Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Approaching the location of the fourth dao seal, Xuan Hao kept an eye on the small token and the light that was slowly growing stronger the closer to the fourth ancient dao seal he got, causing him to grow certain that those seniors from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago should already be at the location of the fourth ancient dao seal or at the very least on their way to it. In any case, he felt like he would finally get a chance to meet with someone who would be able to not only help deepen his understanding of the ancient dao seal and what kind of being they were sealing, but also about the world outside the Ewaria Continent.

After all, even if he managed to learn a bit about other continents outside the Ewaria Continent, it was close to nothing and was mostly just scattered rumors without any actual information about the current state of the continents outside of the Ewaria Continent.

Not to mention, from the existence of the Fallen Immortal Archipelago, it was clear that outside of the major continents, there were also other places that held people scattered throughout the endless ocean and he wanted to learn as much as possible now that he finally felt like he had a chance to learn more about the world outside of the Ewaria Continent.

The problem was… When he reached the location of the fourth ancient dao seal, there wasn’t anyone around as he had originally expected. Instead, all he saw was the originally crumbling dao seal that had already been patched up and repaired by someone before he had managed to arrive, something that clearly told him that the strength of the elders that had shown up from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago were far stronger than he had originally expected.

At the very least, one of them should have reached the Saint Realm as a formation master, while at the same time having also comprehended the Dao of Light, something that would be difficult to accomplish at the Dao Seed Realm. Especially considering that he could clearly sense from the traces that had been left behind at the scene that the one behind the repair of the ancient dao seal had not just surpassed him in the Dao of Formations but had also surpassed him when it came to the Dao of Light.

Meaning that the other party had at least reached the Second Heaven of the Saint Realm, something that was not only far beyond what he expected the power from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago to send, but also a clear indication that the importance of these ancient dao seals exceeded what he had originally anticipated from the old man’s reaction when he had been talking about the situation and the elders that would be sent over.

From his reaction back then, he had expected two elders in the Dao Seed Realm to show up and confirm the state of the ancient dao seal. Not someone who had the ability to repair those ancient dao seals.

What’s more… He could clearly sense a clear disturbance in the space around him when he arrived at the location of the fourth ancient dao seal. Indicating that one of the two people who had come was skilled in the Dao of Space.

Although… Compared to himself, it was clear that the other party was beneath him. Having just scratched the surface of the Large Success Realm when it came to the Dao of Space.

Because of this, though the other party had clearly attempted to erase any traces of where they had gone, it was useless in front of someone who had already stepped into the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space. Allowing Xuan Hao to easily pinpoint the direction that the group of two had been moving in when they left the place after finishing repairs on the fourth ancient dao seal… And unsurprisingly, the location that the two were heading towards was none other than the third ancient dao seal in the burning mountain range inside the sect’s territory. The dark red whirlpool that even he himself had no idea about how to repair, as the make-up of that seal was completely different from the other three that he at least had some idea about how to repair.

Well… At least it looks like I won’t have to worry about any of this now…

Whoosh~

Shaking his head as he thought this to himself while merging with the space around him to chase after the two from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago, Xuan Hao could not help feeling happy that the two from the Fallem Immortal Archipelago were stronger than he had originally expected.

After all, they were so generously helping him resolve this hidden problem for the Star Shattering Sect without him having to do anything for them in return. How could he not feel thankful?

The only thing that did worry him to some extent was the fact that it should have already been a little over five minutes since the two of them had left this place for the third ancient dao seal and it was clear that the repair time for the ancient dao seals were far from slow, as by the time he reached the third ancient dao seal’s location, the dark red whirlpool had already disappeared along with the two people from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago he had been chasing after.

Sensing his surroundings, he concluded that the third ancient dao seal in the form of the dark red whirlpool had not disappeared but had instead been pushed into a deeper layer of space that was inaccessible to anyone without a certain comprehension of the Dao of Space, something that seemed to have been the original purpose of the third ancient dao seal.

The dark red whirlpool surfacing was merely a sign that the original seal had been weaking and was in the process of breaking.

But… Although he wanted to stay and try to see if he could potentially deepen his understanding of the Dao of Space from observing the workings of this ancient dao seal, he also understood that he was seemingly running out of time when it came to these people from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago, as they were working through the ancient dao seals at a terrifying pace. Already having gone through two of them in less than four minutes.

If he wanted to have a chance of catching up to them before they left the Ewaria Continent, he couldn’t afford to waste any time as he directly chased the lingering spatial fluctuations towards the first ancient dao seal that was located beneath the ruins of the Raging Flame Sect.

At the same time, he also began to reevaluate the strength of these elders from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago.

For the ancient dao seal that he had originally believed would take him a few weeks to repair each and end up in a state worse than what had been done in essentially a few minutes, it was clear that the formation master behind this wasn’t just at the Second Heaven of the Saint Relam. Not even the First Heaven of the Saint Realm would justify this kind of terrifying repair speed. The only thing he could think about was the Great Saint Realm or potentially even beyond the Saint Realm altogether, that was simply how terrifying this repair speed of the ancient dao seals was…

Whoosh~

”Gone again…”

Unsurprisingly, as he soon enough found himself at the ancient dao seal located beneath the ruins of the Raging Flame Sect, the ancient dao seal had already been repaired to a state better than when he had first encountered the ancient dao seal and the two, he had been chasing had already disappeared.

”But… I’m getting closer!” However, Xuan Hao’s disappointment didn’t last for long, as he clearly sensed that he was close to catching the two. If nothing went wrong, he should be able to catch up with the two of them before they finished repairing the fourth ancient dao seal.

As for the difficulty of finding this ancient dao seal that jumped around randomly within the Frozen Wastelands? He didn’t worry about any of this, as he felt those two from the Fallen Immortal Archipelago should have a way to find the fourth ancient dao seal. All he needed to do was follow them and he would naturally be able to find the fourth ancient dao seal along with them.

The main problem was the demonic cultivators, as he worried about those two potentially clashing with the demonic cultivators or the repair process of the ancient dao seal being interrupted by demonic cultivators.

But then again, demonic cultivators finding out about their presence was unlikely given how little time they would be inside the Frozen Wastelands.

For anything to go wrong, a powerful demonic cultivator would have to be wandering near the ancient dao seal while they were in the process of fixing it, something that was unlikely considering most of the powerful demonic cultivators being busy with keeping an eye on major powers like the Blue Sea Empire as the demonic cultivators expanded into the core region.
