Pillar of Yita

At the exact moment he stepped onto the stage, he was already prepared.

The crystal in Fang Hong’s hand at this moment could no longer be called a crystal, because the light within it was as dazzling as the blazing sun.

Even the craftsmen from Elpaxin in the distance couldn’t help but stop in amazement at this sight.

The mind of the judging personnel was utterly blank.

Fang Hong raised his head, looked at the other party, and quietly asked, ”How is it?”

”This, this is...”

”What I’m asking is, can it be purified?”

”That...this...it, it’s my misjudgment,” the other’s face turned white and blue: ”...you didn’t cheat...”

”Really didn’t?”

”No, didn’t, really didn’t... alright, alright... you can stop now, we can, we can score now.”

”No rush,” Fang Hong said, ”Then your previous questioning, could you please provide evidence for it?”

The person’s face changed: ”It’s because of the principle...”

”Principles cannot explain any issue,” Fang Hong shook his head. ”The birth of Alchemy is to turn the impossible of mortals into possible skills, every one of us should hold awe for the unknown, which is the foundation of this discipline—I don’t think you’ll forget this point, sir.”

His voice was not loud, but each word carried immense weight.

The High Order Craftsman beside him looked at his colleague, then sighed and shook his head.

Only then did Fang Hong put down the crystal, the light within the crystal persisted for quite a long while even after leaving his hand. ”I will formally lodge a protest to the Elfendo Council, in the capacity of a contestant and an Alchemist.”

He looked at the other party: ”But first, you need to apologize to me.”

The person was completely slumped, weakly said: ”I, I’m sorry...”

Fang Hong did not even look at him, only glanced towards the High Order Craftsman beside: ”I think this person’s judgment may no longer be fair, so I hope to replace a judge, please pass on this request for me, thank you.”

”You’re welcome,” the other replied with a smile: ”It’s the right thing to do, on behalf of the Elfendo Council, I apologize to you.”

From beginning to end, he did not give his colleague another glance.

When the person finished saying this, the official livestream fell silent in an eerie manner; everyone was focused on the crystal in Fang Hong’s hand, seemingly crafted from light.

Only Tianlan continued to type in an odd tone:

”If criticism is not free, then praise is meaningless.”

”The domestic tournament indulges in fall, half of the blame lies with you mindless fans who only know how to blindly praise.”

But for a moment, no one responded to rebut her.

Tianlan glanced at the livestream, lost all interest, and lightly closed it.

She raised her head, looked at Fang Hong in the distance with excitement, her aqua blue eyes sparkling, couldn’t help but wave her little fist with force, releasing a bit of anger: ”Brother Ade is too handsome!”

She turned to glance at Luo Yu beside her: ”When will you be handsome like that too?”

Luo Yu was bewildered: ”Why don’t I go beat up that judge for you later?”

Tianlan was startled, kicked him: ”Are you crazy, you’ll get arrested!”

With the assistance of another High Order Craftsman, the Tournament Organizers quickly agreed to Fang Hong’s request, temporarily replacing a judge. The previous judge left under Ande’s cold gaze, surely facing difficult times ahead.

After replacing the judge, soon, the Tournament Organizers officially announced Fang Hong’s score.

100 points.

At that moment, the entire arena was in uproar.

Especially when Rolin’s score — 94.3 points was announced afterward, this atmosphere reached a climax.

Perfect score crush — it seemed like no one could predict such an outcome, that Ragnarok would dominate in the final match, even obtaining a crushing victory of five points from the Elfendo Council.

Golande Artisan’s General Guild, 55.1 points; Ancient Tower Artisan Guild, 77 points.

And Shadow Throne, invalid score.

Scores lit up one after another on the scoreboard.

The crowd was in tumultuous excitement.

Almost everyone was asking, who exactly is this mysterious captain of Ragnarok? And the scores of Ragnarok’s previous matches were being talked about more and more among the people—

When people saw that series of precise scores, they couldn’t help but wonder:

Where did Ragnarok find such a monster?

Who exactly is he?

And an answer was gradually spreading:

Ragnarok’s captain had participated in the formal match of Elpaxin.

...

”The genius youth of Morning Dawn Star reappears in the Southern Region—”

Sophie looked at a new post in the community.

The post was quickly becoming a hot topic, whether or not they were concerned about this match in Fanric, the regulars in the community evidently hadn’t forgotten that striking video from six months ago.

She gently closed the Light Page, sighed, looked at the arena, momentarily uncertain whether it was joy or worry.

The atmosphere on the field was very lively, Sophie heard almost everyone discussing Ragnarok’s mysterious leader—but when she looked at the scores of each team, she was in fact not optimistic.

Fang Hong’s performance temporarily overshadowed the other matches, but few realized, Ragnarok was still far behind the Elfendo Council at this moment.

In the main match, the rules were to only take the lowest score—and Ragnarok’s total score was nearly ten points behind Elfendo, so this match alone was not enough to save the team.

There would still be another match.

But getting more than ten points in the next match, how easy could that be?

She looked at the young person from the Elfendo Council, the young man named Rolin was clearly not one to be easily beaten, scoring 94.5 points already said enough—can they really win?

Sophie furrowed her brow, couldn’t help but lightly bite her lip.
