I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

188: Chapter 188 What a tragic story!Time and again, the hardships and humiliations had slowly worn away Ye Yun’s heart, which had once been as firm as rock.

So many hardships came swarming at once; it was clear that the Heavens were giving Ye Yun no way to live, determined to force him into a dead end.

In ten years, Ye Yun had never felt as desperate as he did today.

Even back when he was trapped in a heavy encirclement, surrounded by hundreds of killers in a hail of bullets with his life hanging by a thread, he had never felt such despair.

Ye Yun even had a feeling that he might have been cursed or encountered something evil.

Otherwise, why would he be hit with constant bad luck?

He just lay there on the cold ground, his mind filled with images of Mei Feng—her expression of anger, disappointment, and disgust.

She had tossed him out with such utter revulsion, as if she had stepped on a pile of excrement.

He felt that the entire world had completely dimmed at this moment, leaving him unable to see any light.

In his heart, he kept recalling Mei Feng’s words from just a moment ago: ”If he continues to appear here, there is no need to report it; beat him to death with clubs.”

This sentence had completely shattered Ye Yun’s defenses, as if it had drained every ounce of strength from his body.

That was why he had been like a wooden block earlier, offering no resistance and letting those bodyguards toss him out.

Even when the bodyguard captain had spat on him and insulted him to the extreme, he had remained as immovable as a mountain.

”What’s going on? Why is there still a stinky smell? Why is there something soft on my face?”

Ye Yun, his face full of sorrow and agony, was suddenly assaulted by a pungent, foul odor at the tip of his nose.

This sudden smell made him wake up completely.

”Damn it, which bastard’s animal is this? They have absolutely no civic virtue, letting it relieve itself on the main road and not even cleaning it up.”

Ye Yun turned his head with difficulty and subconsciously reached out a hand to touch the thing stuck to his face.

He felt that the substance stuck to his cheek was a bit sticky and even smelled foul.

It turned out this wasn’t anything else at all, but feces dropped on the ground by some unhygienic dog.

Most importantly, this beast hadn’t dropped solid feces; it was diarrhea.

His pupils rapidly contracted, and his face, already beaten beyond recognition, became completely twisted.

Ye Yun felt that his luck had already hit rock bottom, but he hadn’t expected that he was only halfway there; he was still a long way from home.

And sure enough, bad luck found him once again.

Being thrown onto the ground so casually, he was actually so ”lucky” that his signature face could have an intimate kiss with dog feces.

That pile, black, ugly, and stinking, made Ye Yun feel nauseous and want to vomit.

Just as he was about to start cursing, Ye Yun came to his senses and realized that it seemed the black stuff was also smeared on his mouth.

At this moment, he had the urge to die.

Originally, due to excessive grief, Ye Yun’s sensory perception had been dulled.

Now, looking at the pile of black, sticky substance on the ground, and the disgusting smell brought about by the black dog feces smeared on his mouth and face, it rolled over him like a mountain-toppling sea, rapidly sweeping through his entire body.

Unable to bear it any longer, Ye Yun vomited up all the food he had eaten three days ago that hadn’t been fully digested.

Forcing himself to endure the nausea, he wiped the black dog feces and the vomit from his mouth with his clothes.

His stomach churned violently, surging crazily.

Unable to hold it in, Ye Yun, just like he had spewed feces earlier, erupted with whatever little food remained in his stomach.

The violent coughing made Ye Yun’s pain unbearable; he could only cough and vomit continuously until he had expelled the acid and food from his stomach.

He vomited until he couldn’t bring up anything else, yet he still kept dry-heaving.

He just wanted to leave this place that made him sad and disgusted, and quickly find a water source to clean the filth off his body.

Stumbling along the way, not knowing his destination or how long he had been walking, Ye Yun finally saw a small stream.

Ye Yun, with a bitter face, immediately looked joyful and quickened his pace, sprinting all the way.

Ecstatic, Ye Yun prepared to do a standing long jump into the stream to wash away the stains on his body.

Just as he was about to leap, a massive animal trap suddenly sprang up on the road.

With Ye Yun’s strength at the Transcendent, no matter how cleverly hidden the animal trap was, it would be hard for it to escape his sharp eyes.

Unfortunately, after being hit by the bad luck potion, Ye Yun’s mental power and sensory perception were both interfered with.

Coupled with a few loud, stinky farts and the black dog feces, Ye Yun was already physically and mentally exhausted.

Right now, he just wanted to jump into the stream to wash away that disgusting smell and had absolutely no defenses against other things.

Completely off guard, Ye Yun had no time to react to the suddenly springing animal trap and was fiercely clamped on his left foot.

”Ah...”

A series of wailing, weeping, and cursing sounds rang out by the stream, lingering for a long time.

The intense pain made Ye Yun clutch his injured foot, hopping around on his healthy foot while still cursing.

”Which bastard buried an animal trap here? Are they trying to kill me?”

Hopping around, Ye Yun lost his balance on one foot and fell to the side with a thud.

Looking at his left foot, which was dripping with blood from being clamped by the animal trap, a sob of pain escaped his throat.

He cried!

This time, Ye Yun was truly heartbroken and tearful.

With his disheveled appearance, dog feces on his mouth, and one foot half-crippled, he was truly in a miserable state.

It was truly worthy of being a bad luck potion produced by the system; even a Protagonist like Ye Yun, once hit, left one wondering what kind of tragic and inhuman words could describe his current state.

Ye Yun had no other requests at that moment; he just wanted to find some water to clean up his sloppy image.

Who would have thought that, with his luck hitting rock bottom, he would actually encounter an animal trap here?

After crying for a good while, Ye Yun had to face the cruel reality and forcibly pry open the animal trap.

Ye Yun’s mood now could no longer be described in words.

”Damn Heavens, I, Ye Yun, don’t believe I have ever offended you, yet you treat me like this.”

”If you want to kill me, then have the ability to send down divine lightning and strike me dead! Why must you torture me like this?”

”If you can’t strike me dead today, then you’re a stepmother’s brat!”

”Strike me! Come and strike me dead!”

”Hahaha...”

Ye Yun roared at the sky, unleashing a torrent of unrestrained cursing.

”Boom...”

The originally clear sky suddenly flashed with lightning and rumbled with thunder.

It seemed as if the Heavens had heard Ye Yun’s request and intended to fulfill it.
