I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

125: Chapter 125 Treatment in a Mental Hospital”As a member of the Shanghai Chu Family, it would be quite inconvenient for me to join the Dragon Group.”

”Since Group Leader Long is so hospitable, it would be bad of me to refuse outright. How about this: I will recommend someone to join on my behalf. What do you think, Group Leader Long?”

Chu Yuan smiled smugly. He wanted to use the Dragon Group without actually working for them. He could easily have one of his subordinates join, allowing him to openly use the Dragon Group’s resources to deal with Ye Yun and his Nether Palace.

...

Half an hour later, the two of them were conversing very congenially.

Group Leader Long Zaitian stood up to take his leave. ”In that case, it’s a deal. As for the Dragon Group headquarters, I hope Young Master Chu’s representative can make a trip there.”

”As for Shanghai, Young Master Chu may deploy the members of the Dragon Group here as you wish. As long as it doesn’t threaten the stability of the Dragon Kingdom and society, our Dragon Group will fully support you.”

”Rest assured, Group Leader Long, I, Chu Yuan, understand the boundaries. If the Dragon Group ever needs the help of my Chu Family in the future, I will not hesitate to lend a hand.”

”Farewell!”

”Please!”

After seeing Group Leader Long Zaitian off, Chu Yuan turned his gaze to Mo Chou.

”Leader Mo, congratulations on your promotion to Vice Leader of the Dragon Group.”

Mo Chou looked embarrassed. ”Young Master, please don’t tease me. Even if I become the Vice Leader, I will always be your man, at your service.”

It turned out that Chu Yuan’s deal with Group Leader Long Zaitian was to have Mo Chou, a late-stage Dark Realm expert, serve as the Vice Leader of the Dragon Group.

The Dragon Group’s forces in Shanghai would assist Chu Yuan in dealing with the Nether Palace, while the Chu Family would facilitate the Dragon Group’s operations in Shanghai.

The two parties exchanged what they needed, which was actually a win-win situation.

With both the Dragon Group and the Chu Family on his side, so what if Ye Yun had a hundred thousand assassins from the Nether Palace?

Chu Yuan was now actually looking forward to that fellow Ye Yun’s powerful return.

Speaking of which, Ye Yun hadn’t returned for ten years, leaving his wife and daughter unattended. Should he take some initiative?

...

Qingshan Mental Hospital.

Jiang Chen, who had been forcibly sent to the hospital, was surrounded by a dozen medical staff as soon as he got out of the car.

Several people worked together to bind Jiang Chen’s hands and feet, tying him directly to a hospital bed.

”Listen up. This person has delusions of grandeur and persecutory delusions. He is highly aggressive.”

”Young Master Chu specifically instructed that we must treat him like the most severe mental patient, or even more strictly.”

Upon receiving the director’s orders, several medical staff scrambled to find some massive iron chains and locked Jiang Chen down tightly.

”Let me go, you bastards!”

”I’m not mentally ill! You are the ones who are crazy!”

”Get away from me! Get lost!”

Having lost his inner force, Jiang Chen was just an ordinary person. Although he struggled with all his might, he still couldn’t break free from the layers of restraint.

”Look at this. Even with this guy locked up, he still has the urge to kill.”

”If he escapes, everyone nearby will be injured by him.”

”Bring out the electrotherapy. Shock him for me.”

The director gestured wildly as he gave orders.

The doctor nearby picked up the taser and jabbed it hard against him.

Zzzt, zzzt, zzzt...

A round of electric spark treatment gave Jiang Chen a ”comfortable” experience.

”Ah...”

”Let me go! I’m not a mental patient! You sick freaks, let me go right now!”

The electrotherapy left Jiang Chen in unbearable, numbing pain. There was nothing stiff left on his entire body except his mouth.

”Everyone who comes here says they aren’t sick.”

”This is our job. Whether you’re sick or not, we know best.”

”Don’t worry, our Qingshan Mental Hospital is the best place in Shanghai. You’ve come to the right place.”

”Within ten years, we guarantee we’ll cure you.”

Ten years?

They were planning to let him enjoy the life of a mental patient here for ten years.

”You beasts, let me out right now! I am a deputy director! Don’t let me get the chance, or I will definitely burn this doghouse of yours to the ground!”

Jiang Chen gnashed his teeth in hatred, his eyes nearly splitting.

The consequence of his stubborn mouth was, naturally, another feast of electric shocks.

A chorus of ghostly wails, howling, and cursing echoed in the ward.

The hospital staff were unfazed; such occurrences were a common sight here.

Sending Jiang Chen to the Mental Hospital was not to let him retire in peace.

Since he was a patient, the methods and ways of treating patients naturally had to be administered in full, making Jiang Chen taste every single one of them.

”You dogs, let me go!”

”It must be Chu Yuan who ordered you to do this! He wants to play me to death!”

”Let me go, and I’ll tell you a massive secret! I’m a reincarnator! I hold many secrets. Let me go, and I will share these secrets with you!”

Experiencing prolonged electroshock therapy for the first time left Jiang Chen’s brain somewhat dysfunctional, and his mental state was close to collapsing.

His mind was muddled, and to reduce his suffering, he actually blurted out his secret, and almost let slip about the system.

Unfortunately, this accidentally revealed secret did not convince anyone.

All he got in return was everyone bursting into laughter.

”Holy crap, what did I just hear? This guy is actually a reincarnator?”

”Did you flirt around too much in your past life, get beaten to death, and now you’re living a second life?”

”Look at you, acting like you’ve never seen the world. Last time, someone claimed to be Sun Wukong, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, and even did two somersaults on the spot.”

The crowd giggled and joked, merely treating Jiang Chen’s words as a symptom of his illness and him talking nonsense.

Jiang Chen, who had sobered up, was completely in despair.

He finally fully realized Chu Yuan’s malice. Not only did he want to play him to death, but he also wanted to permanently brand him as a ”mental patient.”

”Chu Yuan, you just wait! Once I get a chance to get out, I will definitely repay the pain I suffered today a thousand-fold!”

”And you beasts who abuse your power, I will skin you, break your bones, and scatter your ashes to the wind!”

Jiang Chen let out a hysterical torrent of curses, struggling desperately.

”This guy still has so much resentment, and he even wants to kill people.”

”His condition has worsened; his violent tendencies are becoming even more obvious.”

”It seems the current is too low, and the effect isn’t obvious enough.”

”Quick, use the maximum current! As long as it doesn’t kill him, shock him as hard as you can!”

Under the director’s grumbling orders, the doctor expressionlessly cranked the current to the maximum.

”Ah...”

A powerful electric current swept through his entire body, giving Jiang Chen an overwhelming sensation of pain and pleasure, making him cry out in ”comfort.”

Ten minutes later, overstimulated by the sensation, Jiang Chen finally fainted.

”Ding! The host has forcibly treated the Protagonist Jiang Chen as a mental patient. For treating him, the host has received 3,000 villain points.”

Another sum of villain points. Jiang Chen really came through.

”Young Master, as per your instructions, I have found that mother and daughter.”

Zuo Shishi walked in, interrupting Chu Yuan’s joy.

”Oh, really?”

This brought a smile to Chu Yuan’s face.

Having sheared a round of wool from Jiang Chen, now it was Ye Yun’s turn.

”I hope this mother and daughter won’t disappoint me.”
