Medical and Martial God

”I am Hachi of the Sang Jing. If you don’t believe me, you can ask the higher-ups of the three Judicator Families,” Hachi said quickly, afraid Kristina and the others wouldn’t believe him.

”You are Hachi?”

Initially, Kristina didn’t believe this person who had just parachuted in was an ally. But upon hearing the name Hachi, she said, ”Take off your top. Let me see your back.”

Hachi instantly understood that this girl knew who he was. He hurriedly took off his shirt and turned around.

Kristina immediately recognized the spear pattern on Hachi’s back. It had been branded on him by members of the three Judicator Families before the last Mist Chant Martial Meeting. She said, ”I am Kristina, the Princess of the Golden Family!”

”Your humble servant pays his respects to the Princess!” Hachi knelt on one knee, his excitement written all over his face.

”Mm.” Kristina nodded but did not tell Hachi to rise. She asked, ”Is the world in a state of panic right now?”

She wasn’t concerned with why Hachi had come to Biluo Island, but with whether Qiao Beiming’s plan had succeeded.

”Global panic?” Hachi was stunned for a moment. ”No, nothing like that is happening.”

It seems Qiao Beiming’s first plan has failed... Kristina furrowed her brow and asked, ”Then has Spiritual Energy recovered around the world? Is the Spiritual Energy poisonous?”

”Spiritual Energy has indeed recovered, but it’s not poisonous!” Hachi said.

Kristina’s expression became dazed for a moment. If the Spiritual Energy isn’t poisonous, doesn’t that mean Qiao Beiming’s backup plan has also failed? But who could be so capable as to neutralize the poison in over two hundred Spiritual Energy Wells?

However, that wasn’t important right now. She asked, ”What are you doing on Biluo Island?”

Biluo Island? Isn’t this supposed to be Eternal Island?

Hachi was puzzled for a moment before he said, ”Martial Artists from all over the world are gathering in Tamwood City, intending to attack the three Judicator Families. I came to borrow troops to eliminate them.”

Kristina’s eyes lit up. Ye Xiu broke the Formation on Biluo Island; he must want the battlefield to be here. In that case, why don’t I shift the battlefield to Tamwood City?

She said, ”Try to make a call on your phone.”

Theoretically, since the Formation was broken, Hachi’s phone should be able to contact the outside world.

”As you command!”

Hachi hurriedly tried it and said, ”I can get a signal.”

Kristina was overjoyed. ”Immediately have someone bring some boats here—the more, the better, and the bigger, the better. Oh, and also send over some cell phones, solar chargers, and some diesel and gasoline generators.”

”Understood!”

Hachi immediately contacted Kuroki Suzu.

After he finished the call, Kristina said, ”You don’t need to leave just yet. There are two enemies on Biluo Island who are giving me a terrible headache. I need you to find them and kill them for me.”

These past few days, Kristina had been driven nearly mad by Qin Qing and Leng Yue. The two were constantly active in the mountains, ambushing their camps. They only wounded, never killed, and would flee immediately after one wave of attacks, making them impossible to catch. Kristina felt that if this continued, her army of nearly three million Martial Artists might all end up wounded.

”Where are they?” Hachi asked.

”I suspect they’re still in the Abandoned City. I’ll have someone take you there to look. If they aren’t there, you’ll have to try your luck in the mountains,” Kristina said.

Hachi immediately declared, ”Rest assured, Princess. No matter who they are, I will kill them for you.”

Kristina nodded and immediately arranged for someone to take Hachi to the Abandoned City.

To one side, Ming Yue secretly sent a recording of Kristina and Hachi’s conversation to Ghost Shadow.

Meanwhile, Qin Qing, who was already asleep, was woken by the sound of a text message from Mo Luo. After listening to the recording, she immediately ran to Leng Yue’s room and told her to get information on Hachi from Ye Xiu.

