The Beautiful CEO's Personal Mad Doctor

Chapter 382: Chapter 382: From Today On, Brother Yuan Is My Real Big Brother

Wang Jing was stunned by the slap. He subconsciously clutched his face and looked at He Zhendong in confusion. ”Young Master He, you came to back me up. Why did you hit me?”

”Shut up!”

He Zhendong shot Wang Jing a look one might give a dead man, then continued walking toward Cheng Yuan. He stopped three paces away and gave Cheng Yuan a slight bow.

”Brother Yuan!!”

Lin Ruoxi’s and Liu Qingcheng’s hearts felt like they were on a roller coaster, instantly soaring from rock bottom to the highest peak!

The two women gasped for air, their hearts nearly leaping into their throats.

’This is just too intense!’

’Young Master He was actually bowing to Cheng Yuan?’

Han Zhonghu and the others exchanged glances, their minds struggling to keep up.

Eldest Young Master He was one of the most formidable young masters in Beijing!

Even the Dragon Lord would show him some respect, yet Eldest Young Master He was bowing and greeting this punk?

’What in the world was going on?’

Han Zhonghu’s mind raced, and he quickly realized something!

’His surname is Cheng.’

’And Young Master He called him Brother Yuan.’

’He’s Cheng Yuan!’

’I remember my big brother mentioning this name!’

’It was Cheng Yuan who destroyed Wen Zihua! Who fought the old patriarch of the Wen Family! In the end, he was gravely injured, saved by the Old Dragon King, and taken in as a closed-door disciple!’

After figuring out Cheng Yuan’s identity, a cold sweat broke out across Han Zhonghu’s back, soaking his shirt instantly!

’If Cheng Yuan could destroy Wen Zihua, he could certainly destroy me!’

’That damn Wang Jing!’

’To think he offended this malevolent star!’

’Even if you have a death wish, don’t drag me down with you!!’

Having figured out the crux of the matter, Han Zhonghu was filled with a murderous hatred for Wang Jing. He turned, swung his arm back high, and brought it down in a heavy slap!

SMACK!

Wang Jing was spun around several times by the force of the blow before collapsing limply to the ground!

After being slapped repeatedly, Wang Jing was starting to question his own existence.

’Can someone please tell him what the hell is going on?’

’Weren’t Young Master He and Young Master Han here to back him up? Why were they hitting him so viciously?’

Han Zhonghu strode up to Cheng Yuan and bowed deeply. ”Mr. Cheng, I failed to properly manage my subordinate. He has offended you, and I bear inescapable responsibility. Please, punish me!”

Cheng Yuan asked with great interest, ”Oh? And how should I punish you?”

Han Zhonghu trembled slightly, then forced himself to say, ”As long as it placates your anger, I’ll even take three stabs for six holes!”

As he spoke, Han Zhonghu pulled out a dagger. If Cheng Yuan so much as nodded, he would stab six through-and-through holes in his own body.

’It’s still better than being killed by Cheng Yuan!’

’Three stabs for six holes??’

At this moment, how could Wang Jing not understand? He had kicked a steel plate! Even Young Master Han had to offer to inflict ”three stabs for six holes” on himself just to apologize!

Wang Jing collapsed to the ground like a pile of boneless mud. He knew he wouldn’t be getting out of this today.

Liu Qingcheng’s face was flushed with excitement as she gripped Lin Ruoxi’s hand tightly.

”No wonder Mr. Cheng wasn’t the least bit flustered! So he wasn’t just putting on a brave front, he really had the power to back it up! Ruoxi, you have to tell me! What is Mr. Cheng’s background? Is he the scion of some major political family?!”

Lin Ruoxi was just as baffled.

Ever since she had known Cheng Yuan, he was always giving her huge surprises!

Lin Ruoxi had thought she already understood Cheng Yuan well enough, but once again, he had completely overturned her understanding of the world!

Lin Ruoxi shot Cheng Yuan a complicated look. She felt as if he were shrouded in countless mysteries.

’Darling, just how many more secrets are you hiding from me?’

Lin Ruoxi gave a wry smile. ”Would you believe me if I told you I’m just as clueless as you are?”

