I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

90: Chapter 90 Taking Action Against the Shen FamilyA private hotel.

Chu Yuan was enjoying a meal with Zuo Shishi and Zhou Xiaodie.

Jiesha used to put on an act in front of Chu Yuan, but now he had completely let go of his inhibitions, drinking heavily and eating meat in large chunks, looking every bit like a rogue monk.

Chu Yuan did not care at all that Jiesha had been driven away by Shen Wen.

That kid was just a new official trying to make a name for himself; he wouldn’t realize his mistake until he bumped into a wall and got bloodied.

Only by letting him experience the brutal beatings of society would he understand the happiness of having a father.

Chu Yuan was just waiting for Shen Wen to beg for mercy.

”Shishi, have you arranged the personnel I requested?”

He took a sip of wine and set down his glass, asking.

”Everything is ready. I have secretly gathered five hundred people, all of whom are elites from various industries.”

”They are all familiarizing themselves with the Shen Family’s various businesses. As soon as you give the order, Young Master, they can enter the Shen Group at any time and take over everything belonging to the Shen Family as quickly as possible.”

Zuo Shishi’s answer satisfied Chu Yuan greatly.

As long as he could smoothly take over everything from the Shen Family, there would be no need for that piece of trash, Shen Wen, to exist.

As for how to take over the Shen Family, Shen Wen would help him.

Sure enough, before the meal was even over, Jiesha’s phone rang.

It was a call from Shen Wen.

”The Monk, why does your son seem like a boy who hasn’t been weaned yet?”

”You haven’t even been away from him for a day, and he’s already in such a rush to call and find his daddy.”

Hearing Chu Yuan’s teasing words, everyone burst into laughter.

Only their Young Master could come up with such a scheme.

Forcibly saddling Jiesha with a son and then constantly using this trash of a son to tease him.

Jiesha was also visibly uncomfortable from the teasing.

Whoever wants this kind of trash son can have him.

As long as Chu Yuan gave the order, he would love to just slap this son to death.

”Since you dislike your precious son, The Monk, let’s just ignore him for now.”

He didn’t continue the joke. Although Jiesha’s loyalty was unquestionable, Chu Yuan didn’t intend to keep teasing his subordinate.

Chu Yuan didn’t need to guess; he knew for sure that this call from Shen Wen was because Shen Wen couldn’t handle the people in the Shen Family and was calling for help.

Therefore, Chu Yuan decisively told Jiesha to hang up the phone.

He just wanted to use this to tell Shen Wen: Your father is a man with a temper too; he won’t just come running happily to help you every time you call.

Shen Wen didn’t give up, calling one after another, seven or eight times.

It wasn’t until Chu Yuan couldn’t take it anymore and ordered Jiesha to turn off his phone that it quieted down for a while.

”The Monk, I’m afraid you’ll have a tiring night tonight.”

”Young Master, do you mean...”

”By not answering Shen Wen’s call, it proves that your anger has not yet subsided. That woman, Qi Xinyue, for the sake of her precious son, will definitely pull out all the stops to satisfy you.”

”Just prepare to enjoy yourself.”

Chu Yuan chuckled.

”Young Master, please don’t tease this humble monk. I am a man of the Buddha; I do not indulge in female company.”

”Now that I have broken the precept of lust, I don’t know how to face the Buddha.”

Jiesha chanted a Buddhist phrase, entering his pretentious mode again.

”Alright, I won’t tease you anymore.”

”The Monk, enjoy yourself tonight. We can take action tomorrow.”

”This humble monk understands.”

Everything was exactly as Chu Yuan had anticipated.

Unable to reach Jiesha, Qi Xinyue became even more convinced that Jiesha had not completely forgiven Shen Wen.

After berating Shen Wen again, Qi Xinyue exhausted every possible method until she finally found Jiesha.

After another night of serving him, Qi Xinyue used all her tactics, and only then did Jiesha’s anger completely vanish.

The next morning, Jiesha got up feeling refreshed, holding Qi Xinyue in his arms, and saw Shen Wen once again.

”For your mother’s sake, The Monk will help you one last time.”

”Thank you, Father, for letting bygones be bygones!”

Shen Wen offered another round of profuse gratitude, then asked with a bitter face: ”The people in the Shen Family are pushing too hard. May I ask, Father, if you have a way to solve this?”

”That’s easy to handle. As long as we use thunderous methods to replace everyone in the important departments of the Shen Family with our own people, they will be nothing but grasshoppers after the autumn, unable to hop for much longer.”

”Replacing people in important positions with my own—will they agree? Besides, I have no one under me to use.”

These two points were the crux of the problem.

If it were that simple, Shen Wen would have implemented it long ago and wouldn’t have needed to wait for Jiesha to arrive.

”Don’t worry. This humble monk has already thought of everything and has already contacted a group of talents for you. You can make do with them for now, and if you want to change them in the future, you can do so at any time.”

”Your Second Uncle Shen Congwen has been severely injured by this humble monk. He won’t be recovering for at least a month or two.”

”While he is too busy to attend to himself, let’s start with him and seize the power in his hands.”

Shen Wen fell into deep thought and eventually had to nod in agreement.

As for dealing with those people in the Shen Family, Shen Wen felt no guilt whatsoever.

Anyone who dared to snatch his power and stop him from dealing with Chu Yuan was his mortal enemy.

”Fine, since you agree, then use your status as the Head of the Shen Family and Chairman of the Shen Group to sign these appointment letters. As for the rest, this humble monk will handle it for you.”

Jiesha took out a stack of documents, all of which were dispositions regarding the Shen Family members and appointments for various important department positions.

Shen Wen just took a casual look, felt there were no issues, and obediently signed them.

After obtaining the orders signed by Shen Wen, the personnel Chu Yuan had long prepared began to take action.

Using a thunderous, sweeping approach, they uprooted the forces of Second Uncle Shen Congwen in the Shen Family and replaced them all with their own people.

As for those who refused to obey, they were naturally dealt with openly and honestly on the grounds of violating the Family Head’s orders.

Second Uncle Shen Congwen, who had been severely injured by Jiesha and was lying in bed, was filled with unappeasable anger.

”What are you all good for? Even changing my dressing makes me hurt for a while.”

It turned out that when the servant was applying medicine to Second Uncle Shen Congwen, they had been a little too heavy-handed, causing him pain, and he immediately subjected the person to ruthless verbal abuse.

”Second Master, there is good news.”

The butler ran over in a hurry, preparing to share the joy with Second Uncle Shen Congwen.

”Your Second Master is almost paralyzed from being beaten up, so what kind of good news could there be?”

Second Uncle Shen Congwen was furious and distressed; he had been severely injured by some thieving monk that Shen Wen had brought in from who knows where, losing his chance at the position of Family Head. It was truly a case of misfortunes never coming singly.

”Second Master, it’s about that guy Shen Wen. That guy is in trouble.”

”What happened to that kid? Was he killed?”

”He is being targeted by the Shen Family.”

The butler quickly recounted the various setbacks Shen Wen had encountered.

Especially the matter of Shen Lang using a pile of trivialities to annoy Shen Wen until he flew into a rage in the office, which the butler described vividly.
