Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 865: Chapter 865:- The Price of Defiance

Pa.....!! Pa....!!!

Early in the morning, Sasha was woken up by some constant rhythmic noises. At first, she frowned and tried her best to continue sleeping a little longer. But the noises were non-stop, and it looked like she wouldnʼt be able to keep sleeping.

Feeling slightly irritated that her sleep was disturbed, she opened her eyes.

After opening her eyes, what she saw changed her mind.

On the couch, Lilith and Aditya were busy.

Lilith was kneeling on the couch and facing the couch. Aditya held her waist from her behind and continued to penetrate her.

Although Lilith tried her best to suppress her moans, it was impossible to ignore the constant rhythmic noises.

Despite just waking up, Sasha felt aroused by this scene. But she did not join them. She feared that if she did, she wouldnʼt be able to stop herself, and they might continue until the afternoon or throughout the whole day. After all, yesterday, something similar happened. Sigh...!!

ʼI wish I didnʼt have to go to work.ʼ Sometimes, Sasha really envied her mom. Ever since her mom retired, she has been living a very relaxing and slow life. Before meeting Aditya, she used to sleep for days without waking up in between.

Even nowadays, she doesnʼt take her job as a history teacher seriously. But because she is Adityaʼs woman, the principal doesnʼt dare to say anything to her or fire her.

Yesterday, she received a letter from the Black Lotus Organization. The recent changes in her personal and social life affected the whole assassination organization.

ʼI also want to do it.ʼ She was slightly jealous of her mom. Yesterday, after doing it non-stop for hours, she felt exhausted and fell asleep while waiting for her turn to come.

Sasha looked at her right and left. The girls were sleeping next to her.

Riya, who was sleeping on her right, was still hugging her waist.

The only two who never slept were Lilith and Aditya.

ʼHe most likely would have stopped if my mom also had fallen asleep.ʼ

The whole room was a mess. The girls were sleeping all over the bed.

The most intense aspect was the strong smell in the air. As the Succubus Empress, she was very sensitive to such scents.

The scent alone was enough to arouse her.

ʼDammit! If I donʼt join, then I will feel aroused the whole day.ʼ Meaning she wonʼt be able to focus on work.

Slowly, she started walking towards Aditya.

While getting up, she noticed that Julia and Alicia werenʼt sleeping. Their gazes even met as she got up. It seems both girls were too exhausted to join.

”Sasha, you are awake!!” Aditya did not stop.

”Yeah!!” Without saying much, she leaned forward and kissed him. He removed one of his hands from Lilithʼs waist and wrapped it around her waist to bring her closer to him.

..

Scene Change

Somewhere deep into the largest forest of the Westnia Continent,

The underground teleportation array lit up as their Empress teleported from the Dragon Palace.

Sashaʼs most trusted subordinate, Alena, was already waiting for her.

Alena was a woman in her late twenties. Despite her young age, she was the second most skilled assassin after Sasha. Her slim, curvy figure could tempt any man. Her long blond hair was always tied up in a neat bun to keep it out of her way during missions.

Just below her red lips was a small mole that only added to her beauty.

Alenaʼs entire body was hidden beneath a black cloak, making it impossible to see what she wore underneath.

The cloak was designed to blend into the shadows. Beneath it, she carried numerous hidden weapons-daggers strapped to her thighs, poison vials tucked into her belt, and throwing knives concealed in her boots.

Alena belonged to the same clan where Sasha was the Princess, and her mother, Lilith, was the Matriarch. After a thousand years, the whole clan was integrated into the Black Lotus Organization.

”Alena, how is everything going?” Sasha asked in a neutral tone. Her voice was low and slow.

Aditya and the Royal Family see a very different Sasha in the Dragon Palace than Alena and others see in this organization.

This Sasha was more cruel, calculative, and cold. This Sasha isnʼt a loving woman of Aditya but a cold-blooded Assassin.

This Sasha is the deadliest Assassin in the whole world.

”Not good! Some things have changed.” Alena replied in a worried tone.

”What happened?” Sasha asked as she walked towards her room.

This was one of their many hideouts. The organization had no permanent base. Sasha changed

the location every six to 12 months to keep things anonymous.

”These days, we have lost many clients.”

”And the reason behind this is...?”

”These days, many clients wanted us to accept the mission to assassinate the Dragon Monarch or the Prime Minister.”

”Since we stopped accepting missions to harm any nobles or royalty of the Istarin Empire, weʼve lost many clients, as most of them seek our services for exactly those kinds of tasks.” Sasha nodded her head. She wasnʼt too surprised to hear this.

