real shame to waste a stunner like her, yeah.”

The men shook their heads and sighed in unison.

”Come on, come on, stop wasting time chatting. If the boss has given us a job, we as loyal followers got to stick to our honor code. We don’t let a good opportunity slide. I’ll go first. Do it and then talk. After me, you guys go for it. Once we’re done and bored, we’ll just throw her in a sack and dump her in some river, and that’ll settle it.”

Almost midway through talking, the de facto leader, the bald man, began to casually unbuckle his pants.

The other two men, equally agitated, started undressing Li Lin, who was unconscious.

”Whoosh—”

”Thud—”

Blood splattered; the man who was about to kiss Li Lin had his skull smashed by a stone, his body suddenly pinned inside the van. His mouth bled profusely, his teeth scattered, leaving behind only a smear of white flesh.

”Ahh!”

The remaining two men were shocked, panic-stricken as they stared at their companion with a hole in the back of his head, dumbfounded.

Blood coated the interior of the van, filling the space with a grim scene, as the man with the shattered skull lay dead with his eyes wide open.

At that moment, a gaunt man outside the van was walking step by step towards them.

The man wasn’t particularly tall, but he was slender and walked leisurely through the silent grass as if strolling in a leisurely garden. His eyes, cold and harsh as ice, suddenly sparkled with a sharp light.

The two men retreated in terror as if they had seen a ghost, confined by the small size of the van, their whole bodies tingling with fear.

One man mustered his courage and screamed, ”Are you a human or a ghost?”

Lin Zifeng’s face, devoid of any emotion, advanced straight to the back of the van, tenderly lifting the unconscious Li Lin in his arms.

He gently caressed her sleeping face.

An overwhelming aura of killing intent radiated from him, sending the two frightened men tumbling and scrambling, trying to escape from the van.

However, one large hand suddenly grasped one of the men by the head. As the man screamed in terror, the hand twisted slightly, and with a crisp snap, the man’s eyes rolled back, and he collapsed limply to the ground.

Meanwhile, the remaining bald man was terror-stricken, crying and howling desperately as he ran out of the van.

After placing Li Lin gently inside the van, Lin Zifeng reached forward with his hand, its fingers tightly clenching the back of the man’s head.

”Big, big brother, please spare me. I was forced, none of this has to do with me! If you want someone, go after our boss,” the man begged, wetting himself in fear as urine began to drip down, his companion’s gruesome death clearly etched deep into his mind.

Lin Zifeng couldn’t tolerate anyone close to him being hurt, and Li Lin’s predicament had deeply stirred his heart.

Lin Zifeng had always thought he had some restraint, but Li Lin’s misfortune had deeply kindled his rage.

”Big, big brother, please have mercy on me!” the bald man knelt on both knees, clinging to Lin Zifeng’s legs, even his snot and tears streaming down his face.

Lin Zifeng glanced at him with a sinister look, causing the man to exhilarate, mistakenly thinking he might be spared.

Five minutes later, as Lin Zifeng walked away from the van, holding Li Lin...

Under the night sky, next to the van, the bald man’s eyes were bloodshot, his body convulsing irregularly. His arm, brutally torn off and soaked in blood, was thrust through his mouth, protruding from the back of his skull and piercing the van’s skin. His right arm bled incessantly, with blue sinews and bits of flesh scattered all around...
