Chapter 241: Chapter 241: Doesn’t Look Like a Leader

”Forget it, everything is determined by destiny!”

Unable to decipher what exactly this Golden Dragon shadow was, Xiao Yifeng stopped pondering over it. He activated his Nine-Star Tyrant Body Art, with light flickering all over his body.

Above the darkened sky, dazzling stars twinkled. Streams of Starforce descended from the heavens into Xiao Yifeng’s room, all pouring into his body. Xiao Yifeng used the Nine-Star Tyrant Body Art to transform them into Starforce.

The next day, Xiao Yifeng drove to the Ye Corporation and happened to see Ye Tianchen, who wore a neat suit, complemented by his handsome face and distinctively British temperament.

He was quite the attention grabber among the ladies. Ye Tianchen also saw Xiao Yifeng, snorted lightly, and a cold glint flashed in his eyes.

”Good morning, little uncle!”

Xiao Yifeng greeted Ye Tianchen warmly.

”Xiao Yifeng, let me tell you, you’re just my sister’s fiancé, not my brother-in-law. I’m not your little uncle, and it’s not even certain whether you’ll become my brother-in-law or not, so don’t get too ahead of yourself.”

Ye Tianchen looked at Xiao Yifeng and hummed coldly.

”Pfft, you think I actually want to call you little uncle? If it weren’t for Ya Xin’s sake, I would’ve kicked you a few times already,” Xiao Yifeng silently scorned.

”Boss, good morning!”

As the two entered the company together, the security guards Dahu and Erhu, dressed in their uniforms, greeted Xiao Yifeng with respect.

”Good morning!” Xiao Yifeng smiled and nodded to them.

However, Dahu and Erhu greeted Xiao Yifeng with warmth and respect, but they completely ignored Ye Tianchen, didn’t even bother to acknowledge him, which left Ye Tianchen’s face looking exceedingly bad.

”What’s the matter with you two guards? Don’t you know how to greet a leader? Do you still want this job?”

Ye Tianchen looked at Dahu and Erhu, clearly dissatisfied.

”You’re a leader? Never seen you before!”

Dahu and Erhu glanced at Ye Tianchen and shook their heads.

”You...”

Ye Tianchen was so angry that he felt like his lungs were about to explode. These two damned guards dared to disregard him, the noble scion of the Ye Family; this was utterly outrageous.

”Good, very good. As company guards, not even recognizing corporate leaders, you don’t deserve to be guards. Get lost immediately.”

Ye Tianchen pointed at them and spat out coldly.

These guards treated Xiao Yifeng with great respect, but when facing him, they claimed they had never seen him before—isn’t this a slap to his face?

This made Ye Tianchen extremely irate, obviously intent on using these two as scapegoats to vent his frustrations.

As the saying goes, a new official is eager to make an impression, and Ye Tianchen’s first act of authority was indeed to come down hard on Dahu and Erhu.

”This...” Dahu and Erhu’s faces changed, looking somewhat troubled.

”Little uncle, these two are my people, are you sure you want them to roll?”

At this moment, Xiao Yifeng’s voice rang in Ye Tianchen’s ears.

Xiao Yifeng, who had already left, came back, looking at Ye Tianchen with a smile.

”Your people? What about it? They disrespected the company leaders, they must be fired,” Ye Tianchen said firmly.

”Your reason seems a bit far-fetched. What they said is indeed not wrong; you really don’t look like a company leader!” Xiao Yifeng laughed as he spoke to Ye Tianchen.

”Xiao Yifeng, what do you mean by that?”

Hearing Xiao Yifeng’s words, Ye Tianchen’s face darkened, and a hint of anger flashed in his eyes.

”If you want to fire them on that excuse, go ask your sister if she agrees,” Xiao Yifeng said indifferently.

Ye Tianchen’s gaze lingered on Xiao Yifeng for a long time before he finally snorted coldly and left the place quickly.

”Thank you, Boss!” Dahu and Erhu said hastily as they looked at Xiao Yifeng.

”Don’t worry, as long as I’m here, you can stay here at ease. No one can fire the two of you.”

Xiao Yifeng looked at Dahu and Erhu, smiled, and said a sentence before turning around and leaving.

In the new office of Ye Corporation, Ye Tianchen sat there, his eyes filled with angry light, and he slapped the desk hard.

”That damn Xiao Yifeng, as well as those two bastards, it won’t do, I absolutely can’t let them off. I can’t deal with Xiao Yifeng, but I, Ye Tianchen, refuse to believe I can’t handle two security guards,” Ye Tianchen said coldly, and pressed the telephone button on his desk.

”Get Wang Meng to my office as fast as possible.”

Ye Tianchen ordered his secretary coldly through the phone.

Less than three minutes later, Wang Meng appeared in Ye Tianchen’s office.

”Young Master Ye, what do you need me for?” Wang Meng asked respectfully.

”Wang Meng, as the head of the security department, I need you to find a way, no matter what, to get those two security guards at the company gate fired,” Ye Tianchen instructed.

”Is Young Master Ye talking about Dahu and Erhu?” Wang Meng asked.

”Yes, precisely them,” Ye Tianchen nodded.

A look of difficulty crossed Wang Meng’s face as he looked at Ye Tianchen:

”Young Master Ye, to tell you the truth, these two men are people of President’s fiancé, Xiao Yifeng, and firing them is definitely not going to be easy.”

”I know, aren’t you the head of the security department? Don’t tell me that you don’t even have a way to fire two security guards? Are you just leeching off the company?” Ye Tianchen erupted angrily.

”Young Master Ye, please calm down!” Wang Meng’s body trembled, and he quickly responded.

”Young Master, to fire them, we must have a legitimate reason, and moreover, this reason must be significant enough that we have no choice but to fire them.”

”Then even if that Xiao Yifeng wants to ask the President for help, it will be of no use,” Wang Meng said gravely.

”Do you have any ideas?”

Ye Tianchen’s gaze fixed on Wang Meng.

Wang Meng’s eyes shifted, and he walked over to Ye Tianchen, whispering in his ear, and a devious smile appeared on Ye Tianchen’s lips.

”Wang Meng, you’re really something for coming up with such a good method. Alright, you go and arrange it. Make sure there are no mistakes, and let nothing go wrong.”

”If you succeed in this task, I’ll have your back within the company, and you won’t have any troubles,” Ye Tianchen said with a laugh.

”Thank you, Young Master. I will handle this task well, Young Master Ye, just wait and enjoy the show.”

A crafty look flashed in Wang Meng’s eyes, and he walked out.

Ye Tianchen sneered conspiratorially, ”Xiao Yifeng, I can’t touch you, but I’ll make sure your men are kicked out of Ye Family first. And then, I will make you, this detestable man, leave Ye Family as well.”

Xiao Yifeng, of course, was clueless about Ye Tianchen and Wang Meng’s conspiracy; at this moment, he was sitting at his desk looking quite bored, which was completely out of sync with the bustling atmosphere of the sales department.
