Medical and Martial God

”It seems they’ve already spotted us!”

On the deck of the aircraft carrier, Kristina saw the fifty luxury yachts turning to flee through her binoculars. She laughed, ”Hmph, thinking of running now? It’s already too late!”

Beside her, Ming Yue was also observing with binoculars. ”Princess, it seems all our enemies know the carrier strike group is here to meet them. A large number of ships are turning to flee.”

”Of course I saw that!” Kristina laughed. ”It’s quite a spectacular sight. I really wish I could watch from a plane; the view would be even more incredible.”

”Wait...” Ming Yue said suddenly. ”That’s strange. Why are a huge number of smaller yachts not turning around, but accelerating toward us instead?”

Kristina took a look and saw it was true. She was stunned for half a minute before she started laughing.

”They know they can’t escape, so they’re sending those yachts to hinder and distract the carrier strike group.”

”Hinder? How?” Ming Yue asked. ”It seems their only method would be suicidal ramming attacks, right?”

That was what Kristina thought as well. She commanded, ”Pass on my order! Have the nuclear submarines immediately sink that cruise ship and all the yachts.”

”Right away!” Ming Yue promptly took out the strike group’s dedicated communications device to relay Kristina’s command.

”Let’s enjoy a display of firepower!” Kristina declared, the smile on her face growing wider.

The words had barely left her mouth when a voice came from the device in Ming Yue’s hand. ”This is bad, Princess! All the torpedoes on the nuclear submarines are gone!”

”What?” Kristina was stunned for a moment. ”How could this happen?”

”We don’t know!”

Kristina fumed, ”If the torpedoes are gone, then have the aircraft carrier, cruisers, escort ship, and destroyers bombard the cruise ship and those yachts with their cannons!”

”I already issued that order, but all the weapons and ammunition on the entire strike group are gone. This includes the aircraft carrier, two missile cruisers, two missile destroyers, one escort ship, two attack nuclear submarines, and two supply ships. Even worse, the operating systems for all the carrier’s aircraft have been sabotaged, and we don’t know when it happened.”

Suddenly, Kristina felt a ringing in her ears, her mind buzzing.

What’s going on? Where have all the weapons and ammunition gone? How were the aircraft operating systems sabotaged? Who did this?

”It must be Qin Qing and Leng Yue!” Kristina said through gritted teeth. ”I knew they were being too quiet these past few days! They secretly stole all the weapons and ammunition from the carrier strike group.”

Beside her, Ming Yue nearly burst out laughing. She forced it back, putting on a tragic expression as she said, ”Does that mean the carrier strike group is now just a pile of scrap metal? What are we supposed to use to hunt down our enemies?”

Kristina took three deep breaths, striving to calm herself as she watched the thousand yachts drawing ever closer. ”The enemy doesn’t know our weapons have been stolen, and they’re already fleeing. We just need to destroy the incoming cruise ship and the thousand yachts.”

”And how do we destroy them?” Ming Yue asked.

Kristina thought for a moment. ”The lower-class army on Biluo Island has guns, grenades, mortars, rocket launchers...”

Before she could finish, Ming Yue interrupted, ”The lower-class army from Biluo Island has probably just boarded their ships. They won’t make it here in time.”

Kristina was speechless.

”Should we just wait for the thousand yachts to come and ram the aircraft carrier?” Ming Yue weakly suggested.

”That’s the only option left!” Kristina sighed. ”That large luxury cruise ship is still far away. By the time the thousand yachts have smashed themselves against the aircraft carrier, it’ll probably get scared and turn to flee.”

Ming Yue offered a word of consolation. ”Rest assured, Princess, the aircraft carrier’s defensive power is incredibly impressive. Never mind a thousand small yachts; even a thousand large yachts wouldn’t be able to shake the carrier.”

Kristina nodded.

In her line of sight, the 1,000 small yachts were now less than 1,000 meters from the carrier strike group. Kristina silently calculated the distance.

900 meters!

800 meters!

700 meters!

...

200 meters!

Just as the 1,000 small yachts closed to a distance of only 100 meters from the carrier strike group, they all suddenly slowed, turned in place, and stopped dead in the water.

Then Kristina saw many people appear on the decks of the small yachts.

Some carried rocket launchers.

Some held Barrett sniper rifles.

Some were aiming Gatling guns.

And others held packs of TNT, ready to throw them.

”Holy shit...” Kristina’s scalp went numb, and she screamed in horror, ”They have heavy weapons! Quick, have the carrier strike group turn around! Quick...”

But it was too late.

The people on the 1,000 small yachts had already launched their attack. A dense barrage of shells, grenades, TNT packs, and bullets rained down on the aircraft carrier, cruisers, destroyers, escort ship, and supply ships. As for the two attack nuclear submarines hidden beneath the waves, they were the safest of all.

”Princess, quickly!” Ming Yue shouted into Kristina’s ear, her voice barely audible over the deafening explosions. ”Let’s get inside the carrier’s cabin! The enemy’s weapons have limited power; they can’t destroy the carrier. We can use it to escape back to Biluo Island!”

”Go!”

Though deeply unwilling, it seemed escaping with her life was the only path left for Kristina.

「Meanwhile.」

The fleeing Martial Artists from all over the world heard the sound of gunfire, and the Martial Artist forums instantly erupted with activity.

”Haha, the fight’s started! Judging by the sound of it, it’s a huge battle.”

”That luxury cruise ship and the thousand yachts really bought us some time to escape.”

”They probably won’t last long. We should keep running so their sacrifice isn’t in vain.”

Just then, Huang Quan posted a new thread: ”The carrier strike group has no weapons or ammunition. They’re the ones being attacked.”

Silence fell across the digital world. The fleeing Martial Artists from around the globe were all stunned.

They had been scared off by a pile of scrap metal piloted by the three great Judicator Families? How embarrassing!

If anyone else had posted it, no one would have believed it. But since it came from Huang Quan, no one doubted it for a second.

”Turn around! Kill them!”

In an instant, all the escaping ships turned and sped back toward the carrier strike group at full steam.

「Aboard the luxury yacht.」

Ye Xiu, An Dongye, and Qiuchanyi stood at the bow, watching the spectacle unfold. Behind them, the wealthy young masters, daughters, journalists, and bodyguards stood shivering.

”Those cowards who ran are coming back!” An Dongye glanced over her shoulder and said with disdain.

Hearing this, the wealthy young masters, daughters, journalists, and bodyguards all turned to look. Sure enough, the vast fleet of ships on the horizon had all turned back. Instantly, their legs stopped trembling and color returned to their pale faces.

”Why did they suddenly stop fleeing and come back? Aren’t they afraid of being blown to smithereens by the carrier strike group?” Oleg asked weakly, hiding behind Ye Xiu.

Instantly, all eyes turned to Ye Xiu. In their minds, he and An Dongye were two bandit-like Great Demon Kings. After all, it was these two who had forced the captain to risk death by sailing straight ahead.
