My Youth Began With Him

“Auntie Su, I…”

Han Yueyao was about to answer when Su Yu walked over and interrupted their conversation.

“Mom, don’t bother my companion today.”

“I didn’t. I just came to say hello to her.”

“Indeed? Then how come her smile looks worse than crying? Did you say something to her?”

“I didn’t. You wronged me,” Mrs. Su explained to her son like a child.

“Ha, fine. Go upstairs please; Aunt Qin and Aunt Wei are waiting for you to play mahjong and Fight the Landlord. The show won’t start for a while.”

“Hey, I’m not finished yet. Don’t push me…”

Before his mother could finish, Su Yu half carried her upstairs.

Then he came back and said to Han Yueyao, “You must stay away from my mom.”

“Why?” Han Yueyao was puzzled.

“She’s now possessed by a demon and thinks every girl she sees can be her daughter-in-law…”

“Hahaha. How can you talk about your mom in this way? Are you mad?” Han Yueyao laughed.

“It’s my mom who’s mad. Anyway, next time you must be smart and flee whenever she shows up…”

“She’s not a ghost.”

“You can treat her like a ghost.”

“Haha. I’ll tell your mom what you said about her.”

“Go ahead; she’s upstairs. But I must warn you that you won’t come back down in two hours; she’d keep you there with her babbling.”

“I believe you,” Han Yueyao admitted defeat. Of course she didn’t dare to talk with Mrs. Su. She was just bluffing.

“Go and find a spot to eat and drink; enjoy yourself.”

“How about you?” Han Yueyao asked him.

“I’ll go and talk to a few friends.”

Before he left, he reminded her, “Stay away from my mom and Zeng Rou.”

Yeah, they were the only two people who would bother Su Yu’s girlfriend.

After he was gone, Han Yueyao followed his instruction and sat down in a corner to play games.

Pudding spotted her in passing and took a seat beside her.

“How long have you played this game, Auntie?”

“Um… About two months,” Han Yueyao said after a moment of consideration.

“You passed 700 stages in two months; did you buy props?”

“No, my pocket is cleaner than my face; I have no money to buy props. I play with skills.”

“Then you’re quite good. I’m playing this game, too.”

“Indeed? Little Bean, how many stages have you passed?” Han Yueyao cocked her head and looked at the little girl sitting by her side.

“1,500 stages… I’ve played for less than three months.”

Han Yueyao: “…”

“I don’t buy props because I don’t need them.”

Han Yueyao: “…”

“By the way, I’m Pudding, not Little Bean.”

Han Yueyao: “…”

At this moment, Han Yueyao’s mind was filled with the following thoughts.

Firstly, the kid had played the game less than three months but had passed 1,500 stages, doubling her own progress. Previously, Han Yueyao had thought her 700 stages were very good since Su Xiaoxiao was so lousy that she only played 300 stages even with all kinds of props.

Secondly, the kid didn’t use any props. She was a genius!

Thirdly, this was the legendary Pudding… She had been engrossed in the game and didn’t notice the difference in the twins’ personalities.

“So, you are the legendary Big Pudding. Your reputation precedes you.”

After a long while, Han Yueyao blurted these words out, making Pudding chuckle.
