Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3723: Line of Life and Death III

A Wheel of Existence fractured and tore as it underwent a shocking apocalypse.

Noah, across countless bodies scattered through the Wheel, witnessed the unraveling in real time.

In one region, he observed it beside Ruination and the Infiniverse, their weavings isolated and protected, untouched by the transforming tide of death.

Another of his bodies stood anchored within the True Frequency of the Singed, locked in a dimensional snare layered with Existential Dimensional Lattices.

It was terrifying.

This weaving of existence didnʼt resemble a Wild True Source or a typical domain. It pulsed as a constantly shifting, ever-changing sequence of existence, a structure that followed its own intricate logic, woven with a terrifying level of complexity.

None of his current True Sources- at least, not in their present forms, could pierce or unravel this prison.

But Noah wasnʼt like others.

He didnʼt just wield True Sources.

He carried things others couldnʼt even comprehend- Living True Sources that now converged within the core of his Living Wheel, merging to birth something paradoxical.

While one body of his endured the suppression of a Primarchʼs dimensional snare, another stood within the Prime Frequency of the End.

And yet another…was watching the collapse of the Wheel from within Hell Terra Firma.

A place devoid of authorityʼ where even now, cracks spidered across its structure like the rest of the collapsing Wheel, as if it too was bound for death.

It was.

Or rather- it was supposed to be.

…!

Noahʼs body stood rooted in that dazzling Frequency, his eyes buzzing.

The destruction meant to overtake Hell Terra Firma...

BOOM!

...was rejected.

Annulled.

As if even the Breaking of the Wheel could not shatter this place.

Noah blinked in disbelief as, in the next moment, something critical shifted.

The once-dead grayness of Hell Terra Firma, bathed by his True Sources and tinted faintly with color, suddenly pulsed—and then…

It wiped everything away.

Color drained.

The pristine gray returned, cleaner than before.

And then...

BOOM!

A terrifying gray radiance exploded outward.

It surged, then constricted, changing and compressing everything.

The land. The sky. All of it folded in on itself with alarming speed.

Within moments, the immeasurable expanse of Hell Terra Firma compressed, shrinking into something no larger than…

Nine inches.

…!

Nine inches!

Noah floated in the void of a decaying, dead Weave.

All that remained of Hell Terra Firma was a gray rectangular object- dense with countless intricate lines and a complexity beyond comprehension.

He warped beside it, stunned.

The Frequency that had once stood connected to all others across the Wheel…was now this.

Countless beings had perished within its before. Only those with power, True Sources or those who surpassed the threshold like him, had even survived here.

Now, with the Wheel breaking, this Frequency had become a nine-inch artifact.

Noah reached for it.

It was…unfathomably heavy.

A tenth as dense as his Infiniverse Wheel of Existence.

Even a Harmonized Sourcebound Icon would fail to lift it, overwhelmed by its Complexity and Purity.

But for Noah, it was bearable.

He grasped it carefully, scanning every surface with narrowed eyes.

The Living True Source of Infinity buzzed in his palms as it flowed into the object.

No dazzling reaction.

Only a faint absorption- briefly, the rectangle glowed a soft blue.

Then nothing.

”…”

He held it tight and...

BZZT!

...tried to break it in half.

It didnʼt budge.

The structure was too deeply layered, too complex. Even his strength couldnʼt fracture it.

He shifted strategies.

Holding it in one hand, he summoned the Living True Source of the Singed. Countless miniature white-gold wheels flared to life around the artifact.

And still, it didnʼt burn.

Instead… it devoured the flames and glowed white-gold for a heartbeat.

”…”

Noahʼs eyes gleamed.

The object absorbed True Source energy and refused to yield under force.

Which could only mean one thing.

”No way, right?”

Could this be the very thing Bob was searching for?

The item that the Mawbearers of the Hollow Concord of Nullity hoped to find alongside him?

They had labeled him a ”True Favored Living Thing.” But they didnʼt understand.

He wasnʼt favored.

He was the Protagonist- his weavings ensured heʼd be entangled in wonders far beyond his understanding.

He didnʼt need favor.

His existence alone let him shine brighter than any so-called Chosen.

But this object, this nine-inch artifact formed from the remains of Hell Terra Firma, might actually be connected to that.

He was only speculating, of course.

Because even with his power as a Weaver of Existence, someone who could easily decipher a Primarchʼs name and threading…

He could glean nothing from this artifact.

Nothing at all.

Bob had been looking for this as he had actually been locked within it!

But...even he did not know what he was looking for!

Noahʼs eyes flared.

”I will call you…the Gray Key.”

HUUM!

What had once been Hell Terra Firma…was now an artifact.

An intricate, impossible, nine-inch object Noah had named the Gray Key.

What it opened—what it contained—remained a mystery.

But Noah would find out.

It absorbed power, which meant if it wasnʼt activating now, his own energy simply wasnʼt pure or complex enough yet.

But he had infinite quantities.

And he would continue to grow.

In Complexity. In Purity.

It was only a matter of time.

---

Around the moment Noah obtained the Gray Key, deep within the endless Nullvein Gravewake Folds, near the very Wheel of Existence now breaking...

The allure of a massive white-gold Wheel shimmered and dimmed as it fractured. Dead weavings surged outward, wild and unbound.

Then...

BZZT!

The folds twisted and rippled.

A terrifying aura bloomed- a presence unfurling itself like a stormfront.

That of a Primarch.

But this one burned bright.

No essence of a Dead Thing lingered in her.

She was a Living Thing.

A Living Primarch of Complexity and Purity.

BOOM!

The Folds splintered as she arrived, and a rupture tore through space, weaving streams of forgotten time into a spiraling cascade of violet echoes.

Her arrival wasnʼt loud, but the Gravewake Folds trembled.

”Haa… haa! Shit!”

She gasped, breath ragged.

Purple smoke clung to her form like spectral threads, whispering stories of eons both lived and yet to come. Her emergence was a paradox- ancient and newborn, like she had slipped into a place she was never meant to be!
