After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1625: Chapter 1629: Is This a Nightclub or a Marketplace?

Tongtong quickly got up from the ground, ready to pounce on her again, while Lu Yu rushed forward to grab Tongtong.

”I won’t let you off...” Tongtong struggled and shouted.

Mo Bei crossed her arms, deliberately misinterpreting her, ”No need to trouble yourself, Miss Tong. I have different tastes from those old men; I’m not interested in your type at all.”

”You’re talking nonsense, I’ll fight you...” Tongtong pushed Lu Yu aside and charged at Mo Bei again. Mo Bei raised her hand, grabbed Tongtong’s wrist, and gently pushed her away.

Out of the corner of her eye, Tongtong saw Jiao Yang walk in, so she fell to the ground and started crying, ”Come on, hit me, hit me to death then...”

”Enough!”

Facing the situation, Jiao Yang shouted angrily.

”President Jiao, look at your wonderful assistant!” Tongtong sat on the ground, crying and yelling, ”What did I do wrong? How could he hit me?”

Seeing Jiao Yang, Mo Bei hurried to explain, ”President Jiao, you...”

Jiao Yang’s gaze swept over the bloodstains on Tongtong’s lips and the handprint on her flushed face, ”Did you hit her?!”

”I did, but...”

”Do you think this is a nightclub or a marketplace?!” Jiao Yang’s expression was grim, ”Fighting in a conference room—is this what an assistant should do?!”

This girl’s character is too impulsive.

What kind of place is this, how could she just hit people randomly?!

Mo Bei’s tone also became firm, ”President Jiao, I’d prefer you understand the situation first before coming to a conclusion!”

”I don’t care what the situation is; in Asia View, employee fights are absolutely forbidden!” Jiao Yang took a deep breath, ”You must apologize to her immediately.”

According to company regulations, such an incident would cost at least three months of bonuses. Mo Bei was under probation and should have been resigning, but Jiao Yang asking her to apologize was a lenient punishment.

Mo Bei raised her eyebrows, ”I didn’t do anything wrong, why should I apologize?!”

”Either apologize or resign!”

”Fine, I’ll resign!”

Mo Bei bent down, picked up the documents on the floor, and turned to walk out of the conference room.

Tongtong smugly supported by Lu Yu stood up, ”President Jiao, thank you for being fair to me!”

Jiao Yang coldly interrupted her, ”Within half a year, you won’t have any assignments, and after half a year, we’ll reconsider whether it’s necessary to renew your contract!”

No rules, no boundaries.

In work, Jiao Yang is always fair.

No matter whether it’s Tongtong or Mo Bei, he wouldn’t condone them, otherwise, how would he manage future incidents?!

Lu Yu took Tongtong away, and others left as well.

”See? You’re too impulsive; now there’s no chance to make amends!”

In the elevator, Lu Yu continued to complain unhappily.

”If one place doesn’t keep me, another will!” Tongtong replied angrily.

”Fine, then go find your place!” Lu Yu got off the elevator directly on the sixteenth floor.

Tongtong took the elevator downstairs, recalling the events just now, only to get more annoyed the more she thought about it.

Starting the car exiting the parking lot, passing by the bicycle parking area, seeing Mo Bei’s bicycle parked there, Tongtong gritted her teeth in anger and abruptly turned the car, directly knocking the bicycle to the ground.

She backed the car away, looking through the window at the bicycle body already severely deformed, Tongtong coldly lifted the corners of her mouth and drove off.