Sasha made this decision when she accepted Aditya as her only man. Before she made this change, no one in this organization was allowed to target Aditya. One time, Sasha even saved Aditya when one of the organizationʼs assassins disobeyed her rules and tried to kill him. was fine with it. However, as

At first, this change did not cause them any problems. Everyo the Istarin Empire continued to grow, problems started arising.

It was no secret that many had problems with the Dragon Monarch. But none dared to openly challenge him as they had seen the fates of those who challenged the Dragon Monarch. The Istarin Empire has become their graveyard.

Clients who used to hire them regularly have turned to other assassin organizations, causing the Black Lotus Organizationʼs total monthly missions to drop by 43%. This means many Assassins within the organization were suddenly without a job, which was unacceptable for outsiders who joined the organization purely for money.

”So these outsiders are now leaving our organization?” Alena merely nodded her head.

To her, this felt like the downfall of their organization. Throughout the six continents, the Black Lotus was the deadliest and most well-known Assassin organization.

Their organization had the deadliest assassin in the world, and she had a 100% success rate in her missions. They also had the highest mission success rate among all assassin organizations.

”If the outsiders want to leave, then donʼt stop them. Let them leave.” Sasha replied in a cold

tone.

Though Alena had expected this reaction from her Lady, the icy tone still sent a shiver

through her.

”Anyway, they have signed a soul-binding contract. Even if they wanted, they wouldnʼt be able to utter a single word or information about the Black Lotus Organization.”

”My Lady, the problem is, a few of them old Assassins still havenʼt signed a soul-binding contract.” Hearing this, Sasha stopped walking and looked at Alena.

Before, the members had to take an oath not to reveal anything about the organization and abide by the rules of this place.

But meeting Aditya gave her the idea of using Soul-Binding Contracts. However, a few of the senior Assassins who had been in the Organization for more than a century refused to sign the soul-binding Contract. These people instead made things difficult for Sasha.

Sasha has been patient with them only because they are seniors. Some of them have been in this organization for about five centuries.

A few centuries back, Lilith allowed some foreign assassins to join the organization for two

important reasons.

First, Lilith wanted to increase their number. The clanʼs birth rate was low. Not everyone was interested in becoming an Assassin. Some preferred to choose other professions, such as

Prostitution or similar jobs.

For Succubus, these kinds of jobs were really attractive. It was their dream job.

In this job, they could enjoy themselves, and also the pay was good.

Prostitution does not mean cheap. Sleeping with a succubus is very expensive due to their low

numbers.

Succubi and incubi are always in demand because of their skills and attractiveness. Therefore, their customers are fewer compared to half-succubi or prostitutes from other races. However, their customers are elites in society, so their pay is also very generous.

Compared to being an assassin, there was no stress; the pay was very generous, and there was no risk of losing life involved.

Second, adding outsiders would keep their clanʼs name buried in the darkness. Lilith wanted

to protect her clan by letting the world know that the Black Lotus Organization isnʼt about one

clan. This move was successful. Over the centuries, she successfully managed to erase her clanʼs name from everyoneʼs radar.

Sasha, who inherited leadership of the Organization from Lilith, did not change this. But now, they have reached a point where change is absolutely necessary. ”Did you not tell them that this was a direct order from me?” Alena nodded her head.

”When I told them that this was a direct order, they responded by demanding to see you. As I stated in the letter, they want to have an emergency meeting with you to decide the future of

the organization.”

Alena hesitated as if she wasnʼt sure if this would be the right choice to say this. Sasha noticed this. ”Go ahead! Say it!”

”I feel like these old folks want to change the leadership. I have a strong suspicion that they will demand someone among them to be the organizationʼs new leader in this meeting.” Alena stayed within the Organization all of the time. So this wasnʼt just a baseless suspicion. ”Very good!” At this point, Sasha was truly enraged. She was barely holding her killing intent. ”I show those fools respect since they are the oldest members of this Organization. And now

they wanted to take this organization for themselves.”

”Today, I have to make my stance clear.”

”Did anyone from my clan join their sides?” Sasha asked.

Alena shook her head. The whole clan was loyal to Sasha and Lilith.

”Alright! Alena, I want to see them within an hour.” Today, these fools will learn why Sasha is

the Strongest and deadliest Assassin in the whole world.

..

About an hour later,

Alena stood at the entrance of the meeting room.

As for the meeting room, the whole room was covered in blood. Even the ceiling wasnʼt

spared. Holding the dagger firmly, Sasha used the back of her hand to wipe away a few drops

of blood from her cheek.

”Alena, I have decided.”

”What?” Alena asked in a low tone. She was unfazed by the view before her.

”You will know! For now, I am heading back to have a discussion with Aditya.” Alena wasnʼt surprised. She and the elders from the clan knew of her relationship with Aditya.

Really Thank you very much to all those who send support with valuable golden tickets. I hope

we can keep it up!!!
