The Beautiful CEO's Personal Mad Doctor

Chapter 381: Chapter 381: Young Master He Is Here Too

Wang Jing said coldly, ”Are you scared?”

Cheng Yuan said flatly, ”The word ’fear’ isn’t in my dictionary. Go ahead and call him.”

Wang Jing was ecstatic. ”You’re sure? You want me to call Young Master Han over?”

”I’m absolutely certain.”

Cheng Yuan put away the gun, an indifferent look on his face.

Liu Qingcheng, standing to the side, was a nervous wreck and quickly tried to talk him down.

”Cheng Yuan! I admit you’re strong—you took a bullet and didn’t die. But the Han Family is a behemoth that ordinary people like us can’t possibly stand against! Young Master Han is a direct heir of the Han Family. He’s a mogul who controls nearly a fifth of the entertainment industry’s resources! He’s surrounded by a dozen hidden guards, and they all carry standard-issue weapons, far more powerful than Wang Jing’s handgun! Let’s get out of here, fast!”

Lin Ruoxi grew tense as well. A low-powered handgun like Wang Jing’s, modified from a starter pistol, had already seriously injured Cheng Yuan. If he had to face Young Master Han’s hidden guards, his chances of survival were slim.

”Honey, don’t throw an egg against a stone! Kill Wang Jing right now, and we’ll leave the country immediately! We’ll never come back!!”

Wang Jing’s expression changed dramatically. ’Why is this bitch so vicious? Is her first instinct really to have me killed?’

Luckily, Cheng Yuan cracked a grin. ”Ruoxi, how could I bear to make you leave your homeland? If you’re scared, you and Qingcheng can leave first. I promise I’ll be fine. The one who’s going to die today is him.”

Lin Ruoxi sighed. ’He risked his life to save me. How could I possibly desert him now?’

”We’re husband and wife. To live together and to die together!”

Cheng Yuan was slightly moved, but also felt a pang of guilt. ’Ruoxi is so naive. Is it really okay to keep deceiving her with this act?’

’But if I don’t keep up the act, I really can’t think of any other way to win her back.’

Cheng Yuan shot a cool glance at Wang Jing. ”Still haven’t made the call? Or can you just not get ahold of Young Master Han?”

”I’m calling, I’m calling!”

Worried that Lin Ruoxi might pull another stunt, Wang Jing quickly dialed the number.

The call connected almost instantly, and a familiar voice came through the line.

”Old Wang, I hear it’s your birthday. Perfect timing. I’m in Suite One at the Lan Club, entertaining an important guest. Why don’t you come over and offer a toast?”

Wang Jing asked cautiously, ”Who’s the important guest?”

”Eldest Young Master He of the He Family, He Zhendong.”

He Zhendong?

’He’s the first-in-line heir to the third generation of the He Family!’

Wang Jing sucked in a sharp breath. He Zhendong was one of the most powerful princelings in all of Beijing. Even Wang Jing’s own boss had to bow his head before Young Master He!

Under normal circumstances, the chance to meet He Zhendong would have had Wang Jing trembling with excitement.

But right now, Wang Jing was filled with despair.

’Young Master Han is busy entertaining Young Master He. Is he really going to come over and stick up for me?’

No longer caring whether he angered Cheng Yuan, Wang Jing began to complain, embellishing the story with every word.

”Young Master Han, someone’s causing trouble at my birthday party! He’s killed several security guards, and he’s got a gun to my head! I even dropped your name, but it had no effect!”

A roar filled Young Master Han’s head.

’Someone’s actually causing trouble at the Lan Club?’

’Holding a gun to Wang Jing’s head?’

’And dropping my name had no effect?’

’This is a direct slap to my face! To Han Zhonghu’s face!’

Han Zhonghu slammed his hand on the table and roared, ”Wang Jing, you’re in Suite Nine, right? I’m on my way!”

”Young Master Han, this guy is tough! Bring plenty of men! Tell your hidden guards to take their safeties off beforehand!”

「Suite One.」

He Zhendong, startled, complained with a frown, ”Zhonghu, what’s with all the shouting? You nearly made me choke!”

Han Zhonghu quickly apologized, ”Brother Zhen Dong, someone’s causing trouble at the Lan Club and they’ve killed and injured my men! That’s why I got a little worked up. Please, don’t mind me.”

He Zhendong was hot-tempered himself, and he couldn’t stand for that.