Ye Xiu had also been woken up by Kuroki Suzu’s call. When he learned that Hachi had gone to Biluo Island, he simply told Kuroki Suzu to ignore Hachi’s orders.

Upon receiving Leng Yue’s text asking for information, Ye Xiu replied, ”Hachi is a Sixth Realm War God. You can kill him, but he practices Poison Skill, so be careful. Also, Hachi has a strange ability; he revives after being killed. After you kill him, you must burn his body to ashes immediately.”

Leng Yue: ”Understood!”

By the time Hachi followed the person Kristina had assigned and arrived at the Abandoned City, it was already broad daylight.

”You’ll enter the Abandoned City through that tunnel. Go on your own; I’m not going in!”

The Martial Artist guiding him truly lacked the courage to enter the Abandoned City, as he had nearly been blown to bits there before.

”Hmph. So even the great Judicator Families have cowards.”

Watching the guide run off, Hachi snorted with contempt and strode confidently toward the tunnel. As he entered, he discovered a table inside. Something on it was covered by a red cloth.

”What’s this?”

Hachi walked over and curiously lifted the red cloth. When he saw the character for ’sword’ carved on the stone slab beneath, he felt as if he’d been hit by a speeding train.

He was sent flying backward out of the tunnel with a loud bang, spitting blood.

”Wh-what is that thing?”

After hitting the ground, Hachi scrambled up in terror, not daring to take another step toward the tunnel. He was already seriously injured!

”This trick never gets old.”

”I could have killed him. There was no need for this.”

”This is called using brains over brawn. Why use force when you can hurt someone with your mind?”

”Good point!”

Hachi heard two girls talking and snapped his head up. There, on the mountain above the tunnel, stood two beautiful women cracking sunflower seeds.

”Morning, big bro Hachi,” Qin Qing greeted with a smile.

Hachi was shocked. ”You... you know who I am?”

”Yep. You were just killed, came back to life, and then parachuted onto Biluo Island, right?” Qin Qing asked while cracking a seed.

”Th-this... you...” Hachi looked as if he had seen a ghost. How could these two beauties on Biluo Island possibly know that I was killed in Tamwood City?

”I heard you’re tough to kill. That you can come back to life even if your head is smashed. I wanted to see for myself.”

Leng Yue tossed aside her sunflower seeds and slowly drew her blade. She leaped into the air, gripping her weapon with both hands. She descended from the sky like a ghostly shadow, slashing toward Hachi.

At the sight of this, the hair on Hachi’s body stood on end. He was severely injured and had no idea of the extent of Qin Qing and Leng Yue’s abilities; he didn’t dare to fight. But he found that Leng Yue’s speed was simply too fast to dodge!

She’s stronger than me! That single thought flashed through Hachi’s mind before he was forced to counter. An exquisite two-foot-long Dagger suddenly appeared in his hand. He poured all his strength into a counterstrike, its blade erupting with surging black energy as it met Leng Yue’s descending blade.

CLANG!

The two blades collided. With a sharp ring, Leng Yue’s blade was actually cut in two by Hachi’s Dagger. However, the unrivaled power of Leng Yue’s strike still sent Hachi crashing to the ground, rolling a great distance.

”What a fine dagger!”

Leng Yue’s eyes lit up. Holding her broken blade, she rushed forward, and before Hachi could recover from the devastating blow, she chopped off his head with a single strike.

”Young Mistress, come burn the corpse!” Leng Yue called out, her gaze fiery as she picked up Hachi’s Dagger. She immediately saw four characters etched onto the hilt.

”Tiancong Cloud Sword!”

So it was one of the Three Divine Artifacts from the legends of Sang Jing, the Tiancong Cloud Sword, as famous as the Demon Blade.

Haha! What a windfall!

Leng Yue’s pretty face flushed with excitement.

”My mom says playing with fire will make you wet the bed. You should burn it!” Qin Qing said languidly from her seat on the mountain, still cracking sunflower seeds.
