Chapter 844: Chapter 844: The Benefits of the Sword Taker

At this moment, Ju Dan stared at Yao Yuzhi fiercely, his face contorted as he said, ”I oppose, even if they break the Domineering Pattern Array, it absolutely doesn’t count. They cannot own a Spiritual Weapon, at most they only avoid punishment in this round.”

After speaking, Ju Dan faced Yao Yuzhi with an arrogant and dismissive demeanor.

Boom...

However, what greeted her was Yao Yuzhi’s terrifying True Qi, crushing her heavily.

Ju Dan’s face changed drastically, retreating madly and falling to the ground, looking up at Yao Yuzhi in disbelief.

”Ju Dan, who do you think you are?”

”I set the rules, can you oppose them just because you want to?”

Yao Yuzhi’s domineering voice thundered on Ju Dan: ”Am I the Supreme Judge, or are you the Supreme Judge?”

Her spit almost sprayed onto Ju Dan’s old face, and the latter’s whole body was pressed till it creaked loudly.

Only after Yao Yuzhi retracted her True Qi did Ju Dan finally breathe out, standing up with a sullen face, still wanting to say something, but Yao Yuzhi spoke again: ”If you dare to question again, get out.”

Yao Yuzhi’s words were incredibly domineering, filled with a murderous intent, completely disregarding Ju Dan’s merit.

Ju Dan was utterly speechless, could only lower her head showing a sinister and terrifying look.

”Now, who else dares to question my decision, step forward?” Yao Yuzhi looked at the people around her, each like a cicada in the cold, not daring to make a sound, the Supreme Judge didn’t even give Ju Dan face, who would dare to question?

Seeing everyone silent, Yao Yuzhi finally spoke: ”Good, now all sword takers, come over.”

All the sword takers, including Ju Hua, of course, didn’t dare utter nonsense, stepped out in response, and lined up in front of Yao Yuzhi, while Sikong Jing and Chou Zhan leisurely walked out from behind the Domineering Pattern Array, lining up as the last two.

At this time, Sikong Jing took a slight look at Yao Yuzhi.

Certain in his heart, this Supreme Judge belonged to the type who acted strictly according to rules, wouldn’t buy anyone’s account.

”The sword-taking battle ends here, the second battle will begin shortly.”

With Yao Yuzhi’s words, everyone in the audience held their breath, each of them growing tense.

”The end of the second battle is also the end of the quota battle, there is no third battle... so this is a battle of slaughter.”

Yao Yuzhi’s voice made everyone even more tense, striving to concentrate.

”Now, I want to deliver the benefits I previously mentioned, which all the sword takers will receive...”

”Bring forth the benefits.”

With Yao Yuzhi’s words, everyone thought secretly: what exactly are the benefits? Each sword taker was filled with anticipation.

Each non-sword taker secretly prayed, hoping it wasn’t something that could crush them, or there’d be no fun left to play.

Meanwhile, Lang Zhengzhi whispered quietly: ”Finally, the benefits arrived, who just called me senile dementia, who just mocked the genius of the Northern Land?”

Though his voice was small, everyone present was a master, heard him clearly.

One after another, their expressions turned sullen.

However, Lang Zhengzhi didn’t let them off, continued to mutter to himself: ”Wow, my East Plain Northern Land took two swords, just like Southern Land, even surpassed the East Land... it’s incredible!”

Suddenly, everyone’s face turned from sullen to pitch black...

”Oh, there were so many laughs just now, why isn’t anyone laughing now?”

Lang Zhengzhi still remembered, everyone provocatively said Sikong Jing couldn’t make them stop laughing, now their faces were slapped.

Dammit, they were slapped hard... Lang Zhengzhi went all out.

Grating sounds...

One after another, they unleashed killing intent at Lang Zhengzhi, their teeth and fists grating, wishing to kill him.

The East Land’s Supreme Decision Maker couldn’t hold back anymore, coldly said: ”What the hell are you proud of, they didn’t win the swords through strength.”

