Necromancer: I Am A Disaster

74 - Dungeon Hall

Ning Yiyi is unavailable.

Perhaps she went on another mission.

When he first met Ning Yiyi, she was also doing a mission.

Lin Moyu didn’t find this strange.

In Xiajing Academy, everyone is very busy. There is no one really with free time.

In a few days, the new students admitted to Xiajing Academy this year will arrive.

At that time, the academy’s courses will start, and things will be more hectic.

Lin Moyu didn’t rush to activate the Teleportation Stone, but checked the message sent by Bai Yiyuan.

”Requirements for entering Chuangshen Institute.”

”Your level must exceed 30.”

Just the first requirement came as a shock to Lin Moyu.

”Sister... has exceeded level 30?”

”That’s so fast!”

From the information provided by Bai Yiyuan, it can be seen that Lin Mohan joined Chuangshen Institute only three or four months after entering the academy.

That is to say, in just three or four months, Lin Mohan has advanced to level 30 from level 16.

This speed is quite astonishing.

Normally, it takes about a year to advance to level 30 from level 20.

Unless, you are like Lin Moyu, who can solo nightmare rank dungeons.

However, there are very few people capable of this.

Lin Moyu can’t understand how Lin Mohan raised her level.

He can only ask Lin Mohan when he sees her.

After taking a look at the level requirement, Lin Moyu continued to look at the second requirement.

”You must clear the level 30 dungeon Abyssal Frontline, at hell rank difficulty.”

This one seems a bit difficult.

Hell rank difficulty is much harder than nightmare rank.

To clear a hell rank dungeon, comprehensive requirements for class, psyche, techniques, equipment, and skills must be fulfilled.

Ordinary parties basically stand no chance.

Only extremely elite parties will be able to have a chance.

”After I have reached 30, I can try soloing the dungeon.”

Lin Moyu mused. From start to finish, he never considered going in a party.

Going in a party is not as enjoyable as going solo.

”The third requirement is to accumulate 1,000 contribution points.”

Contribution points are different from points.

Only by completing missions assigned by the academy or doing something beneficial for the academy, only then can you earn contribution points.

Take the Mermaid Island trial as an example, Lin Moyu can earn some contribution points thanks to it.

As for how much contribution points he will obtain, it still remains to be seen.

Contribution points are a must for entering top institutes. This is also the reason why Jiang Taotao said that the trial was important to her.

In order to join a top institute, she must earn enough contribution points.

There are only three requirements.

But none of them is easy to meet.

After engraving them in his mind, Lin Moyu activated the Teleportation Stone.

Bursts of noise entered his ears. This place appears to be unusually lively.

”Boneyard Dungeon, ordinary rank difficulty, looking for a Mage of around level 25, preferably proficient in fire-type skills.”

”Bloodmatch Beastman Legion Dungeon, nightmare rank difficulty, looking for a Healer between level 22 and level 25, required to be proficient in healing skills and have a full set of bronze rank equipment.”

”Nighttower, nightmare rank difficulty, looking for a Knight above level 30, required to possess a complete set of silver rank equipment and have mastered the skill Teammate Guard.”

Lin Moyu looked at the area reminiscent of a wet market, feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Dungeon Hall is located within the academy, yet it can’t be reached by ordinary means.

Only after passing the inspection of the office of academic affairs and paying 1,000 points to purchase a special Teleportation Stone, only then will you be eligible to enter.

Lin Moyu believed that Dungeon Hall would be solemn and sacred.

But now it seems it is similar to a wet market.

There is a large number of students recruiting party members here, sitting on the ground, holding signs with specific requirements.

At the same time, they also shout a few words from time to time.

This looks much like the entrance of a dungeon.

Lin Moyu even wondered if this is really Dungeon Hall.

Did he perhaps come to the wrong place?

He swept his gaze across these people, then saw a huge hall.

This is Dungeon Hall?

Lin Moyu lifted his leg and walked over.

All the noise disappeared the moment he entered Dungeon Hall.

There are also people talking in Dungeon Hall, but their voices are much more subdued.

At the same time, within Dungeon Hall, there is a strange sound swirling around the ears.

Dungeon entrances, resembling vortices, are scattered all over the hall.

Sounds are coming from the dungeon entrances.

The sounds coming from the dungeons are all distinct.

There are upwards of 100 dungeon entrances, and the sounds they emit intertwine and form a unique sound.

There is a crystal ball at each dungeon entrance.

The crystal ball contains a series of information such as the dungeon’s name, level requirement, entry rules, and cooldown period.

When he was at Xihai No.1 High School, Lin Moyu learned that the empire holds a large number of dungeon resources.

Xiajing Academy also seems to hold a large number of dungeon resources.

In this world, there are countless dungeons.

