After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1425: Chapter 1429: The Future of Two People

Luo Xiaoqian gently nodded, ”Alright, when the time comes, you arrange it.”

”Yes!” Ah Jiu straightened his body, ”It’s very late, Madam, please go and rest. I’ve already asked the nutritionist to send your juice to your room.”

Luo Xiaoqian got up and walked out of the study, Ah Jiu watched her leave, his eyes filled with admiration.

A woman, faced with her husband’s dire circumstances, remains steadfastly loyal, pregnant and still striving to help her man. This woman deserves his respect.

...

...

In the blink of an eye, a night has passed.

In the obstetrics and gynecology ward of the Third People’s Hospital, Seo Fei was awakened by the footsteps of the nurse doing rounds, looking at the snowy white ceiling, she quietly breathed a sigh of relief.

Thank goodness, it’s the hospital, not the prison cell.

The past few days in detention felt like Hell to her.

”Nurse!” Reaching out to grab the nurse’s arm, Seo Fei asked urgently, ”My child, is my child alright?”

”Um... it’s better if you ask the doctor.” The nurse gently shook her head, ”I’m not quite sure of the specifics.”

The nurse packed her things and left, and Seo Fei could only continue waiting. Soon, accompanied by a guard, the doctor doing rounds walked in.

”Doctor!” Seo Fei anxiously sat up straight, ”Is my child... alright?”

The doctor’s expression was not relaxed, ”Your uterus has some congenital abnormalities. In your situation, as a doctor, my advice is to best abort the child, otherwise, it’s too dangerous!”

”No, I want my child!” Seo Fei immediately refused.

Right now, this child is her only hope. No matter what, she must keep him.

”You should be very aware that this child, even if born, may not be a healthy one!” The doctor’s expression was very serious, ”Of course, these are just my suggestions. You are the child’s mother, you have the right to decide whether or not to keep this child. I feel you should not make a hasty decision, think carefully, because this matter concerns the future of both you and the child.”

Firstly, Seo Fei’s uterus has congenital abnormalities, not very suitable for pregnancy, there’s a possibility of bleeding and other complications. If not treated promptly, there may be a miscarriage or even massive hemorrhage, which are very dangerous.

Secondly, due to the medication she has taken, it may adversely affect the fetus.

Considering these two situations, the doctor presented such advice.

The future of both people?!

Seo Fei coldly scoffed in her heart.

If she loses this child, what future does she have?!

”You don’t need to say anymore, I’ve decided. I want this child, no matter the cost, even if it means dying, I want him, no one can take him away!” Seo Fei’s tone was incredibly resolute.

”Since that’s the case, I will contact the prison authorities immediately. You can now be discharged.” The doctor’s tone was somewhat helpless.

”No, I don’t want to be discharged!” Seo Fei cried out in surprise, ”Doctor, I beg you, let me stay for two more days, just two days...”

”I’m sorry, Miss Seo, staying in the hospital now would be meaningless.” The doctor gently shook his head, turned, and walked out of the ward.

”Doctor, don’t go!” Seo Fei hurriedly jumped out of bed, trying to grab the doctor, but helplessly, her hand was locked to the bedpost, she couldn’t move forward at all, ”No, I don’t want to be discharged, I want to stay in the hospital, I want to keep my child...”
