Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 182: Chapter 129: Seeing Yan Ning Again (Long Chapter - Please Subscribe)_2

Clearly, nobody expected their boss to still be a college student on campus!

Zhang Jingdong took the elevator to the 3rd floor, looked around, and then headed to the nearby restroom.

He found a spot by the window, locked the door, and then took out a recording pen from his pocket.

This recording pen was the one Liu Wenwen had used to secretly record Chen Xiaojiang’s sexual harassment. After transferring the recording of Chen Xiaojiang’s harassment to the computer, he felt for some reason that this gadget might come in handy someday, so he had always carried it in his handbag, and it turned out to be useful today.

After operating it for a while, he put the recording pen in his trouser pocket.

Then he left the restroom and went to the counselor’s office.

The office was small, with only six desks. At this time, two men and two women were working.

Although Zhang Jingdong hadn’t seen Chen Deng for more than a decade, he recognized him at a glance.

His main impression of the guy was that he wasn’t over 1.7 meters tall but weighed nearly 200 kilos, looking bloated and corpulent.

It was said that he only weighed a little over 110 pounds when he first entered college, and it wasn’t until he stayed on as a counselor after graduating from his master’s program that he quickly put on weight.

Thanks to his skill at leveraging the power he held, he had dinner gatherings almost every week.

Especially during the final exam period, he could dine extravagantly and earn a good deal of cash by catching students who cheated on exams.

In his last life, Zhang Jingdong had been quite honest and thus never had any dealings with him. In this life, he didn’t expect to fall into his trap.

However, Zhang Jingdong was not only completely unfazed but also found it quite interesting to interact with Old Chen, who was notorious in their college in his previous life.

As long as this guy was willing to deal, Zhang Jingdong didn’t mind giving him some benefits, after all, a few hundred or a thousand dollars were nothing more than chump change for him now.

If this guy turned out to be insatiable, Zhang Jingdong wouldn’t mind taking revenge on behalf of the alumni.

With these thoughts, Zhang Jingdong walked straight to Chen Deng’s desk: ”Teacher...”

Chen Deng looked up at Zhang Jingdong, and upon seeing this tall and handsome fellow, a flash of envy and disgust swept through his eyes.

”Who are you?”

”I’m Zhang Jingdong from Mathematics Class 1, you called me and asked me to come to the college building to see you.”

”So it’s you, Zhang Jingdong...”

Chen Deng sized up Zhang Jingdong again, and suddenly noticed he was wearing a full set of LV, which seemed to be genuine. He then stood up and sternly said, ”Come with me!”

Zhang Jingdong paused, then followed him out of the office into a small classroom across the hall.

He vaguely remembered having class meetings here in his previous life, something about electing class representatives and committee members.

Upon entering, Chen Deng found a spot to sit, then said sternly, ”Zhang Jingdong, confess honestly, how many classes have you skipped in the past two weeks?”

Zhang Jingdong pretended to think, then said, ”In total... maybe two classes?”

Seeing Zhang Jingdong’s nonchalant face, as if he wasn’t afraid at all, Chen Deng suddenly raised his voice angrily, ”What kind of attitude is that! Take this seriously!”

”Besides, you dare to lie to me! I have already investigated, and you’ve skipped at least seven classes in these two weeks!”

Zhang Jingdong remained calm, ”Did the teachers tell you? Did they call my name during roll call?”

Chen Deng was completely infuriated: ”You even dare to question me!”

”I’m not questioning you; I just want to know the true situation. Because if you’re not calculating based on the teacher’s roll call, then at least half of the students in the whole college must have skipped classes every week, and you must understand this, having been a student yourself once.”

”I don’t need a lecture from you, I’m fully aware of that. We are discussing your problem here!”

”Humph... With that attitude, even if you’ve only skipped two classes, I can still give you a demerit and call your parents!”

Zhang Jingdong, seeing that he was panicking after just a couple of moves, decided that he was a low-level opponent and got tired of playing along with his act.

”Fine, Old Chen, oh no, I mean Old Chen, I’ve heard about your way of doing things, so let’s cut the crap. Just tell me straight, how much do you want to forget this matter?”

Chen Deng originally wanted to continue giving Zhang Jingdong a harsh lesson when he noticed the contempt in his eyes.

But then he suddenly saw the wallet that Zhang Jingdong took out, along with a stack of money that seemed to be around twenty or thirty thousand. He instantly changed his mind.

First, he had intended to take advantage of Zhang Jingdong’s vulnerability in the first place.

Second, Zhang Jingdong seemed to be wealthy and not someone to be trifled with, so instead of getting angry with him, he might as well fleece him for some money.

So, Chen Deng dropped the teacher act and said gravely, ”Well, if that’s the case, then fine, I won’t ask for much, just twenty thousand will do.”

”Twenty thousand!” Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but sneer, ”Have you lost your mind? I only skipped two classes, and you dare ask me for twenty thousand?”

With a cunning glint in his eyes, Chen Deng retorted, ”Considering that LV outfit of yours, twenty thousand is nothing to you, right?”

”Moreover, the situation can be deemed serious or trivial. If I escalate this, a demerit for you could get serious!”

Seeing that Zhang Jingdong still wouldn’t comply, Chen Deng simply threatened, ”As far as I know, for rich second generations like you who chose to study in China instead of going abroad, your family must require you to graduate smoothly and obtain your diploma.”

”If you don’t make me happy this time, your days in school will be difficult, and who knows, you might not even be able to get your diploma in the end!”