”Zhonghu, you’re Zhongming’s brother, and that makes you my brother! Disrespecting you is the same as disrespecting me, He Zhendong! Let’s go. I want to see just who’s got the balls to beat up your guys on your own turf.”

”Great! Let’s go over there together.”

Han Zhonghu spoke into the phone, ”Wang Jing, just hang in there. Eldest Young Master He and I are coming over together!”

”Yes, sir!”

On the other end of the line, Wang Jing trembled with excitement.

’Oh my god, Eldest Young Master He is coming too?’

’That bastard Cheng is a dead man!’

Wang Jing slowly got to his feet, looking at Cheng Yuan as if he were already a corpse. ”Kid, you shouldn’t have let me make that call. You’re going to regret this!”

Cheng Yuan’s expression darkened. ”Did I say you could stand up?”

WHOOSH! Cheng Yuan dashed in front of Wang Jing and kicked the back of his knees.

THUMP!

Wang Jing fell to both knees.

But Wang Jing wasn’t the least bit afraid. He screamed wildly, ”You bastard Cheng! Young Master Han is on his way! You still dare to touch me? Soon, I’ll make you wish for death but find no release!”

”Idiot.”

Cheng Yuan spat. He slowly turned his head as a flurry of urgent footsteps echoed from the suite’s entrance.

CREAK. The suite door was pushed open.

Flanked by more than a dozen hidden guards, Han Zhonghu strode into the suite. His expression soured when he saw Wang Jing kneeling on the floor.

”Who’s so damn bold? Daring to touch my people on my own turf?”

Cheng Yuan’s brow twitched. ’Huh, that’s not Zhongming? Must be his brother. He looks about sixty percent like Zhongming.’

’This could be a bit of a hassle.’

But when Cheng Yuan saw He Zhendong standing beside Han Zhonghu, a wry smile spread across his face.

The moment he saw Han Zhonghu, it was as if Wang Jing had seen his own father. He scrambled over, practically crawling, and threw himself at Han Zhonghu’s leg, pointing at Cheng Yuan as he began a tear-filled tirade.

”Young Master Han, that’s the bastard who killed the security guards and badly injured me! You have to stand up for me!”

”Get up! How pathetic, crying and sniveling in front of Brother Zhen Dong.”

Wang Jing got to his feet and looked at He Zhendong with a fawning expression. ”Young Master He, my apologies for my disgraceful appearance.”

He Zhendong laughed. ”You’re in a sorry state. You’ve really brought shame to Zhonghu.”

Han Zhonghu’s face burned with shame. He turned to glare coldly at Cheng Yuan. Noticing the gunshot wound on Cheng Yuan’s body, Han Zhonghu sneered in disdain.

’Conventional Hot Weapons can injure this kid. He’s definitely no Martial King.’

’Even if he’s an Innate Grandmaster, he must be one of the weaker ones.’

Han Zhonghu waved his hand, about to order his hidden guards to take Cheng Yuan down.

He Zhendong glanced at Cheng Yuan with amusement, but then his eyes narrowed and fixed on him.

’Holy shit!’

’Isn’t that Brother Yuan?’

He Zhendong’s expression changed instantly, and he strode towards Cheng Yuan.

Han Zhonghu froze. ’Brother Zhen Dong is really getting involved himself!’

Worried that He Zhendong might be at a disadvantage, Han Zhonghu waved his hand and led the hidden guards to follow close behind.

Liu Qingcheng’s face went pale with fright. She grabbed Lin Ruoxi’s hand tightly.

”It’s over! Ruoxi, we’re really done for this time! If it was just Young Master Han, we might have had a sliver of a chance. But Young Master He is here too! He’s one of the most powerful scions in all of Beijing!”

Wang Jing trembled with excitement. ’I can’t believe Eldest Young Master He is this supportive! Is he going to kill Cheng Yuan himself?’

Wang Jing scrambled to keep up with He Zhendong and Han Zhonghu. Standing beside the two super-rich heirs, he felt invincible again.

Like a dog borrowing its master’s might, Wang Jing pointed at Cheng Yuan’s nose and cursed, ”Cheng Yuan! Open your damn dog eyes and take a good look! Young Master He and Young Master Han are here! Get on your knees and accept your death! If you’re lucky, the two young masters might grant you a quick end!”

The words had barely left his mouth when Wang Jing felt a sudden, violent rush of air.

SLAP!

He Zhendong slapped him viciously across the face.