As the No. 1 academy of Shenxia Empire, it seems reasonable for it to have a series of dungeon resources.

After all, beings like God Bai have come from Xiajing Academy.

To be more precise, more than half of the top powerhouses of Shenxia Empire have come from Xiajing Academy.

Above each dungeon entrance vortex, there is a light screen suspended.

The records of the dungeon is displayed on the light screen.

Lin Moyu took a closer look and found that only the top three records were displayed on the light screens, and only the highest difficulty.

If a dungeon has hell rank difficulty, then only the top three records in hell rank difficulty will be displayed.

If there is only nightmare rank difficulty, then the top three records in nightmare rank difficulty will be displayed.

This includes the clearance time and the names of the party’s members.

As well as the level, class, and other information of each party member.

This can serve as reference.

If other parties need dungeon strategies, they can copy the ones of the parties that set up the records.

As parties come up with different strategies, excellent configurations can be devised.

If you can devise a better one and set a new record, then of course that will be better.

This setting is geared toward the promotion of competitive spirit, making the parties eager to fight for first place.

After all, it is a great honor to appear on the dungeon ranking.

”Hello...”

A soft voice suddenly came from behind.

Lin Moyu turned and saw a female student -- approximately 20 years of age -- standing behind him.

She took a deep breath and gathered her courage, ”Hello, is this your first time coming to Dungeon Hall?”

Lin Moyu nodded.

She carried on, ”My name is Shu Han. I can give you a detailed introduction of Dungeon Hall.”

There is no such thing as a free lunch.

This is especially the case in Xiajing Academy. In order to gain something, you must give something in return.

Lin Moyu asked, ”How much is it?”

Shu Han said promptly, ”100 points.”

She looks a bit nervous.

Perhaps it’s the first time she’s doing such a thing.

100 points...

It doesn’t sound like much.

However, it’s not easy to earn points.

In fact, 100 points is not a small amount.

Lin Moyu was silent for a moment.

Seeing that Lin Moyu didn’t respond, Shu Han said quickly, ”I can also accept 70 points.”

”It’s just 100 points.”

Lin Moyu gave Shu Han 100 points.

After receiving the points, Shu Han breathed a long sigh of relief and smiled sweetly, ”Thank you.”

”The main function of Dungeon Hall is the access to dungeons.”

”In Dungeon Hall, there are two dungeons below level 20, 18 dungeons between level 20 and level 30, and 20 dungeons between level 30 and level 40”

”There are also 52 dungeons between level 40 and level 70.”

”In addition, there are also two large-scale dungeons and one super large-scale dungeon.”

”There are a total of 95 dungeons in Dungeon Hall.”

Large-scale dungeons are dungeons that can accommodate 40 people, while super large-scale dungeons are also known as 100-people dungeons.

Lin Moyu asked, ”What about dungeons above level 70?”

Shu Han shook her head, ”There are no dungeons above level 70 here.”

Lin Moyu can roughly understand why. His guess is that the academy manages the dungeons above level 70 separately, unwilling to place them in Dungeon Hall where people can access them freely.

That kind of dungeon is a very important resource.

The materials and equipment they provide are very useful.

Shu Han continued to talk about the various functions of Dungeon Hall.

For Lin Moyu, even without Shu Han’s introduction, he can still figure this information out in due time.

However, this can save him a lot of time.

And it only costs 100 points.

He still has over 130,000 points left.

”Each dungeon has respective clearance records.”

”If you set a new record, you can receive rewards.”

”At the same time, the entry conditions differ from dungeon to dungeon. Most dungeons have a minimum level requirement, while other dungeons have an average level requirement.”

”There are also some special dungeons that have a minimum or maximum level requirement in a party.”

Different dungeons have different requirements.

Lin Moyu asked, ”Is there a dungeon without a level requirement?”

Shu Han shook her head, ”There used to be one, but then someone died inside, and it was deemed too dangerous. Subsequently, the academy set a level requirement for it.”

”In the wilderness, there are many dungeons without level requirements.”

There is an essential difference between entering dungeons via Dungeon Hall and entering wild dungeons, that is, the security is completely different.

In Dungeon Hall, you can exit the dungeon at any time. If there is danger, you can choose to leave.

This greatly increases security.

Unless you’re killed in an instant, it’s not easy to die here.

In other words, the points spent in coming here aren’t in vain.

Judging by the level and ranking settings, Lin Moyu can tell that the academy’s intention is to cultivate students.

From low-level to high-level dungeons, they strive to ensure the safety of the students.

The students who can enter Xiajing Academy are all talents, and losing a single one of them will make the academy feel distressed.

Their safety is naturally of great importance.

As a result, the academy has imposed level requirements for dungeons, so the students don’t get in over their heads.
