After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1558: Chapter 1562: Let’s Do It Again

Picking up the clothes he placed by the bed, Xu Xia quickly changed out of her pajamas and got up to head outside, then paused just after standing up.

If she walked out like this, that guy would definitely say she was the one who initiated a kiss.

Thinking of this, she sat back by the bed.

”Leng Zirui!”

The door was pushed open, and Leng Zirui walked in with a smile, ”Her Majesty the Queen, what are your orders?”

”Help me out!” Xu Xia said grumpily.

It was him who told her to call him after changing, yet he asked her if she had any orders.

”As you wish!” Leng Zirui responded like a servant, then walked over to her, held her waist, bent slightly, and lifted her in his arms.

”I asked you to help, not carry me!” Xu Xia struggled.

Leng Zirui tightened his arms, looked at her face just beside his own, ”Are you deliberately tempting me?!”

”Leng Zirui!” Xu Xia gritted her teeth, ”Are you in heat?!”

”You guessed it right, I am in heat, so you’d better not provoke me!” Leng Zirui chuckled mischievously, ”With you being injured, you’re like a lamb to be slaughtered in front of me. Push me too far, and I’ll execute you right here.”

”You wouldn’t dare!”

”Do you want to find out?”

Of course, Xu Xia didn’t dare challenge him. She just bit her lip and turned her face away, ignoring him.

Leng Zirui carried her to the living room, helped her put on the canvas shoes prepared for her uninjured foot, while the injured one was fitted with a brace he bought from who knows where.

Then, he packed all the miscellaneous items on the table into her handbag, tucked it into her arms, and lifted her again.

”Reach your hands out.”

”What for?”

”Hold onto my neck.”

”I don’t want to!”

”So, you do want me to kiss you, huh?”

”Leng Zirui, can you not be so excessive?”

”Please, you’re heavy, you know? Work with me a little, and I can use less strength.”

”I never asked you to carry me!”

”True, I just want to carry you, so what?” Leng Zirui licked his lips with his tongue tip, ”Remember you said my kissing skills were good, shall we try that again?”

Xu Xia raised her face to push his away, then reached out her arms to wrap around his neck.

”Now that’s more like it!” Leng Zirui laughed as he walked to the door, opened it, and carried her to the elevator.

Looking at his profile, Xu Xia slowly tightened her arms and rested her face against his neck.

If this was just a whim of his, then she would let herself enjoy his affection before he got tired of it, right?!

Feeling her closeness, Leng Zirui smiled inwardly, though his face remained expressionless.

This girl protected herself too well; it took so much effort to get her to reach out of her shell, he couldn’t scare her back in.

Bringing her to the bridal shop that Tong Ya had told him about, Leng Zirui stopped the car and carried her out. This time, without him prompting, Xu Xia had already reached her arms out proactively.

When they arrived upstairs, Luo Jun and Shen Yizhou had already changed into their suits, and the staff were doing the final adjustments to the outfits.

Leng Zirui carried her towards everyone, ”When we get married, I’ll prepare a unique wedding for you, unlike any other in the world!”

Xu Xia froze, then pouted, ”Who wants to marry you?”

He chuckled softly, ”You do!”

Xu Xia was about to retort when Huangfu Ruo and the others noticed the pair and teased with a laugh, ”Hey, you both finally made it!”
