Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The old man’s wish that no one knew about was a little heartbreaking. He hoped that the country would allow him to have his ashes brought onto the latest fighter jet a hundred years later so that he could feel the power of his country again. Then, he wanted the soldiers to scatter his ashes into the sea.

This was a wish that even his granddaughter, Ye Jian, didn’t know about. Today, he would tell the aerospace institute and see if it could be realized.

Looking at the old man’s energetic eyes, Commander Xia knew that his persuasion wouldn’t be of any use. This was the lifelong struggle of an old scientist. He didn’t have the right to persuade or stop him.

Just as he was about to tell Old Master Fu to take care of his health, he received a call from Major General Yang.

The call went through. Within a few seconds, there were tears glistening in the corners of Commander Xia’s eyes.

There was finally news about his Little Six who had broken ties with the country. He had infiltrated China, and his identity had become ’illegal’.

Commander Xia secretly wiped the corners of his eyes and said calmly, ”Okay, I’ll rush back to the military immediately.”

The old man knew that something had happened in the military. Without waiting for Commander Xia’s instructions, he asked the driver in front to pull over. Then, Old Master Xia and Old Madam Xia’s sedan stopped too.

Very soon, Commander Xia, who felt extremely sorry that he couldn’t accompany them, asked the chauffeur to send him to the military. Old Master Fu, Old Master Xia, and Old Madam Xia took the same car to Dangui Garden.

When he reached the entrance of the military headquarters, Commander Xia hurriedly rushed over. He wasn’t wearing his military uniform and didn’t have the guards there drive him. He walked quickly and took out his identification documents for the sentinel to check.

The guard who was always by Major General Yang’s side was already waiting at the gate. When he saw Commander Xia walking over quickly, he immediately welcomed him.

The sentinels were only allowed to pass after completing the inspection according to strict requirements. Commander Xia almost broke into a trot. Fortunately, Major General Yang had arranged for a car. After entering the military, he took the car and went to the information center.

When Commander Xia arrived at the information center, hot sweat appeared on his back and forehead.

”The information was sent back to our country at 10:00 pm yesterday. From the coordinates, Q King sent the information from within the country. This is the decoded information.”

Major General Yang passed the decoded information to Commander Xia. ”Cobra will only enter the country after Q King returns to Myanmar. There’s a man beside Q King. He suspects that he might be from the Russian special forces unit—the Signal Flag.

”We will cooperate with Q King’s plan according to his arrangements. This is his plan.”

Commander Xia, who was secretly adjusting his breathing, looked at the entire plan with a serious expression. His hands were trembling slightly.

He had always known that his son was a bold fellow. However, now that he was seeing Xia Jinyuan’s arrangements for himself, as a father, he couldn’t help but tremble.

This was a life-or-death battle plan. In this plan, his son… might really be sacrificed!

Major General Yang said, ”That’s why the special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit are joining him. They have been working together for many years and have a tacit understanding. To a large extent, they can ensure Q King’s safety. Most importantly, there’s also the poison king, Qin Maosheng, who our country needs to deal with.

”We’ll carry out the operation on the pretext of encircling and killing Qin Maosheng. That way, Cobra’s suspicion will reduce and Q King won’t be suspected either. That’ll help to ensure his safety.”
