Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Going through all the information inside the jade slip and noting down a few locations that he needed to check out in the future, Xuan Hao decided not to linger around any longer now that the two from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago had already left.

In the end, everything had worked out far better than he had originally thought. Not only had the ancient dao seals been repaired by a senior figure from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago, but he had also managed to get his hands on information about the endless ocean that was difficult to get his hands on normally.

Surprisingly, the jade slip didn’t just contain a path to the Fallen Immortal Archipelago like he had been expecting but also contained a path leading to the demon beast continent from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago.

Although he knew that the Fallen Immortal Archipelago was located between the Ewaria Continent and the demon beast continent, he hadn’t expected the older woman who had clearly warned him about going to any of the other continents to also include a path leading to the demon beast continent.

But even if he did now have a path leading all the way from the Ewaria Continent to the demon beast continent, he had no plans of visiting the place in the foreseeable future.

The reason for this being that travelling through the endless ocean couldn’t be done through the Dao of Space, as the space outside the continent was no different from a turbulent sea. Even if he had reached the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space. Recklessly stepping into this kind of turbulent sea with spatial anomalies strong enough to bury someone at the Pinnacle of the Star Creation Realm, was nothing short of wanting to become one with the endless ocean.

Of course, information about the spatial environment outside the continent didn’t just come from the jade slip or his previous visit to the border of the continent when he had picked up Gong Cheng but was one of the few pieces of well-known information about the endless ocean that was easy for him to get his hands on.

Though the part about spatial anomalies strong enough to even sweep away someone at the Peak of the Star Creation Realm had come from the jade slip. Making it understandable why travel through the endless ocean had to be done through good old flying.

In a sense, it was also because of this that the old woman and her guard who had reached the Large Success Realm in the Dao of Space had taken so long to reach the Ewaria Continent in the first place, as they had to travel slowly by flying.

From what little information he had managed to gather before the two had left, it had apparently taken them 20 years to reach the Ewaria Continent from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago and that was with the help of a special flying artifact.

Repairing the ancient dao seals was truly not something they had originally come for but had instead ended up doing because they had encountered the old man- little Huo on their way to the Ewaria Continent and had learnt about the situation from him.

Speaking of which, that old man should still be on his way back to the Fallen Immortal Archipelago, a journey that according to the old woman from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago would take someone in the Breaking Dawn Realm of the Profound Immortal Realm fifty years to traverse under normal conditions without encountering any problems along the way.

Just how long would it take that old man Huo to reach the Fallen Immortal Archipelago with his current strength? Two hundred years? A thousand years?

Unable to stop himself from smiling wryly as he imagined the old man’s long journey, Xuan Hao could not help wondering where his optimism in being able to get back to the Fallen Immortal Archipelago in a few years had come from in the first place.

The only reason for this kind of confidence would be if he had somehow managed to stumble upon some kind of ancient teleportation formation able to traverse the chaotic spatial environment of the endless sea or if he had originally managed to travel alongside a powerful cultivator on his way to the Ewaria Continent in the past and had somehow ended up misunderstanding something about how long it would actually take him to get back to the Fallen Immortal Archipelago.

No matter what it was, Xuan Hao had a feeling that he might have a chance to encounter this old man in the future when he decided to explore the endless ocean for himself and potentially visit the Fallen Immortal Archipelago. After all, at his current speed, he should be able to catch up to him even if he waited for another hundred years…

Whoosh~

That aside, Xuan Hao quickly made his way back towards the Star Shattering Sect. Having clearly felt a powerful divine sense rapidly approaching his current location, likely belonging to the Celestial Immortal Realm cultivator who had been stationed at this border to watch out for any demonic cultivators or other powerful cultivators entering this major power’s territory.

Staying any longer would only complicate things, as the major power behind that Celestial Immortal Realm cultivator would become curious about why someone from the Star Shattering Sect had suddenly appeared inside their territory even if he didn’t do anything and left immediately, something he felt would be best to avoid considering he didn’t plan to draw any unnecessary attention to the sect.

After all, different from the Eastern Central Region or the Western Central Region where he was still unknown, he was already known among the local major powers of the Northern Central Region after his display of power in the Frozen Wastelands, something that had allowed the sect to properly establish itself and also make the rest of the major powers in the region ignore the sect as long as it kept to the outer region and remained outside the Northern Central Region.
