I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

205: Chapter 205 Ambush from All Sides, No Way OutChu Yuan was not worried about whether the Nether Palace could be eradicated.

The Nether Palace had offended countless enemies over this period. With the strength of the Chu family, finding more of the Nether Palace’s sworn enemies to join forces and wipe it out would be no problem at all.

Especially now that the Nether Palace had lost its former and current Palace Masters, Master Bai Mudan and Ye Yun, and was left without a leader, dealing with it would be much simpler.

In the suburbs of the Magic City, there stood an abandoned building.

Master Bai Mudan stood alone, quietly on the rooftop, enjoying the breeze, her gaze fixed in the direction of the city center of the Magic City.

Her stunning, exquisite face was filled with an indescribable sense of worry.

Three days; this was the third day since she and Per had arrived in the Magic City.

Her disciple Ye Yun, and Katerina and Jared, two of the four great guardians of the Nether Palace, had all vanished without a trace. No one knew where the three of them were, or whether they were dead or alive.

Master Bai Mudan had tried calling and following the special secret contact signals of the Nether Palace, but there was still no trace of the three of them.

This matter was far more serious than Master Bai Mudan had imagined.

”Dammit, who exactly is behind this scheme? Is their target Ye Yun, the Nether Palace, or even me, Master Bai Mudan?”

A dangerous glint finally appeared on her usually calm and composed face, along with worry and anger.

She truly could not fathom who in the entire Dragon Kingdom had the guts to so blatantly make an enemy of their Nether Palace.

Moreover, for the other party to be able to make Ye Yun and the others disappear simultaneously and ruin Ye Yun’s reputation, their power was likely unfathomable.

Although Ye Yun’s strength could not be considered the best in the world, there were likely very few in the entire Dragon Kingdom who could toy with him like this.

Furthermore, Ye Yun had two Dark Realm experts, Katerina and Jared, by his side. For the enemy to be able to make the three of them vanish, or even eliminate them...

Such immense power was simply unimaginable.

”Buzz, buzz, buzz...”

Just as Master Bai Mudan was wondering about the current plight of Ye Yun and the others, and whether they were dead or alive, a buzzing sound suddenly reached her ears.

”Armed helicopters and heavy sniper rifles. It seems your target is actually me. You certainly have a big appetite.”

Watching the helicopters drawing closer, Master Bai Mudan furrowed her brows.

Per, whom she had sent out to gather information, had completely lost contact, and she, Master Bai Mudan, had instead been cornered by this group.

Master Bai Mudan immediately understood everything; she was likely the enemy’s ultimate target.

”Master Bai Mudan, we, the Dragon Group, originally had good intentions when we cooperated with you, and even provided many conveniences for Ye Yun to operate within the Dragon Kingdom.”

”But your disciple Ye Yun, that beast who is worse than a pig or a dog, actually defiled two male Tibetan Mastiffs raised by our team leader, bringing disgrace upon the Dragon Group.”

”And now, you have blatantly broken into our Dragon Kingdom, disregarding the agreement that it is a forbidden zone for mercenaries.”

”If you do not give the Dragon Group an explanation today, we will make sure you meet your end here.”

Phoenix sat in the armed helicopter, looking into the distance at Master Bai Mudan, who was dressed in white, possessed a face that both men and women dreamed of, and looked like a celestial being descending to earth.

Despite her internal fear of Master Bai Mudan, she still used a loudspeaker from the helicopter to shout, her words filled with threats.

Upon hearing this, Master Bai Mudan was furious.

She had previously been wondering where the video of her disciple Ye Yun battling two Tibetan Mastiffs had come from.

Now that Phoenix had said this much, she understood without needing more explanation that what Ye Yun had encountered was, in all likelihood, inextricably linked to the Dragon Group.

The incident happened at the Dragon Group. To be able to record a video within the heavily guarded Dragon Group, only someone from the Dragon Group could likely have done it.

The Dragon Kingdom was a forbidden zone for mercenaries, and the Dragon Group, as the most mysterious organization in the Dragon Kingdom, held the important responsibility of guarding it.

How could they have cooperated with Ye Yun based solely on the Nether Divine Art and the other reputations of the Nether Palace?

She blamed herself for being too naive. The Dragon Group’s goal from the very beginning was likely to ruin Ye Yun’s reputation, or even kill him, to lure her to the Dragon Kingdom.

As long as she and Ye Yun, the former and current Palace Masters of the Nether Palace, died in the Dragon Kingdom, the Dragon Kingdom would likely become famous in one battle, striking fear into all mercenaries.

Master Bai Mudan’s face was filled with fury and utter disdain: ”Just by relying on you bunch of clowns, even with a premeditated plan, what can you do to me, Master Bai Mudan?”

”Master Bai Mudan, do not be arrogant. The Dragon Kingdom is not so easy to enter, and the Dragon Group is not so easy to provoke.”

”This will be the burial ground for you, Master Bai Mudan.”

A deep voice rang out as Mo Chou arrived, surrounding her from all sides with a group of Dragon Group experts.

Dozens of snipers occupied the high ground around Master Bai Mudan, their sniper rifles locked tightly onto her.

About thirty fully armed helicopters were also deployed in the sky, ready to unleash a barrage of firepower.

Mo Chou had also brought dozens of experts, including about thirty Dark Realm experts, waiting in the wings on the perimeter.

With such a lineup, let alone a mere Master Bai Mudan, even a special operations unit would be defeated and completely wiped out if they encountered it.

However.

Facing the Dragon Group, which had been fully prepared, Master Bai Mudan stood aloof from the world, walking barefoot, quietly on the rooftop, letting the breeze play with her skirt, calmly facing all of this.

In her eyes, ants were always ants; no matter how many there were, they were just more ants.

”There is a saying in the Dragon Kingdom: ’If you are determined to condemn someone, you can always find a pretext,’”

”I didn’t understand it before, but today I finally realize just how shameless that saying is.”

Facing numerous threats and measures, Master Bai Mudan retorted without showing any weakness.

Master Bai Mudan knew Ye Yun’s character very well; he would absolutely never do something like defiling two Tibetan Mastiffs.

Even if he were drunk, he could not possibly do such an absurd thing.

This whole thing about defiling two Tibetan Mastiffs was completely an excuse; it was an excuse for the Dragon Group to deal with Ye Yun, to deal with her, Master Bai Mudan, and to deal with the Nether Palace.

There was even another possibility: Ye Yun, Katerina, and the others had already fallen into the hands of the Dragon Group.

And the next person they were going to deal with was her, Master Bai Mudan.

”Whether your disciple defiled my Tibetan Mastiffs, that video already explains everything.”

”Not just the Dragon Group, I’m sure the whole world knows what kind of person your disciple, Ye Yun, really is.”

”Even if you try to force an explanation, it cannot change this fact.”

Master Bai Mudan was indeed formidable, but faced with the Dragon Group’s numerous measures, no matter how powerful she was, she could only meet her end on the spot.
