After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1448: Chapter 1452: People with Hidden Motives

”Secondly...” Luo Xiaoqian’s gaze fell on Seo Fei’s face, ”I am not someone without any management experience. Three and a half years ago, when I started L&L in the United States, the registered assets were only 3 million US dollars. Now, L&L’s business has expanded from the United States to Asia and Europe, maintaining good cooperative relationships with many large multinational companies. The company’s assets have also grown from 3 million US dollars to 30 million US dollars, a tenfold increase in three years. All the funds used to purchase Emperor View’s stocks were earned by this company. Now L&L has its own branches and offices in multiple countries and regions, and its business projects have shifted from initial planning agency to a state of joint operations, both strong and non-strong, involving a variety of projects. This is enough to prove my personal ability. Besides, I was once a signed singer at Emperor View, and I am very familiar with it. I believe I have enough ability to manage Emperor View during Zimo’s hospitalization.”

She paused slightly, and Seo Fei took a light breath, wanting to speak.

”Third!” Luo Xiaoqian once again interrupted her, ”As for why I am here to replace Zimo in managing Emperor View, there is another reason, and that is because we have received information that some ill-intentioned people want to harm Emperor View. Considering the interests of all shareholders and employees of Emperor View, we discussed it and decided that I should temporarily take care of Emperor View’s business. Miss Seo Fei, I think, as a director, you certainly don’t want anything to happen to Emperor View, right?!”

Seo Fei knew very well that when Luo Xiaoqian mentioned ”ill-intentioned people,” she was referring to her.

In order to gain the approval of other shareholders, she could only agree, ”I... certainly don’t want to.”

”That’s it, everyone is for the good of Emperor View.” Luo Xiaoqian spread her palms, ”Now, does anyone have any other questions?”

After listening to Luo Xiaoqian’s words, the shareholders understood the ins and outs, and their anxious hearts eased a lot.

After all, most of the shareholders trusted Leng Zimo.

These years, it was because of Leng Zimo’s work that they earned enough profit.

Luo Xiaoqian is Leng Zimo’s wife, and although transferring shares to her was somewhat abrupt, shares are personal belongings, and everyone has the right to transfer them, including Leng Zimo.

Their assets are communal, and Leng Zimo can still manage Emperor View in the future. As long as the decision-making power is in his hands, the shareholders do not care whose hands the shares are in.

Everyone, being sensible people, naturally knew about the conflict between Seo Fei and Luo Xiaoqian.

A moment ago, Luo Xiaoqian’s performance and maneuvering revealed another side of her beyond being a well-known singer, which made the shareholders give her more recognition.

She is Leng Zimo’s person, and they didn’t want to offend Leng Zimo because of her.

Therefore, no one spoke up.

”Alright, since there are no objections, let’s begin now.” Luo Xiaoqian opened the documents in front of her, ”This board meeting is mainly to inform everyone about Zimo’s situation and to discuss with everyone about the additional investment in the movie ’Magic Realm 2’.”

”I object!” As soon as she finished speaking, Seo Fei spoke up again, ”I oppose the additional investment in ’Magic Realm 2’. So far, Emperor View has already invested 200 million in this movie. Of this, 30 million was paid to an amateur actor with only a few scenes. I think this is Zimo abusing his power, wasting Emperor View’s money!”