Liu Qingcheng said excitedly, ”Whatever Mr. Cheng’s background is, the fact that he can make Young Master He and Young Master Han bow their heads is proof enough of his high standing! And for someone so distinguished to not hesitate for a second to take a bullet for you! That’s how much he must love you! Ruoxi, I’m so, so envious of you!!”

A warmth spread through Lin Ruoxi’s heart, like the gentle sun in spring. The last little bit of resentment she held toward Cheng Yuan completely vanished.

Cheng Yuan was only teasing Han Zhonghu. He said with a smile, ”Zhonghu, put the knife away. I get along well with your older brother, and Zhen Dong is my brother, so naturally, you are my brother too.”

Han Zhonghu was ecstatic and rushed to pledge his loyalty.

”From this day forward, Brother Yuan is my own flesh-and-blood older brother! Anyone who provokes Brother Yuan is provoking me, Han Zhonghu!!”

After speaking, Han Zhonghu shot Wang Jing a chillingly cold glare!

Wang Jing was so scared he nearly pissed himself. He had followed Han Zhonghu for many years and knew just how ruthless his methods were!

Cheng Yuan glanced indifferently at Wang Jing. ”Director Wang, I advised you earlier. I told you that if you didn’t have Zhonghu come over, you could still have a quick death. But if he did come, you would die horribly. You just wouldn’t listen to good advice!”

Wang Jing scrambled and crawled over to Cheng Yuan, pleading, ”Mr. Cheng, I was wrong! I truly know I was wrong! I’m begging you, please just give me a quick death! Don’t let Young Master Han deal with me!!”

Cheng Yuan just snorted coldly. He felt not a shred of sympathy for Wang Jing’s plight.

If Wang Jing had been the one to win today, he absolutely would not have let him off easy. He would have tortured him to within an inch of his life!

The dense Evil Qi hovering above Wang Jing’s head was proof enough!

Han Zhonghu said in a low voice, ”Men! Drag Wang Jing away! And ’entertain’ him properly!!”

”Yes, sir!”

”And these security guards, drag them all away! Interrogate them harshly!”

”Yes, sir!”

Several hidden guards rushed forward and dragged Wang Jing and the security guards away as if they were hauling dead dogs!

Cheng Yuan glanced at Han Zhonghu and noticed a considerable amount of Evil Qi over his head as well. Cheng Yuan offered him a piece of advice.

”Zhonghu, I know the entertainment industry is a battlefield without smoke, and there are many times where you can’t help what you do. However, I must remind you of one thing: the Celestial Dao ensures that what goes around, comes around. If you want to meet a peaceful end, start doing good deeds now to accumulate Merit. Otherwise, your later years will be filled with calamity.”

Cheng Yuan’s words made Han Zhonghu’s expression change slightly. Han Zhonghu recalled the things he had done over the years, and a chill ran down his spine.

Han Zhonghu quickly gave his assurance, ”Please don’t worry, Brother Yuan. From this day forward, I, Han Zhonghu, will perform a good deed every day! I will not slack off in the slightest!”

Cheng Yuan’s expression softened slightly. ”Good.”

Han Zhonghu was now absolutely certain: Cheng Yuan was the most important benefactor he would ever meet in his life, and the most powerful backer he could ever have! He had to latch on and never let go!

For this, he was willing to pay any price!

Han Zhonghu said in a low, serious voice, ”Brother Yuan, you may be willing to overlook my mistakes, but I must still make a gesture! I will transfer my shares in the Lan Club to you, free of charge! My shares in Huangyu Media will also be transferred to you, free of charge!”

Liu Qingcheng felt her brain go numb from a lack of oxygen.

’Was she hearing things?’

’Young Master Han is the third-largest shareholder in the Lan Club! He holds seventeen percent of the shares! That’s assets worth billions! And he’s just giving them away like that?’

What shocked Liu Qingcheng even more was that Han Zhonghu was even giving away Huangyu Media!

One had to understand, Huangyu Media was the number one media company in the Dragon Country’s entertainment industry, with a total market capitalization of nearly thirty billion!!

But what Liu Qingcheng found most unbelievable was that Cheng Yuan refused without the slightest hesitation.

”Zhonghu, I already said we’re brothers. There’s no need for this. I can’t accept your things.”