Lang Zhengzhi shrugged, ignoring the East Land’s Supreme Decision Maker, still feigned muttering to himself: ”Two swords, my Northern Land is finally no longer at the bottom, who’s at the bottom now?”

Hearing this, the East Land’s Supreme Decision Maker almost exploded, rushed up: ”Lang Zhengzhi, I’ll kill you.”

Luckily, others held him firmly, now was not the time to make trouble.

And Elder Mo and others watched Lang Zhengzhi speechlessly, although it was quite satisfying, there was no need to make enemies right?

Lang Zhengzhi was still younger than them, didn’t understand how to endure!

”Silence...”

At this moment, Yao Yuzhi spoke heavily, while already there was a servant from Overlord Commerce carrying a tray over.

On the tray were small bags, no one knew what was inside.

Next, Yao Yuzhi ordered the servant to distribute the small bags to the hands of nine people, each receiving a bag, heavy in hand.

”Open and see...”

Hearing Yao Yuzhi’s words, including Sikong Jing, the nine sword takers opened the small bags, revealing unexpectedly small jade tokens, seven tokens for each person.

The jade tokens bore no carvings, just blank.

Including the nine sword takers, everyone looked puzzled towards Yao Yuzhi.

”Now, the nine sword takers inject True Qi into the sword, then inject Sword Qi into the jade tokens.” Yao Yuzhi instructed.

The nine sword takers didn’t waste time, followed the instructions.

Instantly, each Spirit Sword flashed colors, each jade token also flashed bright colors, then the colors of the tokens changed, becoming the color of the Spirit Sword in each person’s hand.

Also on the jade tokens, a sword shape appeared...

Like the sword Sikong Jing took was Xuanbing colored, so the jade tokens also turned Xuanbing color.

The sword shaped engraving on the jade tokens was identical to the Xuanbing Sword Sikong Jing held, exquisite and mysterious.

While everyone was still perplexed, Yao Yuzhi explained: ”Each sword taker has seven jade tokens, plus the sword you took, that’s the number eight, adding up exactly to seventy-two.”

Each has a sword and seven jade tokens, therefore the number eight, multiplied by nine sword takers, is seventy-two.

Seventy-two, precisely the number of geniuses participating in the quota battle.

”Now, you can give the jade tokens in your hand to those who wish to follow you, as long as True Qi belonging to the followers is injected into the jade tokens, then they become your subordinates.”

”In other words, the sword taker’s benefit is... to have seven team members of their own.”

”Wielding the sword as captain, holding the jade token as team members.”

With these words, everyone finally widened their eyes, then looked at each other.

”The remaining sixty-three people, regardless of which part of the East Plain they are from, can follow whomever they want, get the jade tokens from them, thus becoming the sword taker’s team members.”

”Of course, if sword takers don’t fancy the followers, they may choose not to give them tokens.”

”The nine teams can mutually slaughter.”

”Kill the jade token holder, the token shatters, kill the sword taker to seize their sword, and also seize their team members.”

Yao Yuzhi slowly introduced the rules.

Everyone listened and was a bit confused, not fully understanding.

Seeing everyone dazed, Yao Yuzhi suddenly pointed to Sikong Jing.

”For example, if you wish to follow Sikong Jing, you can get a jade token from him, other teams just need to kill Sikong Jing, then they can seize his sword, and also seize his team members.”

”If the jade token holder is killed, the token merely breaks, eliminating an opponent alone.”

Sikong Jing shrugged upon hearing, very much wanting to say, why use me as an example?

Just then, Guo Zixia jumped out, ran to Senior Brother Wang’s back and asked: ”If I want to follow Wang He, can I take a jade token from him?”

”Yes, provided he’s willing to give it to you.” Yao Yuzhi nodded gravely, then she spoke again: ”Alright, now everyone, line up behind the person you wish to follow.”

Upon hearing this, Guo Zixia didn’t hesitate to line up behind Wang He.
